The ultimate goal of social education in the world is to form the perfect personality traits in every citizen. "There are specific features, laws, opportunities, mechanisms of educating teenagers who have a high, independent thinking, behavioral attitudes and cognitions. It is important to note that the use of educational and educational measures in the upbringing of adolescents eliminates disagreements in interpersonal relationships, creates a warm psychological climate, and nowadays the issue of adolescents' fate is very important. Adolescence is characterized by immature immaturity, emotionality, and sophistication, so it is important to focus on adolescent girls who are exposed to external influences. The main reasons for this are:
1. Changing of culture, industry and literature, socio-economic conditions as a result of development of science and technology;
2. Adolescent competitiveness due to the expansion of media coverage;
3. Awareness of boys and girls about world events;
4. Accelerating their physical and intellectual development;
5. The need for a particular approach to ideological, political, patriotic and international education in working with adolescents;
6. Openness, social justice, and the deepening of democracy in social life. retardations are also noticeable.
Positioned tolerance is a mechanism to back up and create range of system dissimilarity of human being that enlarges the variation of peculiarities of this set in a numerous unexpected positions and their steadiness. In accordance with one of the Russian scientist Zolotukhin: "As a phenomenon of social reality, the tolerance provides a tolerance for others ' opinions, belief, behavior" [1. p. 3-7]. It is a common thing that a person's tolerance increases with their educational point of view. The origin of the term "tolerance" is rooted in the Latin language, in translation, Tolerantus is, literally, "tolerate," you endure or put up with something. In English, tolerance is the readiness and ability to perceive a person or thing without protest, in Chinese, the expression of generosity towards others; in Arabic, tolerance is understood as forgiveness, indulgence, gentleness, compassion, benevolence, patience, disposition towards others, in Uzbek it means being patient, considerate when you come across something difficult in your life. Thus, in psychology, tolerance is the property of the individual to be tolerant of surrounding phenomena and people. An obvious feature of the modern human world is the diversity of all aspects of its existence-sociocultural ways of life, socio-political conditions. The problem of tolerance ripens in certain people's experience and only under the influence of real interest.
If education and tolerance go hand in hand, how is it possible that anti-immigrant obstacles are so virulent in educated people? It is thought that the education can give everything that we want or it gives extra benefits to our social life, but the reality may be more complicated than having been seen. Signification of being patient as personal appreciate of an individual is realized by globalization of economy, quick development of communication, interaction of cultures and their individual integration into single whole social space, large-scale of migration of population, urbanization and interchanges in social structures around the world.
In the past, prejudiced children, unlike tolerant children, are usually found to be threatening furnishings. Security is the leitmotif of the life of tolerant children, and not a threat. Tolerant relationships do not arise as individual qualities of a person, but are formed through education and upbringing in the family, at school, through the media, state policies, etc. The formation of a tolerant attitude of the child to others is an important process, during which the problem of relations to the surrounding world is actualized. The process of education and upbringing influences the formation of interpersonal relationships, as well as the development of tolerant relationships [2, p. 176]. It is proved that tolerance is formed in the younger school age, although the prerequisites for its formation are laid in the preschool age. In the psychological and educational studies of L.S. Vygotsky, A.A. Lyublinsky, A.V. Zaporozhts, A.N. Leontiev, S.L. Rubinstein, stressing the idea that younger school age is of great importance and the ability to form an emotionally positive attitude to representatives of other nationalities, other social groups, the formation of tolerance. Particular importance is given to communication, its influence on building relationships in a team where students of different nationalities, health and different learning opportunities. Continuous education is the organization of the learning process, in which children, regardless of their physical, mental, intellectual, cultural, linguistic and other characteristics, are included in the general education system and are educated at the place of residence together with their peers without disabilities in the same general schools, - in such general schools that take into account their special educational needs and provide their students with the necessary special support [3, p. 226]. The main task for pedagogy and psychology is social adaptation and integration of children into society. In order for the educational process to be effective, it is necessary to know the clinical and psychological features of children with abnormalities of the musculoskeletal system. Children's cerebral palsy can be complicated by sensory impairments, intellectual, speech, mental disorders of the child.
