تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى اهتمام مؤسسات التعليم العالي في العالم العربي بدعم اللغة العربية، في الجوانب التالية: (1) دور الجامعات العربية في إثراء المحتوى العربي على الإنترنت ومدى مساهمتها في مشروع الذخيرة العربية. (2) مدى اهتمام الجامعات العربية بالتأليف والنشر باللغة العربية في الدوريات العلمية المتخصصة والرسائل الجامعية والمؤتمرات ومراكز التميز البحثي وكراسي البحث. (3) مدى توافر قواعد معلومات عربية متخصصة. (4) مدى اهتمام الجامعات العربية بالترجمة والتعريب من حيث نتاجها المترجم وعدد مراكز الترجمة. (5) مدى اهتمام الجامعات العربية بمعاهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها. (6) عدد الجمعيات العلمية المتخصصة في الترجمة والتعريب واللغة العربية والمعجمية واللسانيات العربية. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من 648 جامعة ومركز جامعي وكلية مستقلة ومعهد مستقل ومدرسة وطنية عليا ومدرسة أساتذة عليا ومدرسة تحضيرية ومعهد عال وجامعة افتراضية سواء كانت حكومية أو خاصة، وطنية أو أجنبية في جميع الدول العربية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اهتمام الجامعات العربية بنشر اللغة العربية ليس بالمستوى المطلوب ولا يتناسب مع مكانة اللغة العربية باعتبارها لغة القرآن الكريم ولغة أكثر من 400 مليون نسمة. وتقدم الدراسة إحصائيات علمية للجوانب المذكورة أعلاه، كما تقدم بعض توصيات لتفعيل دور الجامعات العربية في دعم اللغة العربية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجامعات العربية، دعم اللغة العربية، اثراء المحتوى العربي، الأبحاث باللغة العربية، النشر باللغة العربية، الترجمة والتعريب، تعليم العربية للأجانب

مدى اهتمام الجامعات العربية بدعم اللغة العربية

The study aims to find out to what extent Arab higher education institutions support and promote the Arabic language in terms of: (i) their role in enriching the Arabic language content on the Internet and their contribution in the Arabic Lexicon Project; (ii) their role in using Arabic for publishing Articles in specialised scientific journals, M.A. and Ph.D. theses, conferences, Centers of excellence, and research chairs; (iii) availability of specialized Arabic electronic databases; (iv) their role in translation and Arabization, their translated output, and number of translation centers; (v) their role in establishing Arabic language institutes for teaching Arabic to non-native-speakers of Arabic; (vi) number of academic societies and organizations specialized in Arabic linguistics, translation, Arabization, and lexicography. The study population consisted of 648 universities, university centers, independent colleges, teachers’ colleges, preparatory colleges, higher education institutes, and virtual universities, whether state of private, national or foreign, in all Arab countries. Results showed that Arab higher education institutions support for the Arabic language is not optimal and does not reflect the status of the Arabic language, being the language of the Holy Quran and the native language of more than 400 million people. The study presents some statistics for the above aspects and some recommendations for increasing the role of Arab universities in promoting the Arabic language.

Abstract

ЗАИНТЕРЕСОВАННОСТЬ АРАБСКИХ УНИВЕРСИТЕТОВ В ПОДДЕРЖКЕ АРАБСКОГО ЯЗЫКА

Аннотация

Цель исследования - определить в какой степени арабские высшие учебные заведения поддерживают и продвигают арабский язык с точки зрения: (¡) их роли в увеличении арабоязычного контента в Интернете и их вклада в проект «Арабский лексикон»; (¡¡) их роли в использовании арабского языка при публикации статей в специализированных научных журналах, при написании магистерских и докторских диссертаций, в конференциях, центрах передового опыта и исследовательских кафедрах; (¡¡¡) наличия специализированных арабских электронных баз данных; (¡у) их роли в переводе и арабизации, объем переведенных материалов и количества переводческих центров.; у) их роль в создании институтов арабского языка для обучения иностранцев арабскому языку; у^ количество академических сообществ и организаций, специализирующихся в лингвистике арабского языка, переводоведении в области арабского языка, арабизации и лексикографии. В состав участников исследования вошли 648 университетов, университетских центров, независимых колледжей, педагогических колледжей, подготовительных колледжей, высших учебных заведений и виртуальных университетов во всех арабских странах, которые имеют разные статусы: государственные, частные, национальные или иностранные. Результаты показали, что поддержка арабского языка

арабскими высшими учебными заведениями не является оптимальной и не отражает статус арабского языка, являющегося языком Священного Корана и родным языком более чем 400 миллионов человек. В исследовании представлены некоторые статистические данные по вышеуказанным аспектам и некоторые рекомендации для увеличения роли арабских университетов в продвижении арабского языка.
