New technologies and electronic services have become an integral part of society's daily life. Innovative methods are implemented in government agencies and all sectors. This fundamentally changes the organization and management of production. The "Concept of developing the digital economy in Turkmenistan in 2019-2025" adopted by the country in November 2018 is based on these tasks.
Today, information systems are emerging in all areas of human life. In today's environment, where millions of gigabytes of information are circulating on the World Wide Web every day, the need to train specialists using information technologies is increasing. From this point of view, the role of information technologies in education is increasing significantly. Thus, modern information technologies create more effective approaches to improving teaching and learning methods. Information technologies are of particular importance in this field. Because the use of the latest advances in information technology helps to increase students' motivation to study and save study time.
At present, the experience of conducting distance education programs by using advanced technologies for academic exchange programs is being studied in foreign countries for higher professional education, second higher professional education, education of citizens with limited opportunities due to health conditions, on the basis of secondary professional education.
In educational institutions provided with modern digital technologies, distance learning activities have
been established and possible scientific consultations are conducted through video communication system. At present, in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan, the experience of conducting distance education programs using advanced technologies is being studied abroad on the basis of secondary vocational education, second higher vocational education, education of citizens with limited opportunities due to health conditions, academic exchange programs.
Based on the national experience gathered in the country and the best experience of the world, it is proposed to provide remote educational support for parents to prepare preschool children for school and to establish distance education for citizens with limited opportunities.
Information from scientists and experts a major contributor to literacy.
They promote information skills:
1. Ability to recognize the need for information.
2. Ability to show how to fill a "gap" in information.
3. Ability to formulate strategies for identifying data.
4. Ability to find and access information.
5. Ability to compare and evaluate information from different sources.
6. Ability to organize, use and present information in other ways appropriate to the situation.
7. Ability to synthesize and collect existing information and create new knowledge based on it.
Information technology is an integral part of the scientific field "Informatics" and is based on its
achievements. But today it is not enough to have information, you have to use it and act on it. This problem is solved by information technology. The problem of automation of information processes is solved on the basis of information technologies. The experience of implementing information technologies confirms high economic efficiency for many applications. Electronic document management systems and the organization of distance learning based on modern telecommunication and information technologies are clear examples of this. This work focuses on studying the problems of introduction, development and use of modern information technology in science and education through information technologies.
Information technology affects all areas of human activity. It significantly increases the level of automation of all information processes, which is a necessary condition for accelerating the pace of scientific and technological development. Modern information technologies are valued as an active tool that opens up new opportunities and prospects in both education and scientific research.
The educational system is one of the oldest social systems that reflects the cultural and cognitive principles of society, as well as natural traditions. On the one hand, these properties allow to maintain the internal integrity of the system, to ensure that the values that come from before are safely protected and transmitted from generation to generation. On the other hand, the education system is able to flexibly meet the demands of the economy through innovation and information technology, based on the principles of the past.
Another important aspect of digitization of education is strengthening the self-development of schoolchildren and students. It is notable that new approaches to developing such skills originated in education, and were then supported and promoted by the state. Improving students' information literacy will simplify the search and collection of information, provide the most accurate and accessible information, and improve the quality of education. Thus, improving teaching and learning methods through the use of modern information technologies is a necessary condition for developing more effective approaches. Literature:
