Abstract. Psoroptosis is a widespread disease among rabbits, which leads to a decrease in body weight, deterioration of meat quality, as well as slow growth and development of young animals, which leads to lower prices for breeding animals and, as a consequence, causes great damage to farms and individual farms. With the help of researches it was possible to find out the influence of psoropto-sis infestation on immunobiological indices of blood, as well as the effectiveness of complex treat-ment with the use of etiotropic acaricide Ivermek-spray and auxiliary agents: sea buckthorn oil as a symptomatic agent and immunomodulating drug Immunofan. It was found that anemia, leukocyto-sis, decreased concentration of total protein and albumin, increased globulin fraction of blood are reg-istered in psoroptosis infestation. The use of immunomodulating drug Immuno-Fan in the complex therapy of psoroptosis has a positive effect on the immunobiological parameters of blood, manifested by an increase in the number of erythrocytes by 2,5x1012/l, hemoglobin by 30,2 g/l, total protein by 15,15 g/l, albumin by 9,1 g/l and a decrease in the number of leukocytes by 2,0x109/l and globulin fraction of protein by 13,1 g/l. It was shown that the efficacy of anti-mite treatment using Ivermek-spray amounted to 80%, while the combined therapy with the use of immunomodulator Immunofan in the second group gave a result of 100%. Duration of treatment of rabbits using immunomodulating drug Immunofan for psoroptosis infestation was reduced to 20 days, while rabbits receiving only acaricidal drug Ivermek-spray recovered by the 30th day from the beginning of treatment.
