The article describes the level of physical health of students of pedagogical specialties who have low indicators of physical activity; the main causes of impaired motor activity are revealed. It is emphasized that motor activity of student youth is considered as an integral part of life activity and improvement of physical condition of students. The importance of increasing the motivation to the physical activity of students in the aspect of the realization of wellness tasks of physical education is revealed.

> индивидуализация учебного процесса, в зависимости от уровня подготовки, способностей, индивидуальных особенностей и интересов учащихся;

> познавательная деятельности характеризуется большей самостоятельностью и носит поисковый характер;

> формирование профессиональных знаний и навыков за счет использования такого средства ИТ, как профессионально специализированные программы;

> наглядное представление и комплексное изучение явлений и событий;

> усиление междисциплинарных связей в обучении.

Использование в процессе обучения таких средства информационных технологий, как пакеты прикладных программ, языков программирования, эмуляторов, системы управления базами данных и др., позволяют сформировать информационную составляющую профессиональной компетентности выпускников военных образовательных организаций высшего образования войск национальной гвардии.

FEATURES OF PHYSICAL HEALTH OF STUDENTS WHICH HAVE LOW MOTOR ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article describes the level of physical health of students of pedagogical specialties who have low indicators of physical activity; the main causes of impaired motor activity are revealed.

It is emphasized that motor activity of student youth is considered as an integral part of life activity and improvement of physical condition of students.

The importance of increasing the motivation to the physical activity of students in the aspect of the realization of wellness tasks of physical education is revealed.

At the present stage of society's development, the problem of preserving and promoting the health of people and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is becoming increasingly acute.

In our country there is a critical situation with the state of health of the population. Morbidity has increased dramatically, especially for hypertension, angina, myocardial infarction (30%) [3]. Researches show that systematic exercise, compliance with proper motor and hygiene regimen are the most effective

means of preventing many diseases and maintaining a normal level of performance of the body [4].

One of the reasons for the low rates of motor activity is the increase of training load and the rapid development of information and communication technol-

°gy.

Healthy can be considered a person who is characterized by harmonious physical and mental development and well adapted to the surrounding physical and social environment. The harmonious development of

the individual is ensured by adequate motor activity and cultural and aesthetic activity. Motor activity is also one of the main factors that determine the health and physical condition of the population.

In modern scientific and methodical works the issues of measuring and estimating the mode of motor activity are widely considered, the daily and weekly volumes of motor activity of persons of different age and physical condition are investigated with the use of the Fremingham method (M. Zemskaya, S. Savchuk, Ye. Kotov, I. Nasadiuk); patterns and relationships of motor activity and physical condition were investigated by O. Pirogova, L. Ivashchenko, A. Drachuk, O. Kuts, T. Krutsevich, L. Khripko.

According to P. Plakhtiy, A. Koval, S. Ryabtseva, V. Marchuk the weakening of the influence of muscular activity on the body leads to profound disorders of metabolism and energy, activity of the cardiovascular and other systems of the organism , which dramatically reduces the vitality of tissues, leads to the rapid development of premature aging of the body [6].

Practical experience shows that students of pedagogical specialties are not able to fully organize their motor activity. This is due to a sufficiently high mental load, low motivation for physical education, failure to observe a healthy lifestyle and lack of efficiency of modern organization of physical education of students [1, 7].

As a result of our research we found that the high level of motor activity is only 5.6% in boys and 3.4% in girls.

Reducing the level of motor activity of modern youth impairs the functions of the musculoskeletal system, metabolic processes, disrupts the neural-reflex connections, which are inherent in nature and fixed in the process of hard physical work, leads to disorders of regulation of cardiovascular and other systems and development of systems and development of systems diseases.

In addition, the lack of physical activity reduces the strength and capacity of the skeletal muscle. This leads to impaired posture, curvature of the spine, flat feet, delayed age-old development of physical qualities. Prolonged stay in a monotonous position causes a static load on certain groups of muscles, which leads to their fatigue and exacerbates the adverse effects of hypoki-nesia [5].

With low levels of locomotor activity, everyday morphofunctional changes are not noticeable, but the negative cumulative effects of hypokinesia lead to negative changes in the body, which are manifested in the reduction of functional activity of organs and systems; in violation of the processes of nervous and humoral regulation; in the appearance of trophic and degenerative changes of the musculoskeletal system, its neuro-muscular and bone components; in violation of exchange processes; in increasing the amount of adipose tissue [3].

The results of measuring students' physical health indicators were compared with those of Professor G. Apanasenko (Table 1). [2].

Thus, the average value of girls' mass-growth index is 21.7 ± 3.4 kg / m2 in boys - 21.7 ± 2.6, 12 the obtained results indicate an average level.

According to the research, the index of life index in boys is within the average level, and in girls - above the average. Thus, the LI of girls of the first year is 53.9 ± 13.6 ml / kg, and in boys 58.5 ± 11.4 ml / kg.

The strength index indicates the assessment of muscle tone. The study of the ratio of the dynamometry of the hand and body weight in students of the first year found that in girls this figure is - 37.2 ± 8.5%, in boys this indicator is 54.1 ± 14.2%. A comparison of the mean SI of the students studied with the medieval

norms for boys and girls showed that this figure is within the low level.

Conducted at the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment, the analysis of the physical condition of the student youth according to the method of A. Pirogova proves that the girls of the first year have above average level of physical condition, namely: HR

- 83 ± 8.3 bpm, ATsd - 95.1 ± 10.1 mm. Hg age, 17.5 ± 0.5 years, body weight - 59.5 ± 11.7 kg, body length

- 166.4 ± 9 cm and the value of the level of physical condition (according to the method of O. Pirogova) -0.538 ± 0.1, which on the scale of the researcher is estimated as the average level (table. 2).

Conducted at the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment, the analysis of the physical condition of the student youth by the method of A. Pirogova proves that the boys of the first year also have an average level of physical condition, namely: HR - 84.7 ± 8.7 bpm, ATsd - 98.2 ± 12.4 mm. Hg age, 17.5 ± 0.5

years, body weight - 67.2 ± 9.3 kg, body length - 176.2 ± 9.6 cm and the value of the level of physical condition (according to the method of A. Pirogova ) - 0.503 ± 0.1, which on the scale of the researcher is rated as the average level (table 3).

Thus, a sufficient level of motor activity of students is the basis for proper development of the body. Insufficient motor activity adversely affects most functions of the body and is a factor in the origin and development of diseases.

Therefore, the harmonious development of the individual provides adequate motor activity, which is one of the main factors that determine the health and physical condition of the population.
