ESTABLISHMENT OF INTERCITY PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION
SYSTEM
Annotation: To have information about the passenger transport system in different countries and to analyze these systems and compare them with the passenger transport systems in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to identify shortcomings, ie the introduction of new technologies it goes.

Introduction. Today, transport is one of the most important sectors of the national economy, so further development of the economy cannot be imagined without justification. There are specific features and problems of long-distance passenger transportation. They are characterized by a decrease in the number of passengers from urban transport, a significant increase in their number in the spring-summer period, long-distance travel, fewer stops to pick up and drop off passengers, an increase. The main criterion for the effectiveness of the route network is the satisfaction and compatibility of the interests of the enterprise and customers. Thus, measures are being taken to improve the quality of transport services to the population of the network of intercity routes, ie to satisfy the correspondence of passengers, timely travel and the provision of regular transport services to settlements. In addition to meeting the needs of passengers, the technical, operational and economic performance of the route network are important indicators. Transportation is an important component of urban infrastructure and determines an indicator such as time spent on traffic. The less time it takes to get from one part of the city to another or from the suburbs to the city, the more efficient and more leisurely the city transport is within the city. It leads to the suburbanization of large cities. Population growth in suburban areas, motorization, etc. Pendulum migration flow. With the huge flow of Sarkash migration, moving urban transport is very difficult, congestion is generated, and
the time spent working and studying grows. In such a situation, the transport infrastructure often shows its inefficiency and needs to be modernized. The high cost of travel time in large cities and agglomerations and the organization of an illogical urban transport system determine the relevance of the topic of research [1].
Methodology: The purpose of the work is to identify opportunities for optimization of the urban transport system and to conduct monitoring in transport centers. The main tasks designed to achieve this goal are:
1) analysis of existing public types and comparison of transport;
2) development of a methodology for empirical research on this issue;
3) calculate the intensity of potential passenger traffic and to improve it for the future in the current situation, to create a map-diagram of the flow of passengers on public transport.
Analysis and conclusions: Public transportation plays a leading role in big city life. The normal operation of urban passenger transport is important for the development of the social and industrial-economic sphere of any city. With the growth and development of the city, the load on public transport will increase, and problems with the provision of transport services to the population will inevitably arise. An effective organization of urban passenger transport management should be aimed at taking into account the interests of transport enterprises, along with improving the quality of transport services provided. Tariff policy in the field of regulation of the payment system includes determining the level of profitability of road transport in relation to the total cost of transport activities of enterprises of a certain level [2].

Discussions: Often, the efficiency of a passenger transportation system can be assessed based on: the number of vehicles, the average speed of traffic, the guarantee of long-distance passenger traffic, the exchange rate, and so on. Attractions for logistics are the basic principles of management organization and the accompanying movement of flows in the urban transport system, economically improved performance indicators, traffic safety and environmental safety, effective coordination of the interests of all market participants, coordination of various management. Economic vectors in the modern form of transport urban systems aim to ensure the economic sustainability of the target
city, as well as tactically ensure system efficiency at the level of system performance. Taking into account the subsystems of urban passenger transport cost centers, the following main ones can be distinguished: transport companies, city regulators, passengers, these are the main ones [3].
Conclusion. The urban passenger transport system plays an important role in ensuring the life of the metropolis. Addressing a wide range of issues related to the problems of its formation and operation. Successful growth and development of cities is an important task to meet the needs of the population for jobs and relocation without adequate development of urban passenger transport infrastructure. In addition, the development and implementation of various programs in the urban passenger transport system will provide a great opportunity to improve the passenger transport system.
