While the functional features of innovative thinking are directly related to market economy and scientific research, it is difficult to understand the socio-philosophical essence of the topic, innovative thinking. In addition, diverse ideas and approaches in scientific literature can bring certain objections, scientific arguments. In scientific literature, innovative work is based on the idea that it is a source of internal contradictions that are interconnected and interdependent. This article deals with these problems.

Abstract: while the functional features of innovative thinking are directly related to market economy and scientific research, it is difficult to understand the socio-philosophical essence of the topic, innovative thinking. In addition, diverse ideas and approaches in scientific literature can bring certain objections, scientific arguments. In scientific literature, innovative work is based on the idea that it is a source of internal contradictions that are interconnected and interdependent. This article deals with these problems.

Keywords: radical (fundamental) technology, socio-economic development, intensification, innovative activities.

The influence of the German philosophy on contradictions and controversies remains in the discovery of the fundamental essence of innovation research.

As a result of special studies conducted by Mensh and D. Sachal, it is clear that scientific and technical research has identified the characteristics of various stages in the development of the personality. For example, D. Sachals writes:

1) innovation often comes as an expression of random things;

2) availability of necessary capacities for solving problems;

3) the factors associated with the acquisition of accumulated experience.

Prominent economist and market propagandist Y. Schumpeter describes the innovation with major and secondary innovations, and G. Mansur, based on its classification, splits the sphere of innovation into different parts. The major innovation is the formation of new market relations and new industries. Second-class or counterfeit innovations, however, can not improve the technological processes, but can bring some kind of news into the industry's business practices.

Analyzing the existing approaches, D. Kokurin describes the innovation as follows: "The absolute new, radical (fundamental) technology, types of products, methods of management; a combination of different factors of production, which involves the use of combinations; modification of the principles of farming, the basic structure of the product with additional innovations are considered as innovation". At the same time, he admits that innovation is a product of innovative research and market relations and that it is always necessary to look at this harmony.

The President of our country Sh.M.Mirziyoev said: "The transition of the economy of our country to market relations led to new approaches to the development of scientific and innovative activities."

Academician S. Gulyamov and his colleagues try to instill innovation through different directions of social life and different models. These are:

1) the Uzbek economy model (small business and private, family business, creative and intellectual capacity of people, innovative society based on knowledge);

2) science and education model of Uzbek science (creation of new knowledge, teaching them to become innovation);

3) Uzbek model of health (protection of mother and child health, development of intellectual potential and nutrition);

4) Uzbek family model (creates and educates children with healthy and intellectual potential);

5) model of Uzbek mahalla (modeling, intellectual potential, entrepreneurial families and children in low income families)

It is not difficult to note that innovations are linked to science, intellectual potential and scientific thought, and the achievements in these areas raise the socio-economic development to a new level, form the structures and types of services that are relevant to market relations. Scientific thinking is the basis of socio-economic development and innovative development.

Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Z.A. Mukumov divides the innovation into productive innovation and technological innovation. In his opinion, productive innovations allow innovation in the enterprise, which increases the cost of selling a new product, as well as maximizing profit by

modifying and upgrading the previous product; technological innovation is a type of activity aimed at maximizing profit by reducing the cost of products manufactured at the enterprise. At the same time, the researcher points out the essence of technological innovation. "Technological innovations are usually reflected in the production of new or improved products; develops products with improved productivity while applying excellent methods; organizational and managerial innovations - primarily related to the processes of production, transportation, trade, and the optimal organization of trade; innovating information - solves issues related to rationalization of information flows in the field of scientific, technical and innovation activity, and efficiency of receiving information; social innovation is focused on improving working conditions, addressing health, education and cultural issues. The innovation process is the process of scientific knowledge. It can be thought of as a chain of events associated with the transition from the idea of innovation to the form of a definite product, technology, or service."

The researcher's ideas are closer to previous authors, but he tries to exploit the features of technological innovation. The ideas about innovation and its functional features can be reiterated. They are well-documented and analyzed in the work of economist Sh. Ergashhodzhaeva. She looks at innovation as a method of introducing scientific-technological discoveries, new economic thinking products into the economy, and includes its functions:

1) Innovations are the channel for the success of human potential, the implementation of scientific and technical outcomes, serving to the intensification of labor activity and its scientific capacity;

2) They expand the range of products and services produced by innovations, improve their quality, which will contribute to the growth of society's needs and satisfaction;

3) Innovation promotes the production of new generation capacities, produces products and services with less labor, energy and materials consumption;

4) Innovation as a competition in any area will help rebuild the reproduction structure in line with changing needs and external environments.

Thus, innovations are a necessary element of the implementation of the basic laws of society, its development and dynamism. The development of organizations in society takes place through the development of diverse technologies that affect all aspects of their activities. Doctor of philosophical sciences, Professor A. Begmatov reflects on the specific functional features of the innovative mind and emphasizes that it is a phenomenon of its own, scientific, technical and modern information, methods of management, and new thinking. He points out that the innovative phenomenon of consciousness expresses the substance of the social life, the market economy, the substance of the thinking, and development, which is prone to change. The innovative activity is the phenomenon that provides social, cultural and intellectual development.

Summarizing the above points, we can conclude that innovation is the product of the needs of market relations. The combination of economic and innovative thinking is a reflection of the dynamics and renewal of social life. Therefore, its socio-philosophical, exemplary essence is the contribution of the market to the development of socio-economic life.
