LANGUAGE TEACHING

Annotation: This article discusses the issue of abandoning the classical approach to teaching Foreign language and conducting new methodological research.

Key words: Foreign language, methodology, classical approach, information and communication technologies, basic concepts.

Nowadays one of the tasks of higher education in our country is to educate students in the spirit of deep thinking, independent research, and the desire to discover new things. A number of decisions made by the President and the state in accordance with the requirements of the time are aimed at this, aimed at training a comprehensively mature specialist-dentist. One of the most important tasks of dentists today is the exchange of experience in their profession and the introduction of various medical practices by inviting these specialists to our country. Over the past decade, teaching foreign languages in world practice using modern technologies has been growing rapidly.

In the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals, perfect knowledge of foreign languages during a period of great development is also important. Foreign is the language of international communication in many areas of life: trade, air and sea transport, medicine, tourism and sports.

In medicine, mastering a foreign language allows future dentists to further develop their professional skills, applying knowledge of a foreign language, understanding and analyzing information from professional scientific articles and literature published in a foreign language in the chosen specialty.

Relevance of this article to familiarize teachers and students with many different ways of teaching Foreign language as well as organization of individual independent work in preparation for a practical lesson. When teaching a foreign language, it is important to pay attention to new methods of stimulating students' speech.

One of the oldest methods is classical or fundamental. The purpose of the classical methodology is not to study, but to understand the thin sides and details

of the working principles of a foreign language. The main task of the classical methodology is to form the grammatical base of the studied language.

Target audiences are people who have just started learning Foreign language from scratch. This style is very familiar to those who are just starting to learn Foreign language at school. It should be noted that it is preferred by many language universities, both in Uzbekistan and in neighboring countries. The simplified scheme is as follows: grammar, learning the basic rules, which are then applied in concrete examples and reinforced with exercises. The only drawback, or rather the shortcomings, of the classical technique is the lack of speech experience. This gap can be filled by adding other methods of communicative teaching to the classical methodology.

One of the methods is called the linguo-socio-cultural method. Proponents of the above method are those who believe that a modern foreign language should not have a set of lexical and grammatical rules. On the contrary, the lack of extralinguistic factors makes learning Foreign boring and pointless. Proponents of the Linguo-Socio-Cultural Method elevate a foreign language to the level of a communicative medium, which not only helps a person to speak, but also helps him. Following the principles of the linguo-socio-cultural method, we can say with confidence that a foreign language is a kind of mirror in which the way of life, traditions and customs, culture and history of the language are reflected.

However, among the most popular methods of teaching foreign languages in recent years, the communicative method ranks first in the ranking and calculation of additions. This technique has proven itself in our life. Continuing to conquer the world, communication technology has earned us a place in the leading language universities of the republic. The methodology is based on combining two main methods of teaching foreign languages: traditional and modern. As the name suggests, communication plays an important role in communication techniques. The main purpose of this technique is to overcome the language barrier. The main thing is to save a person from the fear of a foreign language, the fear of speaking a foreign language and at the same time to develop other language skills and abilities, in particular, oral and written speech, reading, listening. It should be noted that grammar is learned in the process of speaking and communicating in a foreign language. The principle is as follows: first, students memorize and memorize language formulas, phrases, expressions and only then analyze the grammatical structures found in memorized phrases. Simply put, the principle of verbal advance works.

As the name suggests, the practice of communication has a special place in the communicative methodology. Communicative techniques focus on developing foreign language speaking skills and competencies. It should be noted that the use of the method directly affects the structure of the lesson. Often in the classroom, it is necessary to develop tasks for the ability to use game situations, conduct group work, find errors, compare and contrast. As a rule,

such activity not only forces the memory to work actively, but also logical thinking, which allows the development of analytical and figurative thinking skills and in turn encourages the expression of ideas.

Today, the development of the modern IT industry provides the latest interactive resources for learning Foreign language: the latest generation of computers, the Internet, television programs, newspapers, magazines. It is important to put all of the above into practice. This arouses students' interest in the history, culture, and traditions of the country where the language is being studied, and helps them develop the skills they will need in the future.

Learning is an active interaction between teacher and students and cannot be one-sided. The success of the learning process depends on the teacher.

Apparently, each teacher is guided in choosing their work style and methods according to their personal experience. However, based on the results of experimental and practical work, it can be said that the use of different techniques in the framework of communicative, inductive, deductive methods gives positive results and undoubtedly helps to increase efficiency.
