Rink Bandy (mini hockey) is an undeniable factor of mass involvement of people in hockey classes because of its efficiency and lower injury rate, so the competitions were held both at the municipal level and in regional and student groups. The prospect of mass scale of this sport and its economic component became the subject of analysis of the requirements of hearing impaired people to conducting of rink-bandy classes. Moreover, the involvement of persons with disabilities in physical exercises has a positive effect on their social adaptation and integration into society. A study in the number of tasks was conducted to determine the basic requirements of hearing impaired people to organizing rink-bandy classes. The tasks included: 1) identification of the list of basic requirements of hearing impaired people to organize rink-bandy classes; 2) establishing the significance of the identified requirements; 3) determining their structure. The objectives were achieved using surveys, conversations, interviews and questionnaires. Thus, the requirements of the major groups of hearing impaired people to organizing rink-bandy classes are the requirements to: infrastructure and material and technical support of rink-bandy classes, to the organization of the training process, to personnel and methodological support of rink-bandy classes; to information and communication requirements and educational work with athletes with disabilities.

Introduction. Rinkbandy (mini hockey with a ball) competitions were very popular in the regions of Russia in the 1990-s [2, 3]. Rinkbandy (mini hockey with a ball) is an undeniable factor of mass involvement of people in hockey classes because of its efficiency and lower injury rate, so the competitions were held both at the municipal level and in regional and student groups. The prospect of the mass scale of this sport and its economic component became the subject of analysis of the requirements of hearing impaired people to conducting of rink-bandy classes. Moreover, the involvement of persons with disabilities in physical exercises has a positive effect on their social adaptation and integration into society [1, 4-10].

A study was conducted to determine the basic requirements of hearing impaired people to the organization of rink-bandy classes. The objectives included:

1) identification of the list of basic requirements of hearing impaired people to the organization of rinkbandy classes;

2) establishing the significance of the identified requirements;

3) determining their structure.

Materials and methods. The objectives were achieved using the research methods presented by surveys, conversations, interviews and questionnaire.

To solve the first objective surveys were conducted in the form of conversations, interviews and questionnaire of athletes and trainers of the fitness club for the disabled "Penguin" of Shuya branch of Ivanovo State University, as well as participants of the V Paraspartakiad of the Ivanovo Region 2012 from hearing impaired people of 8 municipal institutions of the Ivanovo region: Ivanovo, Shuya, Kineshma, Kokhma, Savino, Puchezh, Furmanov, Teykovo. Results and discussion.

The processing of the surveys resulted in a list of requirements of hearing impaired people regarding the organization of rinkbandy classes: 1) presence of a well organized ice rink (arena); 2) availability of special sports equipment (clubs, balls, shin guards, etc.); 3) free classes; 4) availability of qualified specialists, trainers with experience of work with hearing impaired people; 5) convenient schedule of

classes; 6) involvement of healthy athletes in trainings and competitions; 7) conduct of competitions with similar sports clubs; 8) individual approach to disabled athletes during classes; 9) presence of a special program (technique) of training of disabled athletes for competitions based on the individual characteristics of their nosology; 10) care and assistance of local authorities in the development of rinkbandy among the deaf; 11) possibility of sports qualification (category, juridical category); 12) opportunity to participate in municipal and regional competitions among healthy people; 13) popularization of sports achievements of disabled athletes via mass media (newspapers, television, Internet, etc.); 14) availability of showers; 15) convenient schedule of competitions; 16) spacious, comfortable, warm dressing rooms; 17) convenient location of seats for the audience at competitions; 18) availability of security system (protection against terrorism); 19) availability of educational work with athletes.

To solve the second and the third problems we designed a questionnaire and conducted a survey of 77 hearing impaired people from 6 regions of Russia: Ivanovo, Vladimir, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Kostroma, Yaroslavl. The interview and questionnaire were conducted during the futsal competitions for hearing impaired people in July 2013 in Kostroma and the Futsal tournament for the Cup of the sports club for the disabled "Penguin" in December 2013 in Shuya branch of Ivanovo State University. The structure of requirements of hearing impaired people for the organization of rinkbandy classes is presented in Table 1.

Notes: The figures shown have the most significant factor loads. In the factor weights zeros before the decimal point are omitted.

As seen from Table 1, the examined structure of requirements of hearing impaired athletes for the organization of rinkbandy classes can be represented by four groups of characteristics (their total contribution is 82,9 %).

Group 1 (the share - 37,2 %). Requirements for infrastructure and maintenance supply of rinkbandy classes: available well-prepared ice rink (arena), showers, special sports equipment (clubs, balls, shin guards, etc.), convenient schedule of classes and competitions, spacious, comfortable, warm dressing rooms, etc.

Group 2 (24,6 %). Requirements for the organization of the training process: the opportunity to participate in municipal and regional competitions among healthy people, free classes, competitions among similar sports clubs, involvement of healthy athletes in trainings and competitions, opportunity of sports qualification (category, judicial category), care and assistance of local authorities in the development of rinkbandy among the deaf.

Group 3 (14,8 %). Requirements for staff and methodological support of rinkbandy classes: availability of skilled professionals, trainers who have experience of work with hearing impaired people, individual approach to disabled athletes during classes, availability of special program (methodology) of training of disabled athletes for competitions based on the individual characteristics of their nosology. Group 4 (6,3%). Requirements for information and communication support and educational work with disabled athletes: popularization of sports achievements of disabled athletes via mass media (newspapers, television, Internet, etc.), available educational work with athletes. Conclusions:

Thus, the major groups of requirements of hearing impaired people for the organization of rink-bandy classes are the requirements for: infrastructure and material and technical support of rink-bandy classes, organization of the training process, staff and methodological support of rink-bandy classes; information and communication requirements and educational work with disabled athletes.
