Abstract:

One of the most crucial roles played by Smartphone in establishing new social communication via contemporary information technology amongst friends, family, and individuals is that of people. All things in the earth were created by Allah, who created all humans, with human welfare in mind. He intended for all creatures to serve Him, and one of the most common forms of worship is to assist others. For instance, current technology will assist in this. The purpose of this study is to know Impact of smartphone on our society, and Human Rights, and on Muslim culture, with Positive and negative rules, furthermore, how it is applied in light of Islam and social welfare. According to the study, not every prophet employed the same methods and equipment when it came to Da'wah. They employed various tools and tactics for Da'wah depending on the circumstances and context. It is difficult to convince people to return to an invisible realm, such as Deen and Aakherat, in the present scientific era when people are attached to tangible products, services, and consumption. In this approach, cutting-edge IT machinery can be a more powerful instrument for Islamic Dawah.

Smartphone providing Apps like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Skype, Linkdln, Google+, Tumblr, Instagram, WhatsApp, IMO, Telegram, etc. have replaced traditional forms of communication that were slow and expensive while also being difficult to use and connect to quickly from anywhere in the world. The methodology for the study was qualitative. There was employed as a tool for gathering data. Similarly, for the research, sources from books, journals, and the internet were utilized. According to the conversation, social media in our Muslim society has both positive and harmful consequences, particularly from an Islamic perspective. The article comes to the conclusion that Muslim Society over the world makes superb use of Smartphone.

One of the most recent and significant developments of the 20th century, Smartphone technology has transformed every facet of human existence and had a profound impact on every part of our daily lives. Because of how frequently it is used, it has evolved into a key element and a top requirement in everyone's life because doing without one is exceedingly challenging. The increasing use of Smartphones has brought forth a number of contemporary issues that weren't previously understood, much like other technical devices.

INTRODUCTION:

The use of Smartphones for communication has become ingrained in both personal and professional lives. Thus, it has gained significance for the most personal type of interpersonal relationship: marriage nowadays, using a Smartphone as a short-medium for communication is commonplace for couples. Through technology, couples can communicate easily and benefit from quick coordination, enabling them to adapt to a variety of situations or crises.(1)

Additionally, thanks to technology, married couples may communicate their thoughts, sentiments, and emotions more regularly, fostering an attentive and effective development of their relationship.

Sometimes, especially during self-disclosure moments, couples find it more convenient to communicate through this medium and their relationships become closer as a result. Similar to this, research into Smartphone communication in general has exploded in recent years. Therefore, whether growing reliance on technology promotes or diminishes social bonds has been a perennial subject for technology academics. Nevertheless, the majority of earlier studies have concentrated more on the drawbacks of using Smartphones. According to several research, married couples who use their phones to communicate do so successfully and effectively. These results also suggest that there may be positive effects of Smartphone use among couples in addition to unfavorable ones.

Therefore, the current study has chosen to focus on the benefits of Smartphone use for marital communication among married couples, which subsequently develops into life satisfaction and family happiness. The type of connection and the manner of attachment between two spouses have a significant impact on the marriage partnership. As a result, married couples' communication patterns reveal that one spouse serves as an attachment figure for the other. Similarly, it has been shown that the development of mobile technology has made it easier for humans to establish particular communication patterns in close relationships. These patterns are known as the connected mode of communication. The purpose of the current study is to explain the significance of Smartphones and marital communication using the attachment theory as a guide. (2)

The majority of previous studies didn't fully explore the value of Smartphone communication in marriage. The partners' characteristics, who were still dating but weren't yet engaged, were examined. In addition, the findings of the study on mobile communication between married partners in rich Eastern and Asian cultural setting can be different from those of partners in a dating process due to the attachment patterns and intimacy that arise from a marriage. As a result, the current study has connected its suggested model with the attachment theory, adding to the body of work already written about social and technological theories. It advises examining how Smartphone communication helps the marriage relationship and enhancing couples' bonds through marital conversation while utilizing a Smartphone. Consequently, based on the principles of attachment theory, the

1. To comprehend, in the context of Islamic culture, the positive correlation between Smartphone use and life satisfaction and family happiness among married couples.

2. To propose a mechanism linking Smartphone use to favorable outcomes like life satisfaction and family happiness in marriage and impacts of Smart phone on human rights.

Definitions of Smartphone:

1- Smartphones are currently described in a variety of ways, although the majority of these classifications tend to concentrate on their connectivity and sophisticated capabilities. Several instances include:

2- "A Smartphone that performs many of the functions of a computer, typically having a touchscreen interface, Internet access, and an operating system capable of running downloaded apps."

3- "a cell phone with extra software features, such as e-mail or an Internet browser"(3) History of Smartphone:

Now Smartphones have been available since Apple first made them available to the general public six years ago, but they have actually been available since 1993. Three major periods can be identified in the smartphone era. IBM released the "Simon" in 1993, the first smartphone. Blackberry is regarded as the ground-breaking technology of this time period; it brought numerous capabilities as Email, Internet, Fax, Web browsing, and Camera. In 2007, Apple unveiled its first smartphone. Google released its Android operating system at the end of 2007 in an effort to enter the consumer smartphone market. The mobile operating system changes in 2008 marked the beginning of this phase, and over the next five years there have been numerous upgrades to Apple iOS, Android, and Blackberry OS. The top smartphone manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Nokia, LG, Sony, etc.) and most popular mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Blackberry OS, Windows Mobile)

Android played a huge part during this time since it gave all vendors the chance to create devices using the fantastic open source Android technology. (4) Smartphone & Human rights in Islam:

Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): "O you who believe! Think well of your fellow Muslim; assume the best; and interpret his affairs in a good way. Avoid suspicion and negative thinking for which there is no justification. Avoid harboring many suspicions; some suspicions are sins. And do not spy" (5)

This passage makes it clear that it is absolutely forbidden to pry into people's personal lives in order to find their faults. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Be, O slaves of Allah, brothers as He has commanded you." He also said: "Do not spy on one another, do not compete with one another, do not envy one another, do not hate one another, and do not turn your backs with one another." Do not criticize Muslims or look for their faults, because whoever does so, Allah will look for his faults, and if Allah looks for a person's faults, He will expose him even if he is in the innermost part of his home. This is advice for those who have professed faith but have not truly believed. What do you think if I tell you about al-Waleed ibn 'Utbah and wine trickling from his beard, was the question posed to Ibn Mas'ood (may Allah be pleased with him). We are not allowed to snoop on one another, he continued, so if he engages in any improper behavior, we will hold him accountable. Quote completed. (6)

Based on that, the fundamental rule is that it is improper for a husband to ask his wife for the password to her computer or phone under normal circumstances because doing so implies doubt and suspicion and could negatively affect their marriage in a way that may be challenging to mend. However, there is no reason why the husband should not ask his wife for her password if he has discovered signs or circumstantial evidence that suggests she is engaging in behavior that is against Islamic teaching. In fact, he has the right to use deception in that situation—without her knowledge to get the truth. We previously cited a fatwa on this topic from Shaikh Ibn 'Uthaymain (may Allah have pity on him). (7)

Because there were no televisions, Smartphones, computers, etc., the propagation of Islamic ideas within the Muslim community was severely constrained in the past. In the past, books were the most popular communication tool. There were physical copies of the written text of the Quran, the Hadith, and Fiqh, among other things.

Information and communication technology (ICT) helps create a climate in which Islamic resources may be quickly converted to digital form and circulated around the world. The Muslim community can engage with one another through various social media platforms and programmers to share knowledge and thoughts. The Muslim community is significantly impacted by technology. And how the spread of modern technology has affected human rights all across the world, both positively and negatively. The effects of new technology on the Muslim household are significant, and disaffected the human rights in world.

Positive Impact of Smartphones on Islamic Society:

Smartphone is a new reality in our modern life. People in rural areas do not have any information about the newspapers. 70 percent of internet users worldwide are connected through Smartphones on social media, the rate among youth is even higher, about 90 percent, and Smartphone considered as the most modern way of human communication.

And smartphone has become very popular in many other societies even outside the use of ordinary people. Such as government organizations, NGOs and non-government organizations makes groups throw smartphones on Social media, it is very effective role in connecting with friends and family from contacting government departments and departments, raising the consciousness of civil society at the grass root level and promoting the business of merchants, and all apps available in Smartphones now it is become a major platform for publishing various opinion-oriented publications across Muslim society, organizing awareness, mobilizing information, marketing the products, and even organizing protests, There are many benefits of Smart phone. (8) Source of interaction:

You can use app in Smartphones and track down a missing friend, family member, or acquaintance, Find out where they were last, Can express opinions to friends and relatives on any subject, you can reach millions of people worldwide and another countries with the message of your nation. Throw this technology and Allah says in holy Quran: "O you who have believed, guard yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones," Allah (SWT) commanded in the holy Quran. (66:6). (9)

It encourages socialization

The current technology of smartphones entire the world has merged into a single community. Social media allows users to upload or share movies and photographs throw this technology, find communications, view friends' profiles, find numerous festivals, chat, send messages, and play games. Most significantly, building a social media following is easier than creating a "Friends Circle" because making friends in real life takes a lot of effort, and use the applications of Banks all around the world send money from smartphone to everywhere you want in the world, and people can invite their long-time friends, make new ones, and invite others from beyond their own social networks, All of these global and technological advancements are particularly significant for Islam and Muslims, Make peace with your brothers and fear Allah so that you may obtain kindness, according to Allah (SWT), says in holy Quran: "The believing men and the believing women are allies of one another," declared Allah (SWT). They encourage correct behavior and ban wrong behavior. (49:10) (10) Source of Spreading the Quran, Hadith and Islamic references:

The Quran, hadith, reading and remembering different Islamic references, have all gotten much easier now with smartphone Earlier, gathering Quranic texts or hadiths was challenging, It has gotten a lot simpler, the Quran and hadith can both be searched using various software programmers available in smartphone, These are simply transferrable from one Surah to another. There are numerous verses in the Quran that use a variety of vocabulary, For the Quran and hadith, there are several websites, programmers, and applications available in all languages installed in smartphones, the 'Maktaba Shamla' software is excellent for referencing the Quran, hadiths, and other Islamic texts, This contains publications on various themes in books and journals, In order to perform Islamic research in the present day, it is important to understand its utilization and smartphones one of which might be referred to as a religious medium, In this day and age, a powerful message of Islam's message can be written through smartphone. Post details about Islam on Facebook. Create your own customs or use YouTube to allow others to view some religious talks, Juma texts, and scenes from various locations these all apps working in smartphones easily. (11)

An essential tool for spreading the invitation (Dawah) to the world right now is Android mobile. With the ability to read Islam by leaving various information, translations, messages, and other information, this cellphone plays a vital role in spreading the word of Islam, all Muslims must follow the requirements of Islamic law in terms of ordering good deeds and forbidding negative ones in modern society. And Allah says in holy Quran: "And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be successful," (3:104). Da'wah will encompass more than just writing, organizing Waj Mahfils, working in Khanka, and managing mosques, We may spread the magnificent education of our Islam more quickly and easily than ever before in the age of digital information technology, just like other religious people are doing today.

If a Muslim invites non-Muslims, whether or not they will benefit, they will be blessed even if they do not have the honor, "If a servant helps another servant, Allah will help him," the Prophet (SAW) remarked. Allah will choose your faith for you if you support others in their faith. (Islamic Sharif). "Everyone must extend an invitation to the group to which they belong." Due of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) statement that "you are all responsible and you will all be questioned about subordinate" (Sahih al-Bukha"ri"6719, Sahih Muslim. <12> Spreading of Islamic Da'wah

The Sahaba (RA) and other Muslims would ride on horses or utilize other forms of local transportation throughout the early years of Islam in order to become citizens and embrace Islam. This notion was spread through argument and discussion. In this slow-moving mode of communication, people are not

practical or quick, but thanks to Allah's tremendous mercy, Islam's influence has grown. According to this viewpoint, social and electronic media give us a chance to educate more people about Islam. If they are used properly, there is no limit to how far any Islamic religion can be spread through religious activities. It can be applied globally to fully transform a believer's perception of Islam. (13) Access to Online Education:

The introduction of new technologies has fundamentally altered how people learned and were taught in the educational field, particularly Islamic education. Every Muslim in the globe has access to a wealth of information about their religion from the comfort of their own homes. In order to learn about Islam, Muslims who cannot afford to leave their nation or women whose movements are prohibited by Islam can now attend virtual classes from around the world thanks to new technology, Muslims from all around the world can participate in worldwide online lectures and classes led by eminent and well-known Islamic scholars, Thanks to modern technology, learning the holy Qur'an, Sunnah, Sharia, and T is now quite simple for the Muslim community, Tajweed through virtual Islamic lectures and classes online, Knowledge of Islam is available. (14) Development of Islamic Software and Applications:

The availability of the Quran, Hadith, and other Islamic teachings in digital formats for laptops, Smartphones, and iPods is made possible by contemporary technology. The Muslim family can easily, with the aid of information technology, access various soft copies of Islamic teachings by accessing Islamic software, in audio or text formats via the Islamic website for free, and most importantly, the installation of the software takes very little time. The Muslim family who are living in non-Muslim countries find it very difficult to access the hard copies of the Holy Quran, Hadith, or other Islamic books.

The new technology has made it easier to create diverse Islamic application software for many types of electronic devices, including computers, smart phones, and other gadgets. The Muslim community worldwide can now access a variety of Islamic application applications for free. Examples of Islamic application software that emerged as a result of developing technology and that expressly influence the life or practice of the Muslim family include Adhan apps that we use on our laptops or Smartphones, Arabic learning software for those who want to understand or learn Arabic language, Islamic Finder, Shamilah software, Qur'an and Hadith software, and many more Islamic software applications. (15)

Communication obstacles exist amongst Muslim descendants from various nations. Prior to the development of technology, it was very difficult for Muslims to communicate with one another in order to share knowledge, educate one another, swap ideas, and debunk all the erroneous claims made against Islam and the Muslim community, With the help of numerous social media platforms and tools like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, emails, and others, the new technology makes it possible for Muslims around the world to communicate with one another. Muslims can dispel certain myths about the Muslim Brotherhood and share their knowledge of Islam, In order to get their questions answered, Muslims can also readily speak with well-known and respectable experts around the world directly using social media platforms or programmers, Therefore, thanks to information technology, the Muslim world is now well-informed about global events and has learned how to approach international relations, diplomacy, international politics, weather forecasts, health issues, and other topics, With the help of contemporary technology, Muslims can now more easily practice their religion. For example, the Aqd (marriage contract) is now performed online through video conferencing. (16)

Negative Impact of Smartphones on the Islamic Society:

Smartphone is one of the most powerful tools to spread the word with at least cost and minimal effort, It is now a global pinnacle that has changed lives, In some places, the Internet is considered to be prohibited as alcohol, but in some places, there are only no restrictions, Since the Internet is easily accessible and cheap, some of Satan's worshipers have taken advantage of it and they have spread the free and inexpensive illegal content on the Internet. Also, social websites are being used by less mentality than the same mentality, in many cases, this internet is being targeted through social media by spreading all kinds of information against Islam and moving Islam away from Islam.

Also, online communities and groups have become free only for milling, where girls and boys are easily fooled. No matter how popular they are, they will have some negative aspects! And if the users are not careful about those aspects, then the popular media can push life to the threats very easily, and can also be destroyed by their own life. There are some disadvantages. (17) Threat to Privacy and Security: Despite the new technology's many advantages for Muslim families, there are some drawbacks as well. Islam as a faith has a high regard for people's right to privacy, however in the technologically advanced world of today, the privacy of the Muslim family is at risk from outsiders. Without the consent of the people in question, third parties are accessing the information and private communications of others. The invasion of privacy through technology encompasses using all forms of communication to read or even modify other people's messages without their permission.

Morality compromised: Thanks to modern technology, Muslims can now access all kinds of material online for good or harmful purposes, and as a result, some abuse this by looking up items that are prohibited by Islam. Such as betting, scams, and so forth. (18) Reduction in real human contact

We can experience apathy when we use social media as an extra stage. Even though we have thousands of online acquaintances, that companionship is useless if we cannot communicate with them in person. According to several studies, people who spend a lot of time on smartphone often live far away from their families in their actual lives. It is evident that they do not allow family members time to spend at home or during weekly holidays on social media, which causes a divide between the family and the outside world on all sides. (19) It encourages people to be more public about their personal lives

What kinds of posts we publish on social media every day, When we discuss personal postings, we discuss where we will travel, what we will eat, where we will shop for new outfits, and how we will strive to emphasize everything that occurs daily on social media throw smartphone, They are provided on social media in addition to our favorite subjects, such as music, poetry, and images. Unnecessary statement

One media ideology of "freedom of speech", the distinctiveness of the community, independent of its impacts on freedom of speech, Islam's ideology, but also in a wide range of individuals, not just its aggressive nature, there is no freedom of speech situations. (20) Young people are getting lazy, performance decreases

Psychologists claims that as kids, we used to play in the field, The field is still empty, The kids remain inside the house, Smartphone is now their main form of entertainment, They are chattering away there, The person's communication is significantly harmed as a result, Our youth are becoming more slothful, Their physical performance is drastically declining. They are losing the ability to celebrate or they will be defeated. Their capacity for thought is ebbing. They are unable to escape whatever weird situation they find themselves in wotld. This social media is readily available, People's emotions are not restricted to one location as a result of this communication. Change is occurring. One's life is harmed by this relationship. Everywhere, including here, there are terrible groups. These organizations target housewives and girls. Long-term relationships are created, followed by illicit relationships and blackmail in the video. (21)

Smartphone create problems for workplace

Addiction to excessive social media and its misuse can cause issues at work in addition to harming your family and personal life. In recent years, we have observed that certain Muslim societies are participating in the online questionnaire festival. These platforms are being used to question every kind of public examination, which has led to catastrophe management, including every kind of administrative activity. (22) Distortion of facts about Religions:

Despite the use of social media, erroneous information about religion has proliferated, and there have been attempts to foment unrest at home and among adherents of other religions. Numerous achievements are also succeeding. To spread rumors, they utilized to make the most of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, etc. The media nowadays does not reflect

Islam or what is beneficial to Islam, but rather Islam as a one-sided programmer of the teachings or by deception in order to sway the public's opinion. Muslim conflict is frequently marked with the word "Islam" in Western media. Their disagreement rarely extends to other religions. Social media is a major source of false information about Islamic leaders and stereotypes of Muslims. In this way, the non-Muslim community views Muslims as terrorists and traitors. Social media generally has a lot of bad impacts, but Muslims can also use it positively and as part of their religion, according to Nasr (2005). <23>

Various Apps, Time wasted diameter

The social network is the source of many rumors for apps. And the majority of these apps are harmful and unneeded! One survey indicated that a significant portion of social media users waste their time checking applications while the majority completely wreck the efficiency of their PCs by using only a few apps to steal another portion of their ID. Promotion of Crudity

According to Allah Subhanahu Wa 'Tala, "(Say to the believing men that they should lower their stare and protect their shyness: that will build for larger cleanliness for them: and Allah is well aware with all that they perform)" (24:30), Muslims' practice of a particular behavior is typically what causes the development of the ummah. Rules of humility apply to both men and women. A lady by the firm violated this complex system in a shameless way, whether she was a male or a woman. The social media platform has replaced this once-valuable resource that we had.

In this area, the amount of offensive photos and videos on social media has skyrocketed. Even if it is still the policy to remove the policies from all well-known social media websites, people continue to share offensive images and videos without any repercussions in the name of freedom of expression. Bad audio and video promotions of all kinds are being widely disseminated online. Molestation, rape, eve teasing, acid attacks, murder, and other crimes involving women have therefore escalated. Male and female sexual activity as well as partially-funded photographs of men and women are being expressed through social media. That is contributing to our society's decline. However, according to Allah Almighty, obscenity will result in a terrible punishment both in this world and the hereafter.

(24)

False news is spread on social media throw smartphone:

The most bogus news is being broadcast on social networking sites, In the Holy Quran, Allah spoke

regarding rumors: "O you who believe! Investigate any information that a troublemaker presents to

you before you hurt people out of ignorance and come to regret what you did. (49:6). It has been

said also: "And does not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight,

and the heart - about all those [one] will be questioned" (17:36).

The Prophet (SAW) said: 'The propaganda of rumors among people is a terrible lie".

The Holy Qur'an and Hadith have a clear direction about rumors, falsehoods, and propaganda, and

details of its punishment are discussed in detail. Trying to insult a person by spreading falsehood

against him, if he is out of his ideology, then now this is a fashion of man. In the Holy Quran, Allah

said, "But whoever earns an offense or a sin and then blames it on an innocent [person] has taken

upon himself a slander and manifest sin" (4:112). (25)

The sign of hypocrite spreading lies or rumors. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The proof of the hypocrite is three: When he speaks a lie, When the promise breaks, and when he is kept in the deposit, he is miserable" (Sahih al-Bukhari 33) Forbiddances of Smartphones:

It is interesting that the Smartphone contains various hazardous materials that are often frowned upon in Islam. The two that are most significant are music and image. Islam forbids music because it stokes sensuous impulses and piques carnal appetites. As a result, they despise the songs that have these characteristics, Mobile tones that reference music or are based on songs come under the same category and are therefore forbidden. Both the Glorious Qur'an and the Hadith unequivocally exclude music. "And of mankind is he who buys idle talks (i.e., music, singing, etc.) to deceive (men) from the Path of Allah without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allah, the Verses of the Qur'an) by way of mockery," the Quran states. There will be an embarrassing agony for such. While the Prophet

(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) has cautioned us against music in a number of traditions. Among other things, he viewed the proliferation of dance and musical instruments as an indication of Qiyamah (the end of the world). (26)

The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) reportedly said: "When people start taking 'spoils of war' excessively, occupying trust, considering Zakat as tax, seeking religious knowledge for the sake of material gain, obeying wives other than mothers, approaching friend and distancing father, making noise in mosques, when the sinner ones rule people and the leader is the lowest one, when a man is honored due to his mischief, when singer women and music are popular, The Prophet claimed that Allah had sent him as a mercy and a guide for humanity and had given him the mandate to destroy all musical instruments, idols, and other artefacts. According to Allah, anybody who consumes even a small amount of alcohol will be forced to consume an equivalent amount of the pus from the wounds of those who are damned. (27)

Islam forbade both maintaining and taking images of live things when it came to the topic of pictures. It is not permitted to take pictures or record video using a mobile device. Likewise, Islam cannot support the practice of keeping photos on a mobile device. If the images are hidden, it is legal to preserve them but not recommended. Hazrat Aisha narrates it as follows: According to the Prophet of Allah, "The painter of these pictures will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them, make alive what you have created."

_According to Hazrat 'Aisha, the Prophet approached me as there was an animal-themed curtain hanging in the room. He became furious, and his face turned crimson. He then grabbed the curtain and tore it to pieces. According to the Prophet, those who paint these images will suffer the harshest penalty on the Day of the Resurrection. I served the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) food and invited him, according to Hazrat Ali (Raziallahu Anhu). He arrived and noticed a curtain with pictures on it; upon leaving, he declared that angels do not enter homes with pictures. (28) Therefore, those who misuse their phones are warned of the dangers. The mobile device becomes a musical instrument if we use it to listen to music or set musical ringtones. Likewise, using a mobile device in this way will be just as illegal as using a camera if we take images of living things. Etiquettes of Using Smartphones:

But there are various manners that one should observe. Many people use their phones as a source of entertainment and play to waste their precious time and energy. Islam certainly does not approve of this. "It is beauty of one's Islam that one forsakes the things that are meaningless," the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) remarked._The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) also reportedly said, "There are two blessings which many people lose: (they are) health and free time for doing well." This statement is recorded by Ibn 'Abbas.Additionally, he added: "On the day of judgement, a person's feet cannot move until he is asked about four things: his age, how he spent it, his knowledge, how much he used it, his wealth, where he earned it, and where he spent it, as well as his body, what he used it for." It is therefore strongly advised that one carefully consider whether or not the mobile is luring him into useless activities. (29)

In general, children should avoid using mobile devices. Their education and healthy growth are impacted. The use of mobile devices is crucial in drawing people into unethical and sinful acts. We must keep in mind that just as lying, deceiving, backbiting, abusing, hurting, etc. are prohibited in general, they are also prohibited on mobile devices. The same rules apply to recording someone's call or listening to him without his permission.

In mosques, religious gatherings, and other locations where ringing mobiles could annoy or interfere with others, one must turn off their phones. Similar to visiting a sick person, it is best to turn off your phone when meeting revered elders.

In general, if someone wishes to call someone, they should consider the best time to call them. According to the circumstances of the person being called, it must not be a good moment for prayer, relaxation, or engagement. Any anyone who wishes to address a significant issue, ask for advice, or speak for an extended period of time should obtain permission first.

Some callers annoy others by calling back repeatedly and for an extended period of time. Some people also have a propensity of making unneeded miscalls, which is against the law because it causes problems. (30)

When phoning someone, use the Islamic greeting "Assalamu Alaikum" and then give a brief introduction so that the person on the other end can quickly learn more about you. Avoid using phrases like "hello" and similar expressions. A final greeting is appropriate.

Talking should be done with composure. Some people frequently speak at their loudest voice as if the person on the other end has poor hearing. Similar to this, one should refrain from using a cell phone while walking since it could hurt him. Talking as much as necessary is encouraged. Talking excessively for no reason is unpopular and a waste of time and resources.

As much as possible, one should refrain from referring to those of the opposing sex as Ghiar Mahram (strange, to whom marriage is permitted). If a woman occurs to speak to a male, she should avoid using too casual a tone. She should only engage in necessary conversation with guys. Non-Muslims should not be greeted or responded to with an Islamic greeting when called. Wa'alaikum, Hadakallah, and other commonly used non-Muslim greetings are acceptable. (31)
