Introduction. The metallurgical industry of Uzbekistan is one of the important export-oriented directions and a source of foreign exchange earnings in the Republic. Over the 70-year existence, the industry has undergone dramatic changes, both in the organization of new and in the reconstruction and re-equipment of existing industries. At the heart of these changes, the main factor is the priority directions for the development of the Republic for 2017-2021, put forward by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev. First of all, for the metallurgical industry this is due to the problem of complex processing of the republic's mineral resources, the introduction of science-intensive technologies that ensure high profitability of production due to resource and energy conservation and environmental safety. During the work on this technology, significant waste has accumulated, which is an environmental hazard [1].
Such an organization of molybdenum production does not meet modern requirements. To improve the
production efficiency of JSC "AMMC" it was proposed to optimize the molybdenum production by relocating the workshop from the city of Chirchik.
Chemical analyzes of samples of the sludge field of the Research and Production Association "Rare Metals and Hard Alloys" have been carried out. The analysis results are shown in the table 1.
Methods of research. Analyzes were carried out in the laboratory of AMMC JSC. It is known that metal ions in solutions exist in the form of their corresponding salts, depending on the pH of the medium and nature. The first stage of research was the elemental analysis of samples of technological solutions taken from different areas of SPA "RM&HA" JSC AMMC. The solutions were analyzed by the atomic adsorption method on an ISP-MS instrument. The analysis results are shown in the table below[2].

Discussion and results. A technique has been developed for conducting research on the oxidative roasting of molybdenum sulfide materials of the Scientific and Production Association of Rare Metals and Hard Alloys of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Com-bine[3]. For laboratory tests on oxidative roasting of molybdenum sulphide cakes, a roasting furnace of a new design was used. We have developed the following sequence of work. For the experiments, several samples are taken, dried with a moisture content of up to 5%. To ensure that each sample has an average composition of minerals or elements, a checkerboard method is used when sampling. Samples weighing 1 kg were prepared for determining the chemical composition [4]. To determine the optimal firing mode, the process is carried out under different conditions. So we keep the temperature inside the oven from 450 ° С to 750 ° С. In this range, we carry out 7 tests (450, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 750 ° С). The duration of the process is also set from 45 minutes
to 120 minutes. At each temperature mode, we conduct at least 8 experiments to ensure the reliability of the research results. All samples after oxidative firing are submitted for chemical analysis [5].
As a result of data processing displayed:
The objects of research to study the effectiveness of the proposed installation for intensive low-temperature oxidative roasting have been determined.
Studied and analyzed the chemical and mineralogical compositions of the investigated materials - the objects of research.
Conclusion. On the basis of the data of chemical and mineralogical analysis, a method has been developed for conducting research on the oxidative roasting of sulphide gold-bearing and molybdenum-containing cakes.
A work sequence has been developed for each conducted experiment, i.e. for testing oxidative roasting of sulfide gold and molybdenum-containing materials (cakes).
