The level of preparation of children for school education in ensuring the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 29, 2016 No PQ-2707 "On measures to further improve the system of preschool education in 2017-2021" radical improvement, implementation of modern educational programs in the educational process, provision of qualified pedagogical staff, creation of conditions for comprehensive intellectual, moral, aesthetic and physical development of children, material and technical base of educational institutions, preschool An action plan for the implementation of the tasks set out in the program for further improvement of the education system for 2017-2021 has been developed. The task of pre-school education is to bring up children with the rich national, cultural-historical heritage and spiritual and moral values of the people: to form national patriotic feelings in children, to form the need for education in preschool children, their desire to learn and regularly prepare them for education , to develop children's thinking, to form the skills of independent and free expression of their thoughts, to ensure the physical and mental health of children. One of the main goals of the article is to identify and develop children's abilities and potential through modern fine arts.

ТОНКАЯ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ ОСНОВА ДЕТСКОГО ТВОРЧЕСТВА

Уровень подготовки детей к школьному образованию в обеспечении реализации Постановления Президента Республики Узбекистан от 29 декабря 2016 года № PQ-2707 «О мерах по дальнейшему совершенствованию системы дошкольного образования в 2017-2021 годах». «коренное улучшение, внедрение современных образовательных программ в образовательный процесс, обеспечение квалифицированными педагогическими кадрами, создание условий для всестороннего интеллектуального, нравственного, эстетического и физического развития детей, материально-технической базы образовательных учреждений, дошкольных учреждений. Разработана реализация задач, поставленных в Программе дальнейшего совершенствования системы образования на 2017-2021 годы. Задача дошкольного образования воспитать детей с богатым национальным, культурно-историческим наследием и духовно-нравственными ценностями народа: сформировать у детей национально-патриотические чувства, сформировать потребность в воспитании у детей дошкольного возраста, их желание. обучать и регулярно готовить их к обучению, развивать мышление детей, формировать навыки самостоятельного и свободного выражения своих мыслей, обеспечивать физическое и психическое здоровье детей. Одна из основных целей статьи выявить и развить способности и потенциал детей с помощью современного изобразительного искусства.

Creativity comes in many forms. Curiosity, inspiration, aspiration, etc., involve the process of creativity from the highest appearance in the human mind to its manifestation. An individual's need for activity is an aspiration that is not a new goal in the activity.

Creativity is a process of human activity that creates qualitatively new, material and spiritual wealth. Creativity is the ability of a person to work. Based on the knowledge of the laws of the objective world, labor can be created in such a way as to create a new reality that satisfies different social needs. Types of creativity are determined by creative activity: inventor, organizer, scientific and artistic work, and so on. Opportunities for creative activity depend on social relationships. Today's educational reforms, which have been carried out since independence, depend on the training of highly qualified personnel who take a creative approach to their work and contribute to the rapid development of science, technology, art and industry. Therefore, it is important and necessary to educate every student in the spirit of creativity, based on the students of social development. By the way, the task is to develop educators who understand the complexities of the visual arts and have the skills to share its subtleties with preschool children.

The research process used the methods of objectivity, logic, analysis and synthesis of scientific knowledge. In the course of this research, the importance of Bloom's taxonomy was objectively revealed. Today, the steps of teaching Boom taxonomy to students using innovative technologies have been explored in a logical sequence.

The role of the educator in the formation of children's aesthetic abilities through visual activities in preschool education is invaluable. He must have deep knowledge and high skills, for which he must constantly work on himself, constantly improve his

scientific and theoretical level, rely on advanced experience. In the course of "Visual activity":

Fostering artistic taste;

Given that the weekly loading is 12 hours, visual activity accounts for one-third of all activities.

This means that the visual activity is the largest part of the integrative content and is carried out in a logical and didactic connection with other types of activity. This means that the content and methodology of visual activities need to be improved in line with other activities.

In preschool, children are mainly involved in art activities, storytelling with works of art; and at school, the visual arts become more familiar with color painting, graphics, sculpture, and decorative art. Preschool activities include a variety of visual activities: drawing, clay, application, construction. Great attention is paid to all the lessons presented in the preschool. The successful solution of educational problems in the primary grades is integrated with the activities of descriptive activities in preschool education.

In group art activities, children learn to control their character and hand power by using pens and brushes freely. This, in turn, develops children's ability to move their hands easily and freely.

In the process of drawing objects of different shapes, sizes and proportions, children learn to move according to the size of the object, to keep the direction, depending on the nature of the object. In preschool activities, students learn to use materials in an orderly manner, to keep them clean, and to plan only the materials

they need and how to use them. These activities develop children's attention and visual memory. Depending on the nature of the preschool group, the requirements for drawing or painting will increase, and these requirements will be closer to the school requirements. Demonstrating the sequence of work in nature-based imaging is done only at the initial stage of preparation and study in a large group of children. To analyze nature, children try to sketch the whole general form, compare the picture with nature, correct mistakes and shortcomings, and make it look like nature. Finding or seeing geometric shapes in art activities, naming them in terms of width, size, length, height, and spatial arrangement of parts relative to each other will help children to master basic mathematical concepts in 1st grade.

Building materials from construction materials build children's visual acuity and help them master or master technical lessons in school. In this way, children's artistic taste and creative abilities are developed through art activities, which in turn prepares them for school. Because children are inextricably linked with objects, get acquainted with their unique qualities, shape, color, size, identify their differences, similarities, which allows children to develop sensory, visual, figurative thinking. Visual activity educates children morally. In their work, children reflect on the events of their lives and society, they are happy and excited about them. In the process of visual activity, children are taught the qualities of the will - to finish the work, to set goals and strive to achieve them, to overcome difficulties, to help their peers. Qualities such as helping each other, working together in the process of creating team work; in the process of evaluating work, they develop moral qualities such as a realistic attitude of their peers towards work, correct evaluation, and satisfaction with their work and the work of their peers. Visual activity is an activity that encourages children to work hard to achieve their goals. Visual activity is the main means of aesthetic education of children. Distinguishing the size, color, shape, and spatial location of each object is part of this aesthetic sense. The development of aesthetic perception in children is associated with a deeper sense of color, rhythm and proportion. The more the child feels the color, the shape, the variety, the more he enjoys the variety of colors. The development of aesthetic perception in children develops in them an aesthetic assessment of the object and some of its qualities. It develops in them an understanding of the works of art, feelings and attitudes towards them. Visual activities play an important role in children's artistic development. The artistic development of a child is the acquisition of figurative thinking, aesthetic perception and the skills needed to create an image. For example: a trip to nature or a park, an excursion in the fall. Through the aesthetic sense of the subject or the environment,

children can be brought up to appreciate the environment, the work of people, and love for the motherland. The main task of artistic and moral upbringing is to make children do their work more beautifully and well, to please others and be happy to see them.

Visual activities play an important role in preparing children for school. Knowledge and skills in painting, clay, and building materials will be the basis for successful school art and labor lessons. It prepares them for learning activities: teaches them to listen to the teacher, to follow his instructions. One of the main reasons for this educational activity is to find the main and important solutions to the problem. Controlling one's work in the visual arts also plays a role in school performance. The child is also psychologically prepared in the process of visual activity.
