Urgency. Human health is determined by the basic triad consisting of hereditary factors, factors of quality of life and environmental factors [1].

Regardless of the changes taking place in society, the main indicator of wellbeing of any country is the health of its inhabitants. It is known that in the past years there has been deterioration in health and demographic indicators and the growth of population morbidity. One reason for this trend - ecological tension in some regions. Suffice it to say that the health of the population by 20-40% depending on the environmental conditions. Republic of Kazakhstan is environmentally unsafe. Typically, zones of ecological trouble are in the developed parts of the country to live [3]. The Aral Sea continues to be the epicenter of the environmental disaster with devastating environmental and socio-economic consequences. Problems of water supply and water quality are of particular concern in the Aral Sea basin and identified as a priority in national and regional action plan for environmental protection to achieve sustainable development in the region [4,5]. The environmental situation in the area of the Aral Sea region, Kyzyl orda region, remains extremely worrying and is accompanied by a deterioration of the main indicators of the health of the population, increased mortality and decreased life expectancy, so the integrated approach in the management of the health of the Aral region population are highly relevant.

Objective. To assess the health status с. Zhosaly Kyzylorda region on the results of medical and biological monitoring.

Materials and methods. A single survey of adults с. Zhosaly. Just a medical examination 538 people took part. Criteria for inclusion in the survey were the duration of residence in the zone of ecological disaster for at least 5 years, the lack of contact in the workplace occupational factors above Class 2 hazard and danger. Set in a group of adults was carried out on the basis of stratification (on the floor), and a quota equal to the sample of men and women in the following age groups 18-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-59 years and 60-69 years each locality.

Medical examination included a consultation spetsialitov: therapist, additional functional studies: electrocardiography (ECG), respiratory function and ultrasound (USS) hepatoduodenal area and kidneys.

Quantitative variables were tested for normal distribution using descriptive statistics Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.

For quantitative variables with normal distribution were calculated average index, dispersion error and 95% confidence interval. For quantitative data, not obeying the normal distribution - the median, 25% and 75% quartiles. Randomization of the submissions received was not carried out.

The volume of medico-biological studies is given in Table 1.
