ABSTRACT

In this article, the author discusses the factors that can lead to student failure and the role of mobile apps in student learning, as well as research on other methods. This article is aimed at solving educational problems in innovative ways, gaining in-depth knowledge and mastering the sciences for students and other young people studying the subject of traffic rules.

Keywords: procrastination, time management, pessimism, psychological illness.

The concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030 emphasizes the introduction of the "University 3.0" model, which provides for the interdependence of the commercialization of the results of education, science, innovation and research in higher education. According to the studies, only 0.3% of the world's universities are recognized as compliant with the "University 3.0" model. [1]

There are many factors that can cause students to fail at university. Some of them are due to external (non-student) factors, while most are due to internal (student-related) factors. But even these factors can be prevented. According to observations, the following are the most common reasons that students inevitably fail:

1. The habit of procrastinating today. Experts call this procrastination. A student's laziness and "calm" attitude to homework can lead to many negative consequences.

2. The lack of concentration of thought (no focus). A student's inability to focus on reading and over-emphasis on social media can hinder learning and self-exploration.

3. Not being able to manage time wisely (time management). Lost time cannot be recovered. Failure to prioritize life and study, to plan a day properly can lead to many small setbacks.

4. Lack of perseverance. The first steps to success are not to give up in the face of temporary difficulties and obstacles, and not to lose interest in learning and life.

5. Negative attitude. Being pessimistic about life, study, and the environment can be very detrimental to a student. It is important to remember that a pessimistic attitude can increasingly become a second nature of man.

6. Self-doubt. Many students do not believe in their potential. It affects badly their psychological well-being. The first step to success begins with self-confidence.

7. Overconfidence. Just as self-doubt leads to failure, overconfidence and arrogance have a negative effect on a student's psychology. Because of pride, the student does not see his shortcomings and does not look for them. In time, these shortcomings will one day give him a reason. Finding and maintaining a balance between these two situations (insecurity and arrogance) is one of the student's greatest responsibilities.

8. Lack of creative and analytical thinking. A creative student is prone to innovation, and each time takes a fresh look at the challenges ahead.

9. Not to read books. Each student's day should be dedicated to learning and innovating. They also need to read with mode and discipline. Ignorance causes a lot of problems. The fact that there is no salvation other than science is a classic fact.

10. The mood of indifference. The worst worldview is indifference. Many students do not realize the importance of reading, researching, and working on themselves on a

regular basis. Experts even call indifference a psychological illness. [2] f

Systems Engineering"

A survey was conducted among students of the Department of "Transportation Intelligent Systems Engineering" of Tashkent State Transport University on the factors that can lead to student failure.

1. Not being able to manage their time wisely (time management).

2. Lack of creative and analytical thinking.

3. Overconfidence was considered the most important factor.

Taking into account the results in this regard (Figure 1), a new version of the mobile application was developed and presented to the user youth [5].
