The institutions that have the necessary technical equipment do not use them fully. On many computers there are entertainment programs, and graphic tablets, if any, are not used. In the manual, developed by us («Fundamentals of computer graphics in the visual arts»), answers to questions on how to use graphic tablets in teaching, will provide information on the necessary computer programs for this purpose. Also the main part of it is devoted to specific studies on two-dimensional and three-dimensional computer graphics that can be used for additional tool for teaching fine arts in school.

The new paradigm of education for the 21st century is oriented towards a new person culture, his creative self-realization, the development of creative abilities, the disclosure of creative potential, the formation of artistic and aesthetic values of the individual. The present pedagogical science and practice is characterized by search for new approaches to the organization of the educational process, because social development of the country requires a new, active, proactive and creative personality.

Each child has a need for creative activity. As a child, a child seeking opportunities to realize his potential and it is through creativity that he can most fully reveal themselves as a person. For a child to create - it's not necessary create a new, it's more like expressing yourself. Any creativity for him is more a process, than the result. In the course of this process, he better expands his experience, enjoys communication, begins to trust more. It is here that special qualities of the mind are required, such as observance, ability to compare and analyze to find

connections and dependencies - all that in the aggregate constitutes creative activity.

Computer graphics - an area of activity in which computers. Used as a tool for both image creation and processing visual information obtained from the real world, these are the methods using which the computer converts data into graphical (visible) representations and on the contrary - translates images into numbers.

In plain language, computer graphics are those images that we see on the monitor or screen itself and which are easy to copy, translate to Other media, for example, on paper. This is a relatively new direction, quickly developing. And although the very term «computer graphics» is at everyone's ears, for most people this is some kind of abstract concept. Computer graphics have long been organizes the whole visual range of modern man. To understand this essence is easier if we will recall its practical application. Fabrics, clothing, footwear, household items are modeled with the help of it. Architects can not do without it, otherwise they will do projects for years. All printed products have long been created with the help of computer graphics. Any visible advertising, films, animation, interiors, landscapes, mass scenes, many characters in movies are inconceivable without it. The whole area Photos are now based on computer graphics.

In the methodical manual «Fundamentals of computer graphics in the graphic art» we explained what a two-dimensional and three-dimensional graphics, gave information about the basic color models which are used in the software, also talked about the tools used when working with computer graphics.

In the methodical manual «Fundamentals of computer graphics in the graphic Art» was considered work in two programs: MyPaint (« MayPaint») for work in two-dimensional graphics, Sculptris («Sculptrix») to work in three-dimensional. They are absolutely free, their interface is not complicated, so they can Recommended for installation on school computers. The installation files are attached with a disk to the methodical manual.

They can replace a sheet of paper, paint, brush, pencils, erasers, even clay, plasticine and other materials, since they have a wide set of tools. The main direction in the lessons on the two-dimensional computer graphics was aimed at studying color, its properties, composition, development of creative imagination and attention, familiarizing students with aesthetic culture. Three-dimensional graphics certainly develops imagination and spatial thinking.

Computer graphics is a visual medium. It is not intended completely replace traditional means, but has a number of advantages and shortcomings. The advantages include:

- Modernity: IT and computer graphics in training is a new and innovative approach.

- Convenience when used in art education. The program will replace all tools: paints, clay, water and other materials.

- interest: the children are curious and are drawn to everything new.

- the possibility of using and imitating such materials that are difficult get it

for a traditional lesson.

- professionalism: by training with the use of IT, the child is attached to work with a computer, which in modern society is surely useful in the future profession. With the further development of skills in computer graphics, one can become a highly paid specialist in this field;

- the possibility of distance learning: a child can work at home computer and send the work to the teacher, also they can communicate with IT funds. The disadvantages include such properties as:

- Expensive, as compared to traditional means of equipment for training computer graphics is more expensive.

- at the first stages there can be difficulties in studying computer graphics. This is primarily due to computer ignorance and new interfaces programs. But this fear is eliminated by practice and a detailed explanation of the actions. Thus, computer graphics can perfectly complement fine arts.

Performing tasks for:

- consolidation of the acquired knowledge in the lessons of the ISE;

- development of creative imagination and attention;

- development of artistic taste;

- the formation of skills to work and create;

- the development of imagery, fantasy;

- emotional relaxation, veiling difficult for learning topics;

- development of spatial thinking;

- development of creative thinking, emotional perception.

It promotes the development of such qualities as:

- creative activity of the child;

- Attention;

- formed artistic taste;

- imagination;

- spatial thinking;

- Attachment to aesthetic culture.

Note that the majority of teachers, regardless of the level of education (university, DOW, school), converge on the fact that information technology is a sufficiently effective tool that develops the creative potential of students. Information technology allows you to go beyond the traditional model study of educational disciplines, more variably to master the educational material. Information technologies provide an opportunity to expand the creative component in the training due to the fact that there is a formation of students in sustainable skills work with information technology, this minimizes the time spent, for example, on technical design, and gives the opportunity to pay more attention to creative process.

Thus, modern pedagogical technologies in combination with modern information technology can significantly improve the effectiveness of the educational process, to solve the problems of education comprehensively developed, creatively free person.

At present, the process of informatization is manifested in all spheres of human activity. So the use of modern information technologies is a necessary condition for the development of more effective approaches to teaching and improving teaching methods. A special role in this process is played by IT. Since their use contributes to increasing the motivation of students' learning, saving learning time, and interactivity and visibility contributes to a better presentation, understanding and assimilation of educational historical material.

The integration of schoolchildren in IT is the most important direction in solving the problem of informatization in a modern school and raising the level of professional training. Along with this, the development and application of IT is becoming a modern school one of the most important ways to improve the effectiveness of education.

Moreover, the strategic role of IT, and therefore of the technical means that provide them, as a factor in the social and economic development of modern society at the moment, is generally recognized and does not cause doubts. Within
