This paper devoted to the effectiveness of online tools in teaching. The authors analyzed benefits of learning management system, which is important for improving the quality of teaching and course development . There are described some online platforms Zoom, Loom, Google meeting as the effective tools in teaching. There is presented information about benefits of distance learning.

EFFECTIVENESS OF ONLINE TOOLS IN TEACHING

ABSTRACT

This paper devoted to the effectiveness of online tools in teaching. The authors analyzed benefits of learning management system, which is important for improving the quality of teaching and course development. There are described some online platforms Zoom, Loom, Google meeting as the effective tools in teaching. There is presented information about benefits of distance learning.

INTRODUCTION

The online learning system was developed in all countries a long time ago, but came to us with the coronavirus disease. Distance learning was very convenient to avoid contamination. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, the president of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokaev noted that, most schoolchildren and students around the world switched to distance learning, which affected the quality of education. At the joint meeting of the Houses of Parliament, he said: "This radically changes the approach and content of the work. We are well aware of the mistakes made by the Government in organizing distance learning. In particular, there is still no specific single online platform for distance learning. Teachers, students and parents are forced to use WhatsApp day and night. It is necessary to quickly develop a single online educational platform with all the functions necessary for a full-fledged educational process" [1]. By this order there were progressed platforms such as Zoom, Loom, Google meeting. However, was it really successful in teaching?

The effectiveness of online lessons depends on 70% of teachers. They need to improve teaching and learning. In this case, teachers may use platforms, which are already developed.

MAIN PART

According to the 21st Century World Declaration on Higher Education, innovative teaching methods develop students' critical thinking and creativity. Innovative educational strategies and educational innovations are needed for students to learn. The teaching-learning process has three dimensions: learning, digital communication technology and innovative learning practices. The teacher is an aide and provides students with resources and tools and also helps them develop new knowledge and skills. For, example, project-based learning helps teachers and students develop collaborative learning by discussing specific topics. Students' cognitive independence develops. Teachers need to constantly innovate to advance global education and should use the Knowledge Online methodology. This is possible with the introduction of new forms of training for university teachers and researchers in various specialties. Virtual classrooms, unlike traditional ones, provide limitless opportunities for promoting innovative learning strategies [2].

The four main parts of online learning are virtual classes, individual lessons, real-time assessment and groupwork. A virtual classroom is an online learning environment that allows for live interaction between the tutor and the learners as they are participating in learning activities. In other words, the virtual classroom is a shared online space where the learners and the tutor work together simultaneously. Usually, these interactions take place through videoconferencing. The participants have tools to present learning content in different formats, as well as to implement collaborative and individual activities. [3]

In this regards, it is necessary to study online platforms. One of the example we should describe Zoom. Zoom is a video chat tool similar to Skype and Google Hangouts. The free version of Zoom for Teachers offers a number of useful features, including meeting up to 100 participants and the ability for students to collaborate on projects by giving an unconditional signal to the teacher about questions, brainstorming on a virtual board, and annotating documents. on other students' screens. Plus Zoom removes 40-minute meeting limit on free bills for educators.[4]

We should also describe one of the best tools, Loom. Loom is a video

messaging tool that helps you get your message across through instantly shareable

videos. With Loom, you can record your camera, microphone, and desktop

simultaneously. Your video is then instantly available to share through Loom's Google Scholar Scientific Library of Uzbekistan

patented technology. You can use it for education. There we allow to record the video, camera and screen. And there is drawing tool, also you may record your presentation [5].

What about Google meeting? In the meeting, educators can create a unique Meet link for each class, which is displayed on the Classroom Stream and Classwork pages. The link acts as a dedicated meeting space for each class, making it easy for both teachers and students to join. The Meet links created by the Classroom integration are nicknamed meetings. For education users, participants can't rejoin nicknamed meetings once the final participant has left, unless they have meeting creation privileges to start a new meeting. This means if the instructor is the last person to leave a nicknamed meeting, students can't join again until an instructor restarts the nicknamed meeting [6].

CONCLUSION

According to this paper , I want to include my own conclusion. The most useful benefit of distance learning is saving money on transport and food. In addition, this type of training is well-planned. However, there are some disadvantages. The main disadvantage is that the online form of learning requires a well-maintained internet connection. Because some students live outside the city, the internet is so weak that they cannot even hold it. As a result, students' academic performance deteriorated and their grades dropped. The second disadvantage is that only a few teachers use presentations or other visual aids to explain the lesson, and I think this is very important for the student to understand the material. In conclusion, distance learning is effective You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people.
