The article gives an idea of the concept of culture of interaction ,self-retention and exchange of views in the process of Appeal. Such concepts as attitude, appeal, communication, discussion, discussion, and reasoning are all about ornaments that are suitable for the adornment of a particular nation, that is, Uzbek and Korean, and have given many definitions to its implementation by ethical and aesthetic norms and rules. Abstract: The article gives an idea of the concept of culture of interaction ,self-retention and exchange of views in the process of Appeal. Such concepts as attitude, appeal, communication, discussion, discussion, and reasoning are all about ornaments that are suitable for the adornment of a particular nation, that is, Uzbek and Korean, and have given many definitions to its implementation by ethical and aesthetic norms and rules. 1. INTRODUCTION

In a linguistic encyclopedic dictionary it is a cognitive structure expressed through a complex of words, phrases, expressions, syntactic units.

The difference between the terms concept and concept is determined by defining the relationship between language, culture and thinking. Concepts appear as units of the conceptual landscape of the world and form the conceptual system of language. The diversity of terms is determined by the reflection of different aspects of consciousness and thinking. It should be noted that in cognitive linguistics, the concept is considered as a key figure. This can be confirmed by the following cases:

1) In the cognitive sphere, the concept is considered as a mental unit that represents the mental resource units of human consciousness, the information structure that reflects human knowledge and experience;

2) One of the main branches of cognitive linguistics studies the nature and structure of the concept of "cognitive semantics";

3) In cognitive linguistics, the relationship between concept and word meaning is mainly analyzed. "A Concise Dictionary of Cognitive Terms" [Avdeeva, L.A. -2001: 85-86.], The concept is given as a structural view of the world, mental lexicon, conceptual system and language, memory, reflected in the human mind. The first definition of a concept as A. Vejbiskaya gave a linguistic concept had given. According to him, "a person has his own name. It is defined as a culturally conditioned notion of the world of" truth "as the object of a" peculiar "world."

In linguoculturology, the term is a form of cultural mental language, "the ingrained part of the culture in the human mind; culture is a set of concepts, imaginations, and knowledge that are part of a person's mental existence and are expressed in words. Some researchers try to distinguish between different types of concepts: "There are two different concepts in the language system.

While the first type of concepts are universally meaningful (sleep, eat, start, read, and eat), the second type of concepts includes concepts of cultural and national value (bread, guest, parent, wedding, friend, and homeland). The scientist also divides the second type of concepts in turn into two: a) explained by the specifics of linguacultural; b) a key (theoretical) element that serves to understand the national mentality.

Semantics, which are common to all forms of language, reinforce the semantic paradigm and form it's conceptual or prototype basis. The second type of concept contains semantic characters that serve at least partially for its manifestation. These characters are distinguished by lingvoculture, ethnosemantic specificity, and are associated with the mentality of the language carrier or the language mentality of the individual. In the study, the division of whole and part, universal and specific system was identified as the main condition. Such a classification serves to provide a clear and detailed description of the nature of the concepts.

Three concepts do not choose the time and space. These are words, listening and understanding. Man is wounded, and in the process of interaction these three units are applied. The manifestation of this is appropriate and specific to each people's own mentality. Interaction, self-retention and exchange of views in the process of Appeal harmonizes in the understanding of the culture of treatment. Such concepts as attitude, appeal, communication, discussion, discussion, reasoning are all ornaments that are suitable for the Amulet of a particular nation, it is carried out by ethical and aesthetic norms, rules. [1. 85-86]

Communication is partially monological, mainly in the form of dialogues, polylogic. In other words, it is realized in the interaction of two or more people. When the world is built according to the laws of beauty, it means that both the behavior and speech of a person, appearance and clothing, and attitude and communication, are desirable to be beautiful. It is not surprising that our people have a son who says: "Wait according to yourself, watch by your word". It is not difficult to notice the need for attention to the process of treatment, which is necessary for a person, even when he says" the tongue ulcer does not end, the tick ulcer ends". The same proverb is recognized by the peoples of Korean nationality as follows: ^ H^^J

If an integral part of the spirituality of a person is a culture of treatment, then the concepts of behavior, etiquette, speech activity are part of its contemporaries. It is natural that traditions, attitudes, way of life, which are characteristic of every people for centuries, national and spiritual values have become a symbol of high culture, are all reflected in the personality of a person.

This publication focuses on the issues of looking at eastern, the norm of human relations directly related to the philosophy of eastern life, their role in the formation of the spirituality of a person.

As the late President commented, " the upbringing of a highly educated, developed generation is the most important condition for the Sustainable Development and modernization of the country", it means that the attitude to science and the motherland is an absolute must for itself to occupy an important and permanent place in the spiritual, harmonious human education. Attitude, no doubt, arises from the culture of the person's treatment. And this is connected with education and upbringing, which is a sign of perfection, spirituality and enlightenment. Only the mentally, mentally and spiritually healthy generation is the bright future of the land. As it is impossible to imagine the bird's beak without a double wing, it is difficult to understand, perceive the knowledge of a person and the prospect of a land without education, upbringing and spirituality. [2. 155-158]

It is also not surprising that poetics refers to the treatment of the theory of rhetoric as the first basis for the emergence of the world of Aristotle art and culture, which was considered one of the first researchers. Since education requirement is associated with upbringing requirement behavior, with speech, the issue of personality spirituality, culture of treatment, secrets of treatment and etiquette will continue to be more relevant than ever. If a person is kind, humble, humane, omniscient, gentle, unselfish, he falls into the attention of many people. Indeed, in all of the above definitions, we observe that the concept is evaluated as a unit of national-cultural mentality. The mentality reflects the worldview within the form and category of the national language, which combines the process of typical manifestation of intellectual, spiritual and will characteristics in the national character. Disclosure of national and cultural features of mentality has become a major issue in many fields (cognitive linguistics, linguoculturology, ethnolinguistics, language anthropology, genealogy). In all of these areas, the concept is defined as the basic unit of mentality. There are several reasons for this. One of the researchers working in linguocognitology, M.V. Pimenova cites this in her article [M.V. Pimenova 2010: 696]: First, the concept (conceptus-thinking, concept, perception of the object) is considered as part of the classical sensualist scheme: "object-perception-perception-imagination-concept" and it is the emotional (observation) and logical development of human thinking (abstract) indicates activity stages such as: a) concept is imagination ("general imagination"); b) concept is a concept; c) a concept is a syncretic unit of thinking ("a unit of thinking that imagines the facts of existence without a general branching"). Second, the concept is studied as part of the meaning of the "semantic triangle-trapezoid" model: a) the concept is the meaning ("algebraic expression of meaning"); ("Ambiguous meaning in the national spirit"); ("Invariant of lexeme meaning"); b) concept is content (conceptual structure, the term concept remains synonymous with the term meaning "). Third, the concept is analyzed as a synthesis of a meaningful part (meaning and concept), a meaningful part (language sign) and a meaning-defining part (denotation and referent): a) concept is a word etymology ("conceptus - seed, grain is the beginning of semantic integrity" point "); b) concept - word -concepts ("keywords") ".

2. THE CONCEPT IS DEFINED BY RESEARCHERS USING A VARIETY OF METHODS

1. Using word etymology detection. This is done by determining the pre-writing history of the concept.

2. The study of basic groups, that is, the study of a group of words formed from a given etymology.

3. By studying the use of artificial words in diachronic, i.e., the study of epidigmatic connections.

4. Simultaneous study of the main uses of the given words. In this, syntagmatic connections are studied.

5. The word under analysis is a study of the paradigmatic connections of a concept.

6. Compare a given word with the exact (or close) word concept in another language.

A correct assessment of the situation, a concerted attitude to the goal, impartiality, rational, just attitude and sincere communication can only be part of the culture of treatment. He can tolerate everything, but it is not surprising that the inability to endure injustice emphasizes the uniqueness of the nature of our people. Assessing someone is, in fact, an assessment of yourself. Uncomplicated laziness, dashnom or reproach hurts the heart of a person and disturbs his mood, affects his psyche. Hard work as a deduction for a broken bowl, cracked into sincere circulation. Everything-correct recognition and explanation of the achievements and defects, negative and positive aspects of the event or person, not only eliminates disagreements and quarrels. And this means that it is necessary to know the specific secrets of the culture of treatment. It is important to look with an eye at whom and what, to react. Indeed, as a result of the scientific study of proverbs, which are the product of the spiritual thinking of the people, it has been once again witnessed that they are complete units that acquire their own melody and deep meaning.

Proverbs, which have similar forms, synonyms, and imitations over time, and which have become widespread, have been formed as a result of understanding the events of human nature and society within the framework of a single concept, giving them a poetic tone. It can be seen that the

proverbs are included in the life of the Korean and Uzbek peoples not only educational, but also social and legal principles. The philosophical idea underlying some proverbs can only be explained through commentary.

Proverbs are a layer of language that expresses meanings related to the way of life, philosophy and worldview of a people and embodies national, universal features. Therefore, this layer, as a separate world, constantly requires a scientific approach to itself, and is always in the sharp eye of proverb lovers.

In any case, it is natural that the speech of a person will also be so. Thinker Alisher Navoi said that "There is no logic in whose brain there is a lot of malady. If the brain is healthy, the sentence will be pleasant and error - free," - said the truth. When manners and speech converge and shows their reality, people are called either the gospel or the badfe'l.

Although proverbs are concise, simple in form, they can be viewed from a variety of research perspectives. It is no secret that the human factor is at the center of the meaning that proverbs themselves express. Therefore, in the study and analysis of proverbs, it is advisable to study them in direct connection with the person. This necessitates the study and research of proverbs from a conceptosphere perspective.
