IMPLEMENT THE FUNDAMENTALS OF E-LEARNING SEREDOVISCHA THE PROCESS OF TRAINING FUTURE TECHNICIANS FOR REPAIR OF CARS

Abstract. The rapid development of electronic component vehicles need to introduce modern information processing technologies trigger new approaches to the educational process. All this makes the introduction of educational and production process of e-learning environment - a means of supplementing combines learning process, learning individualization of learning, construction of vector for personal development.

The rapid pace of development of the electronic component vehicles, the necessity of introduction of modern technologies of information processing cause the appearance of new approaches to the educational process. All this leads to the introduction of industrial training process e-learning environment - tools, complements, integrates the processes of studying, learning with individualization of the learning process, constructing personal development.

The present stage of development of vocational education in Ukraine is characterized by line reading of the introduction of ICT in the development model of the future competent worker. This in turn leads to the emergence of the newest specialties, reformatting of the process of professional training. The rapid development of automobile industry, filling the latest modern electronics resulted in the emergence of a new form of training. Electronic learning environment (e-learning environments), which complements traditional forms of learning.

The main advantage of the e-learning environment, an opportunity to get qualitative professional education and training at any distance from educational institutions, self-planning a personal training schedule, the distribution of the flow of information received, regardless of the circumstances, if necessary, the advice of a teacher, personal socialization, professional growth throughout life.

Trends of development and reform of the modern education system in the context of the information society reflected in the works of such Russian scientists as N. Bibik, S. Goncharenko, T. Desyatov, I. Sasun,. Flint, V. Madzigon, To. Melnichenko, I. Podlasie, Sazonenko, A. Sukhomlinsky.

The integration of Ukraine into the European educational space, including information, implementation of e-learning environment according to the European standards in the field of vocational education at the present stage of development, and its implementation will be of strategic importance.

The programme goals e learning approved four action plans: 1) creation of an infrastructure and the necessary equipment to distribute e-learning; 2) special training of specialists; 3) providing conditions for a quality selection of educational content and educational services; 4) strengthening cooperation and networking at European levell 1 iAccording to V. Through analysis of the modern labour market, in particular the field of automotive services, we see that the rapid pace of development of the electronic component vehicles, the globalization of knowledge, the emergence, accumulation and dissemination of information cause the appearance of new approaches to the educational process. The textbooks used by the pupils and teachers of vocational educational institutions technically obsolete, and new ones are very expensive, and they are rarely updated. All this leads to the development and introduction of new forms of presentation of educational information to students and teachers of vocational schools. To reduce time searching for educational information on the Internet all the information, all electronic textbooks are combined into a single e-learning environment. This educational environment is an educational platform developed by the Institute of vocational education NAPS of Ukraine, which is located at electronic addresses (http://profua.info/, http://repository.profua.info/).

Placement of content in the library of the vocational and technical education, and the scientific e-repository website. The content library depending on the completeness of educational material includes electronic books, e-books, the extension lectures with complex themes, video presentations, videos, manuals on repair and maintenance of vehicles. In addition to these materials, there are electronic mediation instructions for students and teachers, reference materials.

E-learning environment more substantially we can say that the process of individualization the future of mechanics on repair of cars, intensification of teaching to solve modern e-textbooks. All

textbooks conform to the educational standards for training in a particular specialty. Consistency as a fundamental component of the tutorial gives the opportunity to learn topics gradually, from the simplest to the most difficult to understand.All the topics of the textbook, along with text and illustrations contain audio or video recording of the lecture presentation. The authors of the textbook on the device and diagnostics of the car are arranged throughout the material you will their accents, which are hard to find in a conventional printed products. The text part is filled with cross-references, and azarm - seeker training elements. All this makes it possible to conauer time searching for information, and this is very important when searching for information in terms of theoretical, industrial training, production. The amount of text of the electronic textbook is minimized, and rich 3D animation of the motion of the nodes, links, animated diagrams, drawings.

A large amount of educational information on the platform (http://profua.info/), and is used in educational activities an important place is taken by modern electronic teaching AIDS (EPP). They are presented in the form of electronic posters, which take into account the models of repair and diagnostics of vehicles with covert production tasks. The EPP contains a lively presentation of information, multi-channel support training, all this creates the right model to overcome navchalna - production situation.

A big role in the process of formation of professional competence of future of mechanics on repair of cars play electronic educational and information banks information. They are the qualitatively new education vocational educational institutions, the basis for distance education throughout life. The objective of the electronic learning environment providing training, scientific information that will advance werthman, updated according to the development of science and technology.

The next component of the electronic learning environment of the Institute of vocational education NAPS of Ukraine has a file repository which is located at the address http://repository.profua.info/. By itself, the repository is a separate unit, and is designed for teachers of vocational schools. The main objective of this web-resource is facilitating access to scientific, educational, methodical materials, electronic records keeping. Institutional repository of the system of vocational education is a digital archive for long term storage, savings and ensuring participants processadoption adiningrat training and access to textbooks, curricula of vocational subjects practical vocational and theoretical cycle. In particular,the Institute's IR may contain the following materials:

- scientific articles;

- training materials;

- student work;

- conference materials;

- image, audio and video files;

- the web page;

- computer programs; statistical materials;

- learning objects;

- scientific reports, etc.

With the advent of the already running e-learning environment student, teachers already do not waste time searching zovluck information on the Internet. She collected almost all of the web pages of the Institute of vocational education NAPS of Ukraine (http://profua.info/, http://repository. profoa.info/).

The next step will be to develop the Institute in the framework of the existing learning environment the possibility of holding the service of webinars as a means of theoretical training of future technicians for repair of vehicles, other specialists. Among the features that will offer the opportunity to present this information service it is possible to identify the following: a text communication(scientist - teacher - student and same thing in reverse order),voting, demonstration lectures, presentations, virtual whiteboard the answers to your auestions. Conducting webinars provider will significantly increase the learning effect of the electronic learning environment.

The use of electronic learning environment is not limited to the replacement of paper with electronic textbooks and does not replace the latter. As an educational tool, it complements, and integrates the processes of studying, learning. Giving the student the opportunity to individualize the learning process, to build personal development vector. Involvement in the education and formation of professional competence of future technicians for repairs of car electronic - component open, will bring the training to the requirements of modernity. To develop future workers critical thinking, professional orientation.
