Abstract: to ensure learning continuity educational systems has launched several projects during pandemic and the most important one is developing remote learning. MOOCs embarked free access to innumerable courses to advance online learning. This article discusses about the benefits and barriers of remote learning as there are advantages and disadvantages of everything. In the technology era online learning is the necessity of the time. COVID-19 has forced everyone to stay at home and be separated from outer world and in its place it opened ways of communicating remotely for socializing. For this, distance learning has become more popular than ever before and educational institutions improved online platforms. However, one can face several difficulties while studying in online platforms. I try to state some problems of distance learning and their solutions in this article.

Even though the consequences of COVID-19 pandemic are extremely catastrophic, and it is undeniable fact that it still served to develop online learning. More and more learners found it enjoyable while studying remotely. It has many advantages and is an excellent alternative to the classic lessons, but it also has its own characteristics that can jeopardize the success of the whole idea. In this article, we will tell you why the future belongs to distance education, what problems may face those who have chosen this way of learning, and how to overcome them.
According to Ryan (1997), the majority of distance education today takes place using the Internet, now readily accessible for the vast majority of students whether in their own homes or at facilities such as local libraries. These electronic means are used to distribute the learning material, keep students in touch with teachers, and provide access to communication between students. Of course, distance learning can use other technological formats as well including television, DVDs, teleconferencing, and printable material, but the immediacy and functionality of Web learning has made it a first choice for many distance learners. Online programs often take advantage of a number of emerging technologies to make keeping in touch and effectively communicating ideas easier and more efficient than ever before and students may find themselves using interactive videos, e-mail, and discussion boards to complete their lessons (Velasenko&Bozhok, 2014).
How distance learning is important and beneficial nowadays.
According to Manijeh Sadeghi "Distance learning might not be the best choice for every student seeking to pursue a college degree or university program but the list of advantages seems to outweigh the list of disadvantages" [2].
Here we can look through several of them:
Study from Anywhere, Anytime. Distance learning is accessible anywhere and anytime. Everyone can join from different part of the country in their living area. Even people have an offer by an international school they can get all the knowledge and training anywhere they reside on the planet. (Nagrale, 2013).
Saving Amount of Money. According to Bijeesh (2017), if we compare the fees of a distance learning it can be much more affordable than the fee of a traditional on-campus degree. You can study wherever you have access to a computer and Internet connection. Moreover, the course offered at distance learning centers are cheaper than the courses provided at traditional education centers (Brown, 2017).
No Commuting. Nagrale (2013) stated that it is not needed to suffer from crowded buses or local trains for studying remotely. It is fairly enough to have an internet access with a computer at home. You do not need to spend time getting ready to go to an educational institution or overcoming traffic jams.Entire college would be in your bedroom and you do not have to go out. Distance learning is a learning process in which the teacher and student are not physically in the same place. That is, training is carried out remotely over the Internet through video calls, online courses or mobile applications.
Another subtle advantage of distance learning over face-to-face training is environmental friendliness. Online classes reduce energy consumption by 90% and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 85%. Thus, e-learning is an essential element in the fight against global climate change.
Problems of Distance Learning and some solutions
The need and benefits of e-learning are undeniable. However, in practice, both students and teachers face serious difficulties that prevent successful learning. We will now look at the most common problems and offer tips for solving them.
Obstacles in adapting to the online format. Moving from traditional classroom learning to online learning makes the learning process completely different. If in a regular classroom, students are expected to passively listen and take notes, then virtual discussions, work with a personal account and materials in different multimedia formats require action. Students with a "traditional" mindset can find it difficult to adapt to such changes. Telling students about the amount of materials they have to master is very crucial in this situation.
High Chances of Distraction. According to Bijeesh (2017), with no faculty around for face-to-face interaction and no classmates who can help with constant reminders about pending assignments, the chances of getting distracted and losing track of deadlines are high. Someone who is not punctual with deadlines are asked to stay focused and motivated to manage deadlines Distance education is not a good idea if you tend to procrastinate and can't stick to deadlines. Moreover, if you have any doubt then you have to clear yourself without taking help from your teacher or friends since you cannot talk to friends and other colleagues that you do in a normal college course (Nagrale, 2013).
Low computer literacy.Lack of computer literacy is a serious problem in the modern world that has affected both students and teachers. Many people still do not know how to work with a personal computer (PC) and standard office applications such as MS Word and PowerPoint. Hence, to learn and master technology skill is must-do in this era.
Complicated Technology Brown (2017) explained that any student seeking to enroll for a distance learning program needs to invest in a range of equipment including computer, webcam, and stable internet connection. This overdependence on technology is a major drawback to distance learning. In case of any software or hardware malfunction, the class session will come to a standstill, something that can interrupt the learning process.
As people are flexible to any changes and new facilities, it is predictable to say that online education can be investigated totally in the near future.

Аннотация: в статье рассматривается требование к применению серы в сельском хозяйстве, представлены краткий анализ о свойстве серы, признаки дефицит серы в сельскохозяйственных культурах, источники серы, производства серы в Узбекистане и нормы применения при обработке растений. Приведены меры безопасности при транспортировке, хранении и при работе с серой, а также правила первой доврачебной помощи при заражении серой.
