FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE

IN FUTURE TEACHERS

ABSTRACT

The article describes the ongoing reforms in the formation of pedagogical and psychological knowledge of future teachers, as well as the work done in the field of science and technology and production among the countries of the world community. There are also opinions of world scientists on the formation of the teacher's knowledge and skills. Opinions on the formation of pedagogical and psychological knowledge are also offered.

The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Youth Policy" adopted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 14, 2016 and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures for further development of the higher education system" of April 21, 2017 "And other normative legal acts related to this activity will contribute to the high level of development of all educational institutions in the country in the implementation of the tasks set for teachers.

The development of man-made civilization on a global scale has created a contradiction in the development of "material" and "spiritual" cultures. There are cases of memory loss, low self-esteem and weakened will in some groups of young people, who rely on technology. In the development of technical civilization, students' learning activities began to be influenced by certain factors.

Pedagogy on the basis of new modern educational technologies It is necessary to ensure that each student of higher education institutions has a perfect level of pedagogical and psychological knowledge. Today, there is a healthy competition between the countries of the world community in science, technology and industry. Given the current rapid changes in our country, one of the most pressing issues is to increase the knowledge of teachers in their specialties and pedagogical-psychological disciplines, who teach our young people who are thirsty for knowledge in our society and encourage them to perfection. With this in mind, it is necessary to expand and improve the existing knowledge base, as the rapid development of society, the influx of foreign ideas will inevitably affect students. Protecting and educating the younger generation in our society from these negative influences is mainly the responsibility of preschool educators and secondary school teachers.

Pedagogical universities are responsible for the supply and supply of highly educated personnel to all educational institutions in the country. The disciplines taught at pedagogical universities are based on the State Education Standards and the National Training Program. Each subject taught in a higher education institution is important in itself. These disciplines will serve to increase the potential of our young people in the future and contribute to the development of society. This knowledge is very relevant in the activities of educational institutions, which are the core of our state, and it is no secret that the future of our society is in the hands of our youth. With this in mind, we are all equally responsible for improving the knowledge, skills and abilities of our students studying in pedagogical higher educational institutions of the Republic today. Students of the 1st to 4th levels of pedagogical higher education institutions of the country are provided with the necessary knowledge in all areas of training. Of course, we all know that professional knowledge is one of the most important areas of knowledge that students have. The role of pedagogical and psychological knowledge in imparting knowledge to young people in the future, in raising a child to a high level of perfection is infinite. Such an excellent level of knowledge is very important for the development of our society.

In pedagogical higher educational institutions, pedagogical-psychological sciences are mainly in the curriculum of students of 1-3 levels. Nowadays, the main task of professors and teachers of higher education institutions is to teach these subjects to each of our students. Students' experience in pedagogy and psychology will help them to strengthen their existing knowledge and become highly qualified in their field.

A student of a pedagogical university must consciously and sincerely understand that the special knowledge acquired in his / her field of specialization must be passed on to his / her students and the younger generation through pedagogical and psychological methods. This, in turn, imposes a serious and responsible responsibility on the professors of pedagogical higher education institutions. The formation of pedagogical and psychological knowledge in future teachers and the development of this field, like all existing disciplines in higher education, is one of the most pressing issues today. The educator must always be one step ahead of the people he or she is teaching. At a time when modern techniques and technologies, foreign experience, the ability to learn foreign languages are developing, a number of requirements are set for modern teachers, university professors. In particular, there are requirements for specialists in the field of pedagogy and psychology to work continuously on themselves.

Regardless of the field of study or specialization of students in pedagogical universities, the above knowledge should be taught in a strong, diverse, modern, innovative technologies, meeting the standards of the global education system. Students should be able to apply the knowledge they have acquired during their internship and in their future careers. Some of the knowledge available in the field of pedagogy and

psychology is used to study the child and to convey the existing knowledge of the teacher. Along with the education of the child, it helps to positively develop the developing educational system. We all know that these two areas have long been jointly explained by our philosophers in their research: Russian pedagogue and psychologist K.D. Ushinsky "Psychology is the most important of all disciplines for pedagogy. In order to educate a person in every way, you have to study him in every way. "

We need to inculcate this truth in our students and help them learn this knowledge based on logical memory and thinking. When a person knows that he really needs something, he will strive to achieve it. This process occurs in schoolchildren, for example, but his worldview may be partially narrowed in order for schoolchildren to understand these situations at that time. As our scholars have said, a teacher should be a beacon that illuminates the path of a child's life.

This places a responsibility on students in today's higher education system, as well as on professors and teachers. Like every citizen living in a peaceful and prosperous country, school and university teachers must contribute to the development of our country and respond to the reforms being carried out in our country.

Students studying in the system of pedagogical higher education are interested in learning, developing their learning motives, improving the quality of education, the ability of students to discover their future abilities, the study of a number of such requirements. is placed. Lectures, practical, seminars, laboratory exercises conducted by qualified specialists who are necessary for our students studying in higher education in order to achieve their goals. They have special field knowledge in teaching, course work, independent study, pedagogical practice.

In order to join the ranks of developed countries in the world today, we need to study the world community, the education system of developed countries and learn from them that do not affect our nationality. The process of civilization is developing rapidly in all spheres of the world. If one field lags behind the development, it can be replaced by another iodine stream or idea. The world's high-tech education system contributes to the development of manufacturing, innovation, software development, agricultural development, export potential, imports, investment, sales in the world market, and more. So, in this time of rapid development, we must also contribute to the development of our country, to the achievement of great heights. One of the most pressing issues is the use of advanced foreign experience in the formation of our pedagogical and psychological knowledge in students, their application in our work, the creation of innovations in this area. As our time progresses, education should not lag behind. The great German educator Adolf Disterverg commented on the teacher's constant reading of the sciences: "A teacher should study science regularly and work on himself. Otherwise, it will look like a dead tree or a rock. Just as a dead tree or stone cannot bear fruit, so no teacher can bear fruit in the future. "

This idea has been proven in some developed countries. In the formation of pedagogical and psychological knowledge in students, we need to reveal to them the real, existing reality of life. Prospective teachers need to be aware of the child's future, abilities, capabilities, and other individual characteristics, and take these opportunities into account when educating the child. To do this, we need to develop the existing knowledge of our future teachers, to teach them more theoretical and practical knowledge in a particular field. In the process of educating their students in the future, our future teachers can use different methods to study them individually, to understand their abilities, but the teacher makes mistakes, misleads the student. It is absolutely wrong to consider students as uneducated because of their lack of motivation (interests) or because they do not know the subject they are teaching perfectly. In the education system of developed countries, it is said that "if a student does not master science materials well, in a sense, the student is not to blame."

As mentioned above, we may face similar shortcomings in some areas of our education. It would be expedient to eliminate these shortcomings in a timely manner and to introduce innovative technologies and methods in accordance with our new nationality. According to today's requirements, each educator must independently choose his own teaching method and educate the youth of the society on the basis of it.
