Uzbekistan, Namangan city IMPORTANCE OF INTERNET IN THE LIFE OF YOUTH
Annotation: In this article highlights of importance of Internet in the life of youth and society.

The 21st century has entered as the age of Information Technology. Information technology has already become an integral part of our lives. At present, it is not an exaggeration to say that the internet system covers the whole world. Even in 2011, the UN stressed that the prohibition of the internet in some state is a violation of human rights. From this it can be seen that the use of the internet is the personal right of every person.
In the harrowing step of our lives, we can face the computer today: at work, in the storeonlarda, in the internet tile, even in every family. Look at the progress of the times, when our ancestors dreamed of a computer, lagged behind, today the purchase of a computer, as if buying TV, became a simple commodity. With the help of a computer, in particular, a lot of work can be done through the Internet.
First of all, if we look at the concept of the Internet and the history of its development, then the Internet is a global computer network, operating on a single standard basis. Its name is interpreted in two ways, namely "International Network" and "Interconnected networks "means" network". It is an information system that unites (local) computer networks and consists of virtual set with its own separate information space. The internet network provides the opportunity to exchange data between all the computers connected to it. Although the creation of the internet network began in the 1960s, WWW "the whole world spider web" was created in 1990 year. Uzbekistan was connected to the Internet in 1996. The internet is a very cheap and convenient source of information. Even through mobile communication, it is possible to connect to the network without excessive difficulty.
The internet, in short, is the product of progress. "At the same time, the reality of Life shows that" said the First President of Uzbekistan I.A.Karimov -the product of any progress can be used for two different purposes-in the form of goodness and evil. If we look at the history of mankind, the development of its thinking in an evolutionary way, we can see that in life there has come a longstanding struggle between the noble ideas and teachings that incite a person to perfection, to high heights, and between the evil and harmful ideas, and this struggle continues today." There are a lot of positive aspects of the internet, through it we can find the information we want in a few seconds, communicate more often with family members, friends abroad, which saves both time and money. But it should not be forgotten that today it is no secret to anyone that
virtual risks that have not been observed before, such as negative information exposure through the internet, are escalating. It is known that the Internet is used mainly by young people. In particular, according to the results obtained by the association for the Research of Communication Media, adolescents have left adults behind on the use of the Internet since 2004.
According to data, today more than 10% of internet users suffer from internet addiction.By this time, scientists are putting internet addiction side by side with such vices as addiction, drug addiction and alcoholism as deviant behavior. Interneteering (addictions) is a phenomenon that is in love with the connection to the global network and can not get out of it. As you can see, Internet cafes are constantly raving with young people, they are either with play games, or different "odnoklassniki.ru", "facebook.com", " twitter.com", "vkontakte.ru", busy "to travel" in social networks like instagram, and also some young people do not fall from the phone at hand, many of them are also engaged in the same work. Today's modern youth, when they say the internet, understands how to communicate in different social networks, play music, films and various entertainment games, spend free time "meaningful". Unfortunately, such cases can have different negative consequences. According to the Belarusian expert Evgeny Morozov's book "the Net Delusion", social networks educate a generation of gullible and erinchak people. Indeed, the situation is very sad for young people who have no friends there other than "Odnoklassniki", who can not say anything about the assignment on another topic than social networks. Most of them zero in on the fact that life is complicated and boring.
In particular, the article by Susan Greenfield, a professor at Oxford University, published in the journal The Daily Mail, states that negative changes in the human psyche are also associated with social networks. It turns out that very simple virtual communication is when a person experiences mental deviations. That is, a person becomes incapable of adapting to the changing conditions of the social environment. Also, such cases as loss of confidence in the future, an unfavorable assessment of oneself, depression, aggressive behavior, irreconcilable thoughts, sluggishness of social activity are noticeable. After a series of studies, Austrian doctor Mubarak Ali Rakhmatulla came to the following conclusion:"the Internet has a negative impact on the minds of children. The point is that most young people think the virtual world is real and begin to be tortured to adapt to real life skills. "The doctor, in his conclusion, emphasized that sexual development in adolescents who use the internet without supervision also goes wrong. About the negative consequences of the virtual world, we can cite many such examples. But today it is important not only to study its negative consequences, but also to study its positive aspects and to practice the culture of proper use of the internet, eliminating its negative consequences.
It is worth noting that "today, our young people are receiving colorful information and information not only in educational halls, but also through such means as Radio - Television, Press, Internet. In such a situation where the world information space is growing, the consciousness of our children is only
surrounded, do not read it, do not see it, give a one-sided education, surround them with an iron wall, no doubt, does not correspond to the demand of the time, nor to our noble goals and provisions." One of the main means of protection of the internet from negative information-psychological influences is the formation of a stable protective immunity, a strong personal point of view, especially in the minds of young people of different layers of the population, is of particular importance.Consequently, we must educate the growing generation in such a way that when they enter the information space, they receive only the necessary and useful information for society and man. In this regard, it is necessary to regularly monitor them in the family, educational institutions,if necessary, to teach young people the culture of proper use of the internet. It is necessary to increase internet literacy not only young people, but also parents. Because, in several studies, it was found that parents are illiterate about the Internet in relation to their youth.
In conclusion, it is not possible to use the information flow coming through the Internet in the form of human interests and subordinate it to its goals. The rational use of this depends on the intellectual potential of man, on the spiritual world, on faith, on his strength-will. In today's global environment, we need to apply them consciously and purposefully, that is, in the formation of feelings of patriotism, the use of national education, enlightenment, in an increasing scale of possibilities of influence of modern technological means. Only then, young people do not join destructive ideas, use the internet not only for communication or free time, but also for useful purposes, as well as glue, becoming the original children living as a citizen.
