аim of this article is to inform on research intended to find out the specific features of the English language. It is an official language of almost 60 sovereign states and the most commonly spoken language in sovereign states including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and a number of Caribbean nations. It is the third-most-common native language in the world, after Mandarin and Spanish. It is widely learned as a second language and is an official language of the European Union and of the United Nations, as well as of many world organizations or groups.

целью данной статьи является информирование об исследованиях, направленных на выяснение особенностей английского языка. Это официальный язык почти 60 суверенных государств и наиболее распространенный язык в суверенных государствах, включая Великобританию, Соединенные Штаты, Канаду, Австралию, Ирландию, Новую Зеландию и ряд стран Карибского бассейна. Это третий по распространенности родной язык в мире после мандаринского и испанского. Он широко изучается как второй язык и является официальным языком Европейского союза и Организации Объединенных Наций, а также многих мировых организаций или групп.

English is important for us in order to use to communicate or ask the different question from other person. English is essential for us every day, the reason is that English may not be the most of spoken language in the world, but it is the official language in a large number of countries and English is forecast that the number of the people in the world that use in English to communicate on a regular basis is 2 billion! Next, if we can speak or understand English easily we can understand the question from other person and easily to make or ask question from others and also can improve the relationship with other person.

Next is the many of the world's top films, books and music are published and produced in English. Therefore, by the learning English you will have access to a great wealth of the entertainment and will be able to have a greater of the culture understanding, and the most of the content produced on the internet (50%) is in English. So, knowing English will allow you access to an incredible amount of information which may not be if not available!

English is very vital for the Hotel Management, this is because in hotel everyday we can see the different kinds of the traveler or the tourist and they want to stay in the hotel. Sometimes a lot of the travelers or tourists are come from United Stated, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and the Ireland. At the hotels, every day we can see a lot of the people who are online, book the room or the reservation. All of the online booking or the online reservation is using the English, the staff of the hotel will check or confirm have the person online booking or online reservation or not. Sometimes some guest use the phone to book or reservation of the room, the guest almost is using the English to book or reservation of the room. You must know the information, message or demand from the guest who want to book or reserve the room in your hotel. We can easily get the information, message and demand of the different kind of guest, this is because we know the importance of English in hotel management and understand the English. If we cannot understand the English ,we cannot get the information and massage from the guest, also we cannot give the information and message about our hotel for the customer, because we cannot understand or don't know how to speak the English to guests.

In addition, If you know English, you can easily get the information or the message from the tourist or the traveler. We also can easily use the English to communicate with them and can satisfy the demand, need and wants from the different kind of the customers. This is because you understand what is the people said to you, so you can clearly confirm the demand, need and the wants. In the hotel most time English is used to communicate because the English is an international or the official language in the world, sometimes some guests want to use the facilities in the hotel such as the gardens, the gym, swimming pool, or other facilities in a hotel. Furthermore, English is crucial for us in hotel management, this is because we can easily or faster receive or get the information from the different kinds of the guests, so we can easily give the different service to the guests on the time or fast, the customers can feel more polite from you. Moreover, English is important in hotel management, because you cannot confuse the information, because you understand and know the demand, wants, and needs of the different kinds of customers. And you can easily request and serve to customer.

Conclusion, English is important for us on the ground that we are able to communication with different kinds of guests. Because English is an important language in the world and English also is an international and official language for us. If the whole staff in tourism industry or in hotel can communicate well in English, the guest will feel the staff in hotel have good polite and give the good service to different kind of guest. So, English is very important for staffs in tourism industry or in hotel.
