At present, it is important to cultivate the soil and obtain the correct agate, to create a fine soil layer and to ensure complete eradication of weeds, to increase productivity and to reduce energy consumption. The use of a new type of belt drive as a transmission mechanism in active working bodies reduces this noise and has the ability to soften the resistance coming from the ground to the working body.

В настоящее время важно обработать почву и получить правильный агат, создать тонкий слой почвы и обеспечить полное уничтожение сорняков, повысить урожайность и снизить энергозатраты. Использование нового типа ременной передачи в качестве передаточного механизма в активных рабочих органах снижает этот шум и имеет возможность смягчить сопротивление, поступающее от земли на рабочий орган.

At the present time, surface treatment of the soil and getting the right agate, creating a soft soil layer and ensuring the complete elimination of weeds, increasing work productivity and reducing energy consumption are considered urgent. The use of a new type of belt transmission as a transmission mechanism in active working bodies reduces this noise and has the ability to reduce the resistance coming from the soil to the working body.

One of the important issues in fulfilling this task is to obtain a high yield and reduce the cost due to the modernization of high-quality technical tools and technologies before planting in the soil in one go. Therefore, the development of energy-resource-efficient combined machines and transmission mechanisms that prepare the soil for planting in one pass and plant vegetable crops with high quality is an urgent problem.

Among the agricultural machines, tillage machines are of great importance. Because a lot of energy is spent in the process of tilling the soil. That is why it is important to study the transmission mechanisms of active working bodies that work on the soil before planting. Transmission mechanisms are one of the means of communication in the transmission of resistance moment fluctuations coming from the ground to other working parts of the machine. A new construction of the belt for the transmission mechanism was developed in order to dampen vibrations and vibrations generated during the work of the milling working body (Fig. 1).

In the dynamic analysis of a toothed belt drive milling machine with a drive pulley in the transmission mechanism before planting, one section of the machine (Fig. 2) was considered as a four-mass machine assembly. Here I-the total mass of the power take-off shaft to the output shaft of the reducer, Il-the mass of the intermediate shafts, Ill-the mass of the drive pulley flange; IV-bearing pulley base, milling drum and the mass of the shaft. In this case, we look at the power take-off shaft in the machine unit as a source of movement and bring it to the output shaft of the reducer. The remaining masses were chosen to match the shafts separated by chain and belt drives.

According to the calculation scheme presented in Figure 2, it is known that four masses move in rotation, therefore, 4 generalized coordinates can be defined. We use Langrage's equation of type II to derive the equation of motion of a four-mass machine unit for one section of the machine.

Where is the generalized coordinates of the mass for the system with mass i, i.e. the angles of rotation; T is the total kinetic energy of the i mass system, Nm; P - total potential energy of the system, Nm; Dissipative function of Reley in F-belt and flexible joints, Nm; Mi($i) is the moment of the generalized force acting on the masses of the mass system, Nm.

In accordance with the calculation scheme of the machine unit presented in Figure 2, the expression for determining the total kinetic energy is as follows

where ф1, ф2, ф3, ф4 are the generalized coordinates of the rotating masses of the machine unit, i.e. the angles of rotation; J1, J2, J3, J4 - mass moments of inertia, kgm2.
