Introduction

In recent years, an early intervention program for children with developmental disorders, starting from an early age is being actively implemented around the world [3,4]. Early intervention is a system of various measures aimed at the development of young children with development disorders or the risk of such disorders, and activities focused on supporting parents, which also include identifying problems in the development of children and assessing the characteristics of their development and health limitations [5,6]. To implement the early intervention program, an interdisciplinary team was created, consisting of specialists, namely: a pediatrician, a physical therapist, a special teacher, a logopedist, a psychologist, and may also include an occupational specialist, specialists in vision and hearing assessment and other specialists [1,2]. Speech

dysfunction in children is one of the main causes of impaired child development, including both psycho-emotional aspects and social adaptation of children in society [7,8]. Therefore, the restoration of speech function is an important stage in the further development of the child.

Objective. Evaluation of the restoration of speech function in children with early intervention in the rehabilitation system.

Material and methods Examination and rehabilitation of children was carried out on the basis of the Specialized Center for the Rehabilitation of Children and Families in Bishkek, for the period 2019-2021.

The object of the study were 26 children with delayed speech development. The average age of the children was 3.4 ± 1.1 years. Rehabilitation activities were carried out within 3-12 months. When examining

children, laboratory methods (unified hematological and biochemical studies), ultrasound, electroencephalography, magnetic reso nance imaging, and neurosonography were used. Statistical data are presented in absolute and percentage terms.

Outcomes and discussion

From the data presented in Figure 1, it can be seen that of the number of children admitted to the center, 10 (38.4%) had alalia, 6 children (23%) had incorrect pronunciation of words, 6 children (23%) had no speech understanding. Fewer children had such

speech disorders as a delay in the rate of speech - 1 (3.85%), the absence of a link in a sentence - 1 (3.85%) and a delay in the pronunciation of words - 2 (7.7%). It should be noted that among the examined children, 4 had an autism, 5 children had attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, 2 children had residual encephalopathy and sensory deafness, 1 child had cerebral palsy and 1 child had Down syndrome with congenital heart disease. These pathological conditions undoubtedly influenced the duration of rehabilitation.

The program of early intervention in the rehabilitation of children with delayed speech development was complex and included: classes with a defectologist and a logopedist, articulation massage of tongue, exercise therapy, supervision of a p sychoneurolo gist and specialists physicians. Work was carried out with parents on the proper organization of the child's life at home.

As can be seen from the data in Figure 2, most children showed significant dynamics in the development of speech

function, namely, 13 children (50%) developed speech, 3 children (11.5%) developed words, in 1 child (3.85 %) the exact pronunciation of words appeared, 1 child (3.85%) started understanding speech, in 1 child (3.85%) communication skills appeared, and 4 children (15.4%) integrated in the children's team. At the same time, 3 children (11.5%) did not develop speech. The implementation of the early intervention program made it possible to send 10 children to preschool institutions.

The implementation of an early intervention program allows to say that the child becomes normal when the barriers that prevent the child from living a normal life and being included in the same activities as peers, are removed.

Conclusions

Early intervention in the rehabilitation of children with speech delay leads to a faster restoration of speech and, consequently, their successful integration and adaptation in family and in society as a whole.
