The research of dynamic electroneurostimulation(DENS) efficiency in treatment of 30 patients during the acute period of ischemic stroke showed that complex treatment supplemented by DENS increases the therapy effectiveness leading to a faster and more significant regress of neurologic symptoms in the basic group of patients compared with the use of traditional drug therapy in the control group.

In 2012, the forum was held in Harbin, we were surprised by huge sports complex four-Heylutsdzyansky University. This is truly a magnificent building, not afraid to say that in the Far East region of Russia there is no sports facilities like that, including translated into Russian island of the Far Eastern Federal University. Games future physicians in volleyball and streetball delivered to participants and spectators, who were at least 1,500 people, a lot of good minutes and good mood. Amur girls won in volleyball, Chinese boys won in streetball. It was revanche for the defeat in 2009. These meetings encourage students to practice in sports clubs, because sports are changing, and there is an incentive to meet with foreign students. They give the opportunity to know the neighbors. The experience of such events becomes richer, broader and informative.

Ischemic stroke is the most important medico-social problem in the modern world and takes the second place among the reasons of death, disability and decrease of social activity of the most capable of working part of population (VereschaginN.V, 2002, GusevY.I., ScvortsovaV.I., 2003). A wide range of drugs used nowadays doesn't provide really well-defined clinical effect. It brings to the search of new possibilities for patients' rehabilitation by combining pharmacotherapy with non-drug methods of treatment, especially in the acute and early periods of rehabilitation, the most perspective ones for patients rehabilitation, as they are determinant for the formation of residual neurologic defect, the degree of adaptation and functional compensation of patients.

One of the most perspective tendencies is working out and perfection of technologies applying different modifications of reflexotherapy for the most intensive influenceon cerebral hemodynamics and activation of personal sanitary-genetic mechanisms of the patient's organism.

Dynamic electroneurostimulationis a modern method of noninvasive treatment, which combines the advantages of physio- and reflexotherapy. The experimental and clinical studies allow to admit that cascading reflex and neurochemical reactions, which start up the cascade of regulatory and adaptive mechanisms of the organism, underlie the therapeutic action of DENS. As a result, pain syndromes are eliminating, local and system blood circulation is improving, etc. (Cheremhin K.Y., 2008)

The purpose of this research is to study the effectiveness of using DENS therapy in the scheme of early rehabilitation of patients during the acute period of ischemic stroke, DENS influence on motor, sensitive, coordination neurological abnormalities and the activity level in everyday life compared with the results of the control group undergoing standard drug therapy. Materials and methods

The study and the course of early rehabilitation of 30 patients in the acute period of ischemic stroke were carried out in the neurology unit of the primary vascular centreofBlagoveschensk. The group under examination consisted of 17 men (56,7%) and 13 women (43,3%), aged from 37 to 77

years old (the average age 64,3+4,8). 40% of patients suffered from ischemic stroke in the basin of the left middle cerebral artery, 26,7% of patients - in the basin of the right middle cerebral artery , 33,3% - in the vertebra-basilar basin. The cerebral nerves lesion was registered among 10% of patients and 20% had partial motor aphasia.

There was also a parallel monitoring of condition of the control group of the patients who underwent traditional drug therapy. This group corresponded to the examined one in sex, age and seriousness of neurological symptomatology.

DENS therapy was carried out with the apparatuses "DiaDENS -T" (the registration certificate M3 RF (Russian Federation) №29/23030902/5391-03 from 26.06.2003); "DiaDENS -DT" (the registration certificate M3 RF №29/23030902/5391-03 from 26.06.2003) with the use of trailing electrodes (auricular and massage electrodes and a comb). The course of DENS therapy beganmainly on the second or third day of the hospitalization.

The estimation of seriousness of neurologic deficiencyin both groups was done according to Lindmark scale and NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale), to estimate the patient's everyday activity after the stroke Barthel ADL index was used. The monitoring was carried out on the 1st, 7th and 15th days from the beginning of the therapy. Results and discussion

The analysis of the received results showed that in the group of the patients undergoing DENS therapy the increase of the total number on Lindmark scale measured 15(on average)on the 7th day from the beginningof the treatment, the intensity decrease of neurologic deficiency measured 2 on NIHSS, Barthel ADL index increased by 16,5. Analogous indices in the control group were 7,5; 0,8 and 12,5 correspondingly. On the 15 th day from the therapy beginning the indices change in the examined group was 27,7 (Lindmark), 4,9 (NIHSS) and 26 (Barthel ADL index) compared with the first day. The indices in the control group were certainly much lower: 17,7 (Lindmark), 3 (NIHSS) and 20,5 (Barthel ADL index) correspondingly.

According to the received data, more notable positive dynamics was obtained in the second half of the treatment among the patients getting DENS therapy, while in the control group the analogous research showed a slower regress of neurologic symptomatology. It was also noted that by the 2nd-5th day from the beginning of DENS therapy practically all the patients (95%) had stable normal blood pressure, their headaches stopped and the sleep improved. In the control group only 30% of the patients had similar positive results. Conclusions

So, application of complex treatment including DENS therapy in the acute period of ischemic stroke increases the efficiency of the therapy bringing to a faster and more significant regress of neurologic symptoms compared with traditional drug therapy in the control group. Using DENS also contributes to the improvement of everyday activity according to Barthel ADL index and exceeds analogous change in the control group.

Consequently, it is rational to apply DENS therapy combined with drug therapy in carrying out rehabilitation measures for patients in the acute period of ischemic stroke for more intensive influence on cerebral hemodynamics and sanitary-genetic reserves of the patient's organism. To improve the recovery of motor dysfunctions after ischemic stroke in the acute period, it is necessary to use in both carotid and vertebra-basilar basins a specifically selected combination of the affected zones, which should obligatory include zones of the scalp and the points of auricle. DENS therapy used in the shortest possible time contributes to a faster regress of neurologic deficiency and consequently, reduces the intensity of the following disability. References

Morphological assessment of reclaiming potential of an epithelium of a mucosa

in system of a respiratory organs

The resume: Time of regenerating of cells of an epithelium of a trachea and large bronchuses of rats proceeds much faster, than in distal departments of a bronchial arbor. And at young animals rate of regenerating of epithelial cells of respiratory pathes higher.

The regenerative medicine is a new stage in evolutionary development of medical technologies. Despite of achievements of modern medicine, in treatment of some diseases, allotransplantation remains the basic method in struggle against them. But, despite of the positive takes, the given method has set of problems, basic of which shortage of donor members, high frequency of complications, and also by-effects long immunosuppressive therapies is. Therefore, now many scientists of all world are engaged in the researches directed on studying of an opportunity of regeneration of lost frame and function of damaged members and use of cellular frames. It is known, that regenerative ability of different members and tissues is various, also it depends on set of factors. The reclaiming potential of a respiratory organs, in particular epithelial surface a mucosa of pneumatic pathes, now is investigated insufficiently.

Materials and resrch methods. The experimental part is executed on not purebred white rats (Rattus norvegicus), group Rodencia. Researches carried out on 20 animal various age-grades (10 animal - 1-2 months, 10 animal - 12 - 15 months). Object of research the epithelium of a mucosa share, segmentary and intralobular bronchuses was. Paraffin sections have been painted by a hematoxylin and aeozine, semithinsections methylene dark blue on method Sato. Ultrathin sections were investigated on the transmissionsupermicroscope Technai G2 Spirit TWIN (Holland). Basal cells and their localization determined taping activity alkaline phosphomonoesterase a method of an electron histochemistry. Morphometric gaugings carried out on semithin the sections painted methylene dark blue. Calculation of cells carried out 100 microns of length of an epithelial layer.

Discussion. Cells of a pluriserial vibrating epithelium are short-lived. It fixed, that in pneumatic pathes, a mitotic division basal cells have mainly. Of them are formed goblet, and appear ciliated cells later. It allows to count basal cells awakely proliferating fraction of founder cells, and they basically are a source of recruitment of a population of cells of a pluriserial vibrating epithelium of proximal departments of respiratory pathes. Cells Clara - the most wide-spread phylum of precursors in distal departments of a respiratory organs. In the present research for studying cambium cells reaction on alkaline phosphomonoesterase - a marker of founder cells was used.

Basal cells of an epithelium of a mucosa have the oval form and is close located to a basal membrane. They never reach a lumen of respiratory pathes. Cytoplasm has well-marked a cytoplasmic reticulum, contains many ribosomes, some from them settle down bunches as the policy. Mitochondrions are sparse on all cytoplasm.
