DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS' CREATIVE ABILITIES AS A

PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Abstract. This article defines the concepts of ability, creative ability and creativity. The works of a number of famous scientists on the topic under study are described. The topic is briefly discussed as a pedagogical problem.

Currently, decisions and laws are being made in our country that are of great importance in the development of society. As a result of ongoing socioeconomic reforms, the requirements for the quality of personnel training are increasing. The main goal of this is to form enterprising individuals capable of creative activity, achieve new positive results in the field of education and thus make our country one of the strongest developed countries. Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 6, 2020 No. PF-6108 "On measures to develop the sphere of education and science during the period of new development of Uzbekistan", Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 6, 2020. 01/28/2022 "New Decree No. PF-60 for 2022 - 2026 "On the development strategy of Uzbekistan" is an example of close attention aimed at creating a high-quality education system in our country. Eastern scholars Abu Nasr Farabi, Abu Raikhan Beruni, Abu Ali ibn Sina, Mirza Ulugbek, Umar Khayyam, Bahavuddin Naqshband emphasized the importance of education in a person's life, finding one's place, becoming a perfect person, as well as how difficult and honorable the teaching profession is., we can see in the views and teachings of Yusuf Khos Hajib. Today, honest personnel with deep knowledge, initiative and moral creativity are in demand, who approach a developing society with responsibility for the fate of the country, and are characterized by mobility, dynamism and constructiveness.

Abilities are the internal conditions of human development, formed in the process of interaction with the outside world. Abilities are the individual potential and capabilities of a person.

Today, honest personnel with deep knowledge, initiative and moral creativity are in demand, who approach a developing society with responsibility for the fate of the country, and are characterized by mobility, dynamism and constructivism. A number of scientists have worked on the issues of abilities, creative abilities, creative abilities, and the development of creative abilities. For example, world scientists L. Thurston, Guilford, D. B. Elkonin, K. Robinson, individual entrepreneurs from the CIS countries. Volkov, N.K. Vinokurova D.B. Bogoyavlenskaya E. from Uzbek scientists. Gaziev, R. Gainutdinov, M. G.

Davletshin, B. R. Kadyrov, V. A. Tokareva, Sh. S. Sharipov, G. N. Ibragimova M. M. Abdullaeva and others.

L. Thurstone, in his study, studied the mental processes of students when mastering subjects using tests and developed a model consisting of 12 factors. This model was later called "Primary Mental Abilities" in other studies and scientific journals.

According to Guilford, a world-renowned psychologist, creative people are people who have the ability to think differently than others. People with this type of thinking do not focus all their efforts when solving a problem on finding one solution, but begin to look for solutions in all possible directions in order to consider as many options as possible. Psychologist D. B. Elkonin gave the following definition of creativity. Creativity is an interconnected system of elements within abilities, which includes: imagination, associativity, fantasy, imagination. According to the famous scientist Sternberg, "Creativity" means taking reasonable risks, overcoming obstacles, internal motivation, tolerance of uncertainty, and a willingness to challenge other people's opinions.

Sh.S. Sharipov conducted scientific research on the problem of developing the creative abilities of students in vocational education.

Scientists-teachers and practitioners (G.S. Altshuller, V.M. Tsurikov, V.V. Mitrofanov), involved in the development of a base of creative educational programs and TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) and ARIZ (Algorithm for Inventive Problem Solving) methods, M S. Gafitulin, M. S. Rubin, M. N. Shusterman) according to a person's creative abilities there are:

Creativity in pedagogy is one of the most natural forms of realizing the need to search for real knowledge, expressed in the manifestation of a person's ability to make alternative decisions and create non-standard ideas.

We believe that to bring education to a high-quality level, it is necessary to organize a living system that helps students think outside the box and develop their creative abilities.
