The creative technologies for improving the educational effectiveness of students in universities and research centers of developed countries, especially the Russian Federation, Korea, Germany, the United States, China, and Spain, are being implemented. Such initiatives align with the international education concept outlined until 2030, which emphasizes the fundamental task of creating opportunities for "quality education throughout life." Collaborative efforts are underway to create equal opportunities for students, integrate innovative pedagogical technologies into the educational process through the use of ACT and electronic educational resources, and systematically implement practical work on the application of scientific and civic materials.

Research based on studies in the field of educational effectiveness among youth in global educational and research institutions is actively contributing to the development and improvement of teaching competencies, methodologies, and technical bases. Additionally, scientific investigations are being conducted to further enhance the effectiveness of teaching skills and development by incorporating computer technology, multimedia technologies, and various media-based teaching methods into the learning environment.

In order to augment the efficiency of learning environments and promote interactive methods of teaching, scientific research is being conducted to improve and develop educational competencies through the use of computers, multimedia technologies, and various media-based teaching methods. The aim is to further enhance the effectiveness of teaching skills and development by incorporating these technologies into the learning environment.

Reading literacy is a fundamental skill that lays the foundation for a student's academic success and lifelong learning. The role of primary school teachers in fostering reading literacy is

pivotal, and thus, it is imperative to continually refine and enhance the methodologies employed in training future educators. This article explores the importance of improving the methodology of training primary school teachers to better equip them in developing reading literacy skills in their students.

Understanding the Importance of Reading Literacy:

Reading literacy is more than just decoding words; it involves comprehension, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for reading. A solid foundation in reading during the early years of education is crucial for a child's cognitive and emotional development. Effective reading literacy instruction not only aids academic achievement but also contributes to broader personal and social growth.

Integrating Technology and Modern Resources:

In today's digital age, it is essential to integrate technology into teacher training programs. Future primary school teachers should be familiarized with innovative tools and resources that can enhance reading literacy development. This may include interactive e-books, educational apps, and online platforms that cater to different learning styles.

Incorporating Multisensory Approaches:

Each student learns differently, and a one-size-fits-all approach may not be effective in promoting reading literacy. Training programs for future teachers should emphasize multisensory approaches that engage various senses in the learning process. This could involve incorporating activities that appeal to auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learners, ensuring a more inclusive and effective teaching strategy.

Emphasizing Early Intervention Strategies:

Identifying and addressing reading difficulties early on is crucial for preventing long-term academic challenges. Training programs should equip future teachers with the skills to recognize signs of reading struggles and implement effective early intervention strategies. This includes individualized instruction, targeted interventions, and collaboration with parents and specialists.

Promoting a Culturally Responsive Approach:

Teachers play a vital role in creating an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment. Training programs should emphasize the importance of understanding students' diverse backgrounds and incorporating culturally relevant literature into the curriculum. This not only enhances students' connection to reading but also fosters a sense of identity and belonging.

Continuous Professional Development:

Improving the methodology of training future primary school teachers is an ongoing process. Professional development opportunities should be provided throughout a teacher's career to keep them updated on the latest research, instructional strategies, and educational technologies related to reading literacy. This ensures that teachers remain effective and adaptable in a dynamic educational landscape[1].

In the ever-evolving landscape of education, it is essential to embrace contemporary trends to enhance the reading literacy skills of elementary school students. The foundational years of education play a crucial role in shaping a child's cognitive abilities, and fostering effective reading habits is integral to their academic success. This article explores the current trends and innovative approaches aimed at advancing reading literacy among elementary school students.

Digital Literacy Integration: In the era of technology, digital literacy is a key component of modern education. Integrating digital tools and resources into the curriculum can engage young learners and make the reading experience more interactive. E-books, educational apps, and online

platforms provide diverse and dynamic content, catering to different learning preferences and creating a more stimulating learning environment[2].

Multimodal Learning Environments:Recognizing that students have varied learning styles, incorporating multimodal learning approaches is crucial. Combining visual, auditory, and kinesthetic elements in reading activities ensures a more inclusive and effective learning experience. This might involve interactive storytelling, educational games, and multimedia presentations to capture the attention and imagination of young readers.

Culturally Relevant Literature:To make reading meaningful and relatable, it is essential to include culturally relevant literature in the curriculum. Books that reflect the diversity of students' backgrounds contribute not only to their literacy development but also to their cultural awareness and empathy. Teachers should curate a collection of literature that resonates with the experiences of their students, fostering a deeper connection to reading[3].

Individualized Instruction and Differentiation:Recognizing and addressing the diverse needs of students is vital for effective teaching. Utilizing individualized instruction and differentiation strategies ensures that each student receives personalized support based on their reading level and learning pace. This approach helps build a strong foundation for literacy skills by providing targeted guidance and practice.

Project-Based Learning: Integrating project-based learning into reading activities can make the learning process more engaging and relevant. Assigning projects that involve reading, research, and creative expression allows students to apply their literacy skills in real-world scenarios. This not only enhances their reading comprehension but also cultivates critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.

Teacher Professional Development: Keeping educators abreast of the latest trends and methodologies is essential for effective implementation in the classroom. Ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers should focus on incorporating innovative reading literacy strategies, leveraging technology, and adapting to the evolving needs of students.

Conclusion:

Enhancing the methodology of training future primary school teachers to develop reading literacy in students is crucial for building a strong educational foundation. By embracing technology, incorporating multisensory approaches, emphasizing early intervention, promoting cultural responsiveness, and encouraging continuous professional development, we can empower educators to foster a love for reading and equip students with the essential skills for a successful academic journey and beyond. Advancing the reading literacy skills of elementary school students requires a proactive approach that aligns with contemporary educational trends. By integrating digital literacy, embracing multimodal learning, incorporating culturally relevant literature, providing individualized instruction, promoting project-based learning, and investing in teacher professional development, we can create a dynamic and inclusive educational environment. Through these efforts, we empower young learners to not only master the art of reading but also develop a lifelong love for learning.
