-Strategic planning: developing a clear vision, mission and goals for the tourism sector, as well as identifying key market segments, target audiences and competitive advantages.

-Stakeholder engagement: working with a wide range of stakeholders including

government agencies, local communities,

tourism operators and industry associations to ensure alignment of interests and foster collaboration.

-Resource management: effective management of financial, human and natural resources to support sustainable tourism development and improve the quality of visitor experience.

-Quality assurance: implementing quality standards, certification programs and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the safety, authenticity and satisfaction of tourists.
