First of all, we should actively promote the social-economic digitization. The foundation of the development of the digital economy lies in the digitization of the social-economic development process. In essence, the development of the digital economy is based on three basic concepts: data, linking, and matching. From the perspective of accelerating the development of the digital economy, some countries still need to improve their legal systems, formulate data standards, and promote data connectivity. More efforts have been made to actively promote social-economic digitization.

Second, the world needs to promote the integrated development of the digital economy [1]. It is necessary to vigorously develop industrial big data and industrial Internet, and promote integrated development. In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, the concepts of "digital economy equals e-commerce", "Internet connectivity equals marketing thinking", and "internet economy equals platform economy" have become popular. From the perspective of future development, it is necessary to eliminate this simple digital economy thinking based on marketing and promote the deep integration of digital technology with various industries.

On the one hand, it is necessary to give play to the role of next-generation information technology in improving the efficiency of the production of heavy assets [2] Promote the penetration of information technology throughout the entire production value chain, realize the digitization and intelligence of the production process, and integrate the three major industrial chains of R & D, design, manufacturing, and marketing services into a common networked information platform through network extension and linking . After production digitization, combined with the big data of the demand side and the consumer side, establish a user-centric business operation strategy to further tap consumer demand, better meet consumer demand, achieve predictive production, and use it more effectively. Existing production capacity to avoid overcapacity and inventory. Utilizing new technologies such as the mobile Internet and the Internet of Things to achieve a seamless link between the industrial end and the consumer end, and further integrate production. On the other hand, we must encourage the development of industrial big data. Introduce big data in the production process, optimize the production process, enable the production line to better predict factors such as possible failures, and reduce other costs in the production process. Utilize big data to improve industry chain synergy, promote sharing of production capacity, human resources, machinery and equipment, production space, and improve production efficiency.

Build the core technology of the digital economy. The world has a huge Internet user base, which has laid a good foundation for the innovation of digital economy technology and business models. The point is that the key is to establish a good institutional environment to encourage innovation, promote positive interaction between technology application and R & D, and encourage enterprises to form their own core technologies and original business models. Micro-innovation is also an important feature of the development of the digital economy. While attaching great importance to core and asymmetric technological innovations, we also need to pay attention to micro-innovations in the digital economy.

At present, the internationalization of the digital economy is facing better opportunities.[4]For example, China's digital economy represents companies that continue to be sought after by international capital. Since 2017, the digital economy companies listed outside China, such as Alibaba and Tencent, have outperformed the index performance over the same period and have risen more than international representative companies. Alibaba and Tencent have also historically entered the top ten of global market capitalization.

The digital economy will also have a great impact on future human life. Japan proposes a "social 5.0" model. It is an information society based on Society 4.0, which aims to build a people-oriented and prosperous society.

The first is drone delivery [3]. The Japanese government believes that a major problem facing an

aging society is that the lonely elderly in remote areas have been abandoned by society. In order to solve this problem, drone delivery can not only provide the speed of logistics, but more importantly, it can provide the most convenient delivery service for people living in remote areas and with inconvenient transportation. Secondly, the popularization of AI appliances not only allows home appliances such as air conditioners, bathtub hot water, rice cookers, and microwave ovens to be remotely controlled. Use your smartphone to give instructions before you get home from work. Third, intelligent medical care and nursing care. Long-distance diagnosis and treatment can be realized through artificial intelligence systems. At the same time, a highly intelligent nursing robot has been manufactured to enable the sickly paralyzed person to take care of himself. The other is remote monitoring. Fourth, the intelligent and automated industry. For example, through the GPS positioning system, the fully automated operation of agricultural machinery is realized, and the unmanned planting, harvesting, and transportation are realized. Fifth,intelligent operation. Electronic payment will become the mainstream of social payment. Through the electronic payment system, a huge database can be established, which can more specifically organize the supply of goods, expand production, and link with intelligent logistics to achieve automatic distribution and replenishment. Sixth, fully automatic driving. While realizing full-automatic driving of cars and eliminating traffic accidents to zero, we will create a "shared car" society through the online car-hailing system. It is clear that the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, and robots will be the foundation for the "5.0 society."

In order to realize the "5.0 society", the Japanese Government's Industrial Technology Research Institute has proposed six key technologies that must be fully overcome: First, Human intelligence extension technology capable of perceptual control in CPS systems. Second, Innovative artificial intelligence technology Artificial intelligence application system.Third, self-evolving security technology for artificial intelligence application. Fourth, information input and output equipment and efficient network technology. Finally, a new generation of intelligent manufacturing system technology that supports mass customization.

It is precisely because of this era that everyone can enter the circle of changing society, so we must consider with a wide range of others what kind of society we want to create, what we need to do, and how we can develop the people and resources we need. In the future, the development of the digital economy requires more efforts in internationalization. We must create innovative products with truly international influence and participate more fully in the development of the global digital economy.
