In this paper we analyzed a number of technologies which help to master English language. Technology has been used to both help and improve language learning and it enables teachers to adapt classroom activities, thus enhancing the language learning process. Mobile platforms, different applications and a wide range of different devices are tools that we highlighted during our findings

KEY WORDS

technology, interactive apps, platforms, algorithms.

In today's interconnected world, where communication knows no bounds, proficiency in English has become more crucial than ever. Technology, once seen as a disruptor in education, has now evolved into an indispensable tool for language learners worldwide. From interactive apps to immersive virtual classrooms, its impact on English language learning (ELL) is profound and multifaceted. Technology has always been an important part of teaching and learning environment. It is an essential part of the teachers' profession through which they can use it to facilitate learners' learning. When we talk about technology in teaching and learning, the word 'integration' is used. With technology being part of our everyday lives, it is time to rethink the idea of integrating technology into the curriculum and aim to embed technology into teaching to support the learning process. That is to say, technology becomes an integral part of the learning experience and a significant issue for teachers, from the beginning of preparing learning experiences through to teaching and learning process [2;71]. In this process accessibility and convenience play a crucial role. It is one of the most significant advantages of technology in ELL is its ability to make learning accessible anytime, anywhere. Mobile applications like Duolingo and Babbel offer learners the flexibility to practice grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation on-the-go. This accessibility lowers barriers to entry, allowing individuals from diverse backgrounds and geographical locations to engage with the language at their own pace. Furthermore, in traditional classrooms, teachers stand in front of learners and give lecture, explanation, and instruction through using blackboard or whiteboard. These method must be changed concerning the development of technology. The usage of multimedia texts in classroom assists learners in become familiar with vocabulary and language structures. The application of multimedia also makes use of print texts, film, and internet to enhance learners' linguistic knowledge. The use of print, film, and internet gives learners the chance to collect information and offers them different materials for the analysis and interpretation of both language and contexts. In order to tackle this issue, we should think about personalized learning experience which is another

way of mastering. In other words, technology enables personalized learning experiences tailored to individual needs and learning styles [1;10].

Learning platforms use algorithms to analyze learner data and provide targeted exercises and feedback. For instance, platforms like Rosetta Stone adapt the difficulty level of tasks based on the user's performance, ensuring a customized learning path that optimizes retention and comprehension. Moreover, immersive learning environments like Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) have introduced immersive experiences that simulate real-world language contexts. Imagine practicing English in a virtual café or navigating through a virtual city where English is the primary language. These environments foster authentic language use and cultural understanding, making learning engaging and memorable. According to Rodinadze and Zarbazoia, technology helps learners and teachers in studying the course materials owing to its fast access. Advancements in technology have a key role in preparing learners to use what they learn in any subject matter to finding their place in the world labor-force [4;271]. Technology facilitates learners' learning and serves as a real educational tool that allows learning to occur. So, collaboration and interaction are considers as undeniable part of learning because technology facilitates collaboration among learners and instructors globally. Online forums, video conferencing tools like Zoom, and collaborative platforms such as Google Workspace enable learners to engage in real-time discussions, peer reviews, and group projects. These interactions not only enhance language proficiency but also promote intercultural competence and global citizenship.

Teachers need to be convinced of the benefits and advantages of integrating technology to enhance learners' educational experiences. This requires providing them with adequate support and training. When technology is applied appropriately, it offers numerous benefits to both teachers and students. It serves as a valuable resource that assists learners in overcoming challenges and applying their knowledge effectively and meaningfully. Furthermore, it is important to highlight that technology plays a pivotal role in language learning by allowing learners to progress at their own pace, promoting self-awareness, maintaining interaction with teachers, and significantly boosting motivation. Additionally, technology fosters creativity among learners and provides engaging and enjoyable alternatives for language study.

Lin and Yang performed a study to investigate whether Wiki technology would improve learners' writing skills. Learners were invited to join a Wiki page where they would write passages and then read and answer the passages of their fellow classmates. Learners indicated that the immediate feedback they received was a benefit of using this kind of technology [3;88]. In the realm of education, the integration of technology continues to reshape traditional approaches to learning and teaching. One such innovation, wiki technology, has emerged as a powerful tool for fostering collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking among students. Particularly in the domain of writing skills development, wikis offer a dynamic platform that not only enhances linguistic proficiency but also cultivates digital literacy and collaborative abilities. Wiki platforms, such as Wikipedia or educational wikis created specifically for classroom use, provide students with opportunities to collaborate on writing projects in real-time. Collaborative writing encourages peer interaction and constructive feedback, which are essential components of the writing process. Through collaborative editing and revision, students learn to communicate effectively, negotiate ideas,

and refine their writing based on diverse perspectives. Also, wiki technology motivates students to take ownership of their learning and writing projects. Unlike traditional assignments, where students submit work to the instructor for evaluation, wikis allow for continuous engagement and iterative improvement. Students can contribute content, edit each other's work, and participate actively in creating a collective body of knowledge or a polished written piece. Moreover, using wikis requires students to navigate digital platforms effectively and critically evaluate information. They learn to discern credible sources, cite references properly, and adhere to ethical guidelines for online collaboration. These skills are crucial in the digital age, where information is abundant but requires careful analysis and synthesis [5;171-173]. But we could face some challenges while taking up language like access. It to reliable internet connectivity and digital devices remains a barrier for some learners. Moreover, the quality and accuracy of online content vary, requiring learners to critically evaluate sources. Educators play a crucial role in guiding learners to navigate these challenges effectively. Nevertheless, we hope that, the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) promises even more sophisticated language learning solutions. AI-powered chatbots and language tutors can provide real-time conversational practice and instant feedback, further enhancing speaking and listening skills. Additionally, advancements in natural language processing (NLP) are making automated translation tools more accurate and accessible. In conclusion, technology has revolutionized English language learning by enhancing accessibility, personalization, immersion, collaboration, and motivation. As technology continues to evolve, so too will its impact on how we teach and learn languages. The findings underscore that technology facilitates interaction between teachers and learners, supports comprehension of input and output, enhances critical thinking skills, shifts teaching towards a student-centered approach, encourages learner autonomy and confidence, and enhances motivation for effective language learning.
