In our Constitution, which is our main law, fundamental rights and freedoms of Man are guaranteed, proceeding from the democratic essence of our state. As an alternative to the Constitution of human rights, the loyalty of our state, people to human rights and ideas of state sovereignty is solemnly proclaimed.
