DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES & SCOPE ОF THEIR APPLICATION IN TURKMENISTAN
Abstract: this article describes the main oil and gas bearing areas of the country, the use of innovative technologies in which will not only increase oil and gas production, but also reduce costs associated with both the use of foreign technologies and the reduction in the need for equipment and well repairs.

Today in Turkmenistan there is an active use of innovative technologies not only in the gas sector, but also in the oil sector, including petrochemical complexes, which have been actively developed in the country recently.
I would like to note that the State Corporation «Turkmengeology» is actively using innovative developments at one of the largest gas and oil fields in the region, «Galkynysh», as well as at the Southern Garagum, Gazanly, Djurdzhi, Eastern Yoloten and Western Yandakly areas located next to Galkynysh. From the results obtained during exploration of these areas, it follows that these areas are oil and gas bearing.
Today, about 60 gas fields in the country are developed using innovative technologies; about 90% of the total volume of gas produced from these fields comes from the State Concern "Turkmengas".
One of the promising regions of the country for the discovery of new reserves and their development is the Caspian region, where the main element is the Western Turkmen depression. At the same time, we should talk about the use of innovative
technologies in existing fields. Thus, at the Akpatlavuk field, the possibility of oil production at a depth of 3600-5000 m, and possibly deeper, was proven.
In order to increase the stability of wells and reduce complications, the Turkmen Institute «Nebitgazylmytaslama» developed and implemented innovative inhibited systems - KAIR and KAIR-T. These solutions are created specifically to reduce complications when drilling in wells, where other solutions lead to complications.
The wells of the State Concern «Turkmenneft» have a problem associated with the violation of the tightness of the pump and compressor pipes (tubing) due to the high corrosiveness of the aqueous environment of the produced fluid, the water cut on which reaches 90%. As a result, the use of foreign materials, in addition to the high cost, is impractical, since constant debugging of the tubing becomes difficult, and cleaning residues from sealants on the thread surfaces before screwing is quite labor-intensive.
It is worth noting that the innovative lubricant developed at the Nebitgazylmytaslama Institute has already been tested on a gas-lift oil well. Excellent lubricity and sealing ability was confirmed, as well as the absence of problems with screwing and unscrewing threaded connections. In addition, this lubricant is a completely Turkmen development using Turkmen materials, which leads to a 2-2.5 times reduction in the cost of the lubricant compared to foreign ones.
