BASIC CONCEPTS RELATED TO THE USE OF COMPUTER
INTRODUCTION

Abstract: The thesis presents the main concepts of computer linguistics. First, it describes the prerequisites for its development and indicates the branches of linguistics that laid the foundation for linguistics.

Everyone knows the importance of communication and information in the modern world and, undoubtedly, that various spheres of society are now under the direct influence of the information world. At the same time, computer technology plays an important role in achieving the goals of the new era and has penetrated into all spheres of life. There are certain difficulties in the context of globalization regarding the difference between machine language and human language, in addition, the existing characteristic features of human language, increasingly determine the need to solve this problem. In this regard, computational linguistics becomes the most important.
Computational Linguistics is an effective interdisciplinary branch of the science of linguistics, computer technology, and mathematics. It is a branch of applied linguistics that deals with the computational aspects of language processing. Her field of study is the dual essence of language, expressed by speech and text. Its other areas are classified as follows: language engineering, artificial intelligence, machine translation of texts from one language to another, information technology, communication technology, search engine design, extracting information from a large volume of text, searching in the largest language database or on the Internet to find

answers to various questions, text and speech processing, receiving voice commands on the machine and their detailed implementation, text-to-speech and vice versa, reviewing the content of texts, developing databases and terminology banks. Figure 1 shows its position among other branches of linguistics (18.89).
The range of relevant disciplines covers issues related to human language in general terms, the psychology of the human mind and artificial computer intelligence. In this regard, in various educational systems, this discipline is sometimes included in the subgroup of linguistics, and sometimes in the subgroup of computer science. In our time, when the recording and transportation of voice became possible through various electronic devices, such as the telephone, radio, etc., the language became the subject of research and other groups of specialists, in the so-called communication engineering. These researchers consider the characteristics and physical properties of language sounds (12,84).
With the development of computer technology, research in the field of natural language has undergone huge changes. To date, the program for controlling spelling errors and grammatical correction, extracting information from documents and databases, translating from one natural language to another language, etc., is implemented by millions of copies around the world. However, programs that do not yet have artificial intelligence are still applicable. The ultimate goal of machine translation, considered 4 one of the best subcategories of computational linguistics is the production of software tools for correct language recognition and the development of a powerful tool to achieve excellence in automatic translation and extensive human-machine communication in natural language. This task, which is almost 50 years old, has not yet been fully solved. But even before that, there was a need to use methods of identifying the language of most peoples in order to have access to each other's knowledge, that is, we are talking about a universal language. In the Middle Ages, for History shows the antiquity and originality of the Persian language among the languages of the world.
According to the history book by Dr. Mehri Bagheri, Persian belongs to the family of Indo-European languages, including those known by other names, such as Indo-Hittite, Indo-Germanic, and Aryan language groups (11,33). In historical linguistics, the spread of this language is clearly visible throughout the old continent. For example, during the period of Mongol rule and before that period, it was the official language of the state of Hindustan. This language, thanks to its rich

vocabulary and pleasant phrases, had many admirers among the nobility and common people, and, although at first glance it penetrated into Hindustan as the language of the rulers, but over the centuries, thanks to its eloquence, it was mentally accepted by millions of people (5.61). Everyone knows that it is common in Tajikistan, Afghanistan and in some other regions of Central Asia. With the advent of modern science and the development of electronic devices, the spread of the Persian language and its rich resource in computing platforms have suffered a number of problems when communicating with other language groups.
The importance of studying the application of computational linguistics in Persian texts, indeed, shows the need to expand the cognitive capacity within the Farsi-speaking community, as well as the transfer of knowledge through other languages to Persian. Currently, the knowledge gained from the research of scientists in various fields is distributed in different languages. The main scientific information is usually registered in English in scientific databases, and its extraction in other languages for users is associated with many difficulties. This study shows how a computer device is able to transfer data from other languages to Persian and vice versa, for translating words and text, converting audio and video information, as well as how successful the Persian language is in this area. On the other hand, we can say that the increasing spread of electronic platforms has created a new environment in all areas of the life of the new generation. Meanwhile, language as a social institution, influenced by a new approach and in digital media such as cell phones, websites or personal computers, has become the main text-oriented tool. example, all significant issues at the international level were expressed in Latin, and therefore a universal language was the dream of many people. For humanity, which was looking for a solution to the problem of communication, now provides more than 600 programs (97,123).
To properly clarify the question, it is first necessary to determine the basic concepts in the field of computational linguistics and its place in relation to the computational characteristics of the language in the general understanding, and then proceed to compare the various language grammars in order to coordinate the type of translation made by a machine and a person
