EDUCATION SPECIAL PHYSICAL QUALITIES ROWERS 16-18 YEARS

IN THE PREPARATORY PERIOD

Annotation. The purpose of this study - to develop and experimentally verify the improved methodology for training of special physical qualities rowers aged 1618 years in the preparatory period.

To implement the objectives of the research necessary to solve the following problems:

1. Analyze the literary sources on the subject of the study.

2. To improve the method of education of special physical qualities rowers 16-18 years in the preparatory period.

3. To determine the effectiveness of the improved methods of education of special physical qualities rowers 16-18 years in the preparatory period.

Introduction. Specific physical quality sportsman - rower strength, speed, endurance are the most important component of his physical potential and the main object of attention in physical education, so the selection of methods for the education of special physical qualities is an urgent task.

Today, physical fitness rowers, canoeists, one of the most important tasks in the sport. Sports world is not standing still, and progresses every day. Improve the world and Olympic records, standards are rising. And to ensure that the athletes were ready to participate in competitions and to show good results, you need to pay great attention to the education of special physical qualities of the rowers.

At present the theory and technique of physical training and sports training is experiencing quite a difficult period of transition from the traditional focus on the increase in the volume of training loads to improve the quality of construction of all parts of the training process. This manifests itself primarily in the significant differences in the understanding of even the basic issues of sports training in the generalizing monographs and textbooks, and distributed, on the interpretation of various methodological principles, rules and terminology. Therefore, it has become quite difficult to navigate in a stream of literature, to find a specific place numerous experimental data in the practice of long-term sports training.

Results and discussion. To solve the third problem in the following sub-tasks were set:

1. Conduct an analysis of intra-indicators of the level of special physical readiness.

2. Carry out inter-group analysis of indicators of special physical readiness.

The following results (Table. 3) were obtained by carrying out initial testing

of the control and experimental groups.

X - the arithmetic mean of the results of the group.

If you look at the results table. 3, it can be concluded that at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment to distinguish between the results of testing virtually none. The average in the experimental group was as follows:

• deadlift movements -119.2 (X).

• In 97.8 zhime- movements (X).

• passage of a distance of 100 meters by boat- 20,1sek (X).

• passage of a distance of 2 kilometers by boat- 9min, 45sec (X).

The median of the control group was as follows:

• deadlift -120 movements (X)

• bench -98.1 movements (X)

• passage of a distance of 100 meters by boat- 19,9sek (X).

• passage of a distance of 2 kilometers on boat- 9min, 44sek (X).

When processing the data we obtained by methods of mathematical statistics significant differences in each group of exercises is not revealed: in the thrust rod p> 0.05, in the bench press barbell p> 0.05, in the passage of a distance of 100 meters p> 0.05, in passing distance 2 km p> 0.05, therefore, at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment in the experimental and control groups, the level of education of basic physical qualities was practically the same. This is explained by the fact that at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment athletes both groups

engaged by the usual method. After teaching the tests carried out at the beginning of the experiment control group engaged by the usual method, and the experimental group will be engaged for an improved method of training of special physical qualities rowers 16-18 years in the preparatory period.

Conclusions. An analysis of the scientific and methodological literature comparing different approaches, views, opinions of experts and authors on the study, about the extensive material. We compare different methods of parenting special qualities described by various authors. To determine the level of education of the special qualities of the tests were taken. The special qualities of the rowers are: strength, speed, stamina. The strength needed for wiring the oars in the water, to move the boat. Speed for faster acceleration of the boat. Endurance to maintain a certain speed for a long time.

2. On the basis of the analysis of the literature was improved method of training of special physical qualities rowers 16-18 years in the preparatory period. In it were made: ski training, training circle method, the work on the water with hydraulic brakes, and PFD after work on water.

3. As a result of studies by different methods, after the test revealed statistically significant differences between groups in the level of education of special physical qualities rowers 16-18 years in the preparatory period. The thrust rod p <0.05, in the bench press barbell p <0.05, in the passage of a distance of 100 meters of p <0.05, in the passage of a distance of 2 kilometers of p <0.05.

The results of the experimental group is higher than the control group. It follows that the prepositional our improved method is effective. This fact can be explained by the fact that for the rowers more suitable in winter are ski training and Circuit Training, bathed crosses and work on the equipment. And in the summer is better to use the work with hydraulic brakes and cross after the main work on the water, as well as general physical training.
