Introduction.
Modern education provides students with unique opportunities to realize their potential and achieve career success. However, to become a good student, you need to have certain skills and qualities. In this article we will look at the key aspects of successful learning and suggest strategies for developing them.
Literature review.
In modern education, various aspects of successful student learning are discussed. One of the key areas of research is the influence of various factors on academic performance and overall development of students.
Self-discipline and self-organization: Many studies emphasize the importance of self-discipline and self-organization in achieving academic success. Decades of research have found that students with high levels of self-discipline are more likely to complete coursework on time and use their time effectively

(Duckworth & Seligman). This is due to their ability to control their actions and avoid distractions, which leads to more consistent academic results.
Motivation: Motivation plays a key role in the learning process. Research shows that students who have clear goals and a sense of direction are more successful in their academic achievements (Deci & Ryan). They have a high level of intrinsic motivation, which allows them to overcome difficulties and continue working towards their goals even in difficult situations.
Effective teaching methods: In modern education, the emphasis is on the development of active learning methods that promote a deep understanding of the material and its application in practice. Research shows that students who use these methods are more likely to achieve high academic results (Pintrich). These include methods of problem-based learning, collective discussion, the use of various educational technologies and interactive techniques.
This literature review demonstrates that becoming a successful student requires not only the possession of certain knowledge and skills, but also the development of qualities such as self-discipline, motivation and the ability to study effectively. Further research in this area may help develop more effective strategies for teaching and motivating students.
Main part.
Methodology.
There are many approaches to becoming a good student, and in this part we will look at several of them, backed by academic research and practical experience.
Self-discipline and self-organization. One of the key aspects of successfully becoming a student is the development of self-discipline and the ability to effectively organize your time. Self-discipline includes the ability to stick to a study schedule, complete assignments on time, and not get distracted while studying. Research conducted by Duckworth and Seligman found that a student's level of self-discipline is a stronger predictor of success than IQ. Various strategies can be used to develop self-discipline, such as creating a clear study schedule, setting specific goals, and rewarding yourself for achievements.
Motivation. An important aspect of successful learning is the presence of internal motivation, which will support the student in difficult moments and help him continue to move towards his goals. Deci and Ryan's research indicates that motivation based on intrinsic needs and values leads to more sustainable and long-lasting learning outcomes. To maintain motivation, a student can use various strategies, such as visualizing goals, setting rewards for achievements, and seeking support from friends and mentors.
Effective teaching methods. Modern education offers many different teaching methods, and the choice of a particular strategy depends on the preferences of the student and the nature of the learning material. However, some methods, such as active participation in lessons, feedback and independent learning, have widespread acceptance among educational researchers and practitioners (Pintrich). The student can also use modern educational technologies, such as online courses and interactive textbooks, to study the material in depth.
Results.
As a result of applying the strategies and approaches described above, a student can achieve significant improvements in his academic results, as well as develop self-regulation and self-motivation skills that will be useful in his future career and life.
Conclusions and further prospects for the study.
Based on the presented literature review and analysis of the main aspects of successful student learning, a number of conclusions can be drawn and potential directions for further research in this area can be identified.
The importance of self-discipline and self-organization. Despite the fact that self-discipline and self-
organization play a key role in the success of a student, there remains a need for more in-depth research into the mechanisms and strategies for their development. Further research can be aimed at studying effective methods for developing these qualities in students of various ages and educational levels.
Role of Motivation in Learning. It is important to continue research in the field of student motivation to identify the various factors that influence their intrinsic motivation and desire to achieve academic success. This may also include research into the development of motivational programs and strategies for various categories of students.
Optimization of teaching methods. With the development of technology and changing educational paradigms, it has become increasingly important to study the effectiveness of modern teaching methods and adapt them to the needs of modern students. Future research could focus on investigating the effectiveness of different educational platforms, online courses, and interactive techniques.
Sociocultural and individual aspects of learning. It is important to take into account the various sociocultural and individual characteristics of students when developing learning and motivation strategies. Further research may focus on studying the influence of factors such as social environment, cultural characteristics, and personal characteristics on the learning process.
Overall, future research in the field of student success should strive to develop a deeper understanding of how students develop qualities such as self-discipline, motivation, and effective learning methods. This will allow us to develop more effective learning and motivation strategies, as well as improve the quality of education in general.

THE TPACK 'S IMPACT ON LANGUAGE TEACHING IN TERTIARY EDUCATION
Abstract
The rapid changes in technology have significantly impacted various aspects of our daily lives and work, including teaching and learning activities. In recent years, the concept of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) has gained prominence evidenced by numerous studies in which the TPACK framework is regarded as a productive way to examine how teachers could integrate educational technology into the classroom to teach the subject matter. TPACK not only serves as a valuable framework for investigating technology integration but also presents opportunities for research in teacher education, professional development, and teacher's use of technology. The paper, therefore, employs secondary data from the extensive literature on the TPACK framework and its application in English language teaching in tertiary
