Modern pedagogical technologies increase the effectiveness of the educational process, form the independent thinking process of students, increase students' enthusiasm and interest in knowledge, and develop the skills and competencies of solid assimilation of knowledge and their practical use.

We should not forget that the foundation of our future is created in the fields of knowledge, in other words, the future of our nation depends on the education and upbringing of our children today. For this, every parent, teacher, and coach needs to see a person first in the person of each child. Based on this simple requirement, we should accept that the main goal and task of the field of education should be to raise our children to be perfect people who live consciously and have the ability to think independently and broadly.

Nowadays, interest in the use of interactive games and innovative technologies in the educational process is growing. This modern technology teaches students to find the knowledge they want to acquire by themselves, to think independently, and the student becomes the main figure in the educational process. Each lesson, topic, educational subject has its own technology, and the technological map prepared by the teacher for the upcoming lesson during the lesson is important, because this map reflects the lesson process as a whole, and the lesson the purpose, task, methods will be indicated and free the teacher from extended lesson development. At the heart of the reading lessons are the mental and moral education of children, manners of behavior, fluency, elegance, expressiveness of speech, and the development of students' mental activity. Pupils will grow up to be mentally fresh, brave and physically healthy.

In fact, advanced pedagogical technologies increase the productivity of the educational process, form the independent thinking process of students, increase students' enthusiasm and interest in knowledge, and develop the skills and competencies of solid assimilation of knowledge, free use of it in practice. The effectiveness of the leaders of general education schools is their work experience, leadership competence, reputation in the team, support of the interests of the pedagogical team, leadership talent, ability to ensure the balance of the social and psychological

environment in the team, leadership competence, and most importantly, devoting their work to mobilization for the development of the country, the well-being of the country, it is very important to understand and perceive the value of a person. For this purpose, in chapter 3 of the concept of the development of the public education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030 entitled "The main goals and directions of development of the public education system" "Supporting the system of training, retraining and professional development of management personnel for the public education system, including encouraging the entry of young personnel into the field of education" support" and "Development of a standardized program for the training of leading personnel in the field of public education and training in the direction of "Management in the field of public education" and the heads of educational institutions to all trainees who have completed it and successfully passed the exams.

Tasks such as the creation of a three-year special certificate issuing system that allows holding positions" [1, 10] are defined. On the basis of the above requirements and tasks, the following can be noted as the main directions of the system of professional development, retraining and improvement of the system of professional development of the leading staff of public education institutions regarding the introduction of the system of continuous professional development of pedagogues and leaders of public education.

Acquiring advanced pedagogy and innovative technologies using modern information and communication technologies and distance learning methods and to develop the skills of effective implementation of them in the educational process in schools among the leading pedagogues of public education;

Modern methods are effectively used to increase the efficiency of education, ensure the fulfillment of state educational standards, and guarantee the quality indicator of education. The use of modern technologies in the educational process is spreading widely in the world practice. It activates the teacher and students, seeks to teach, relies on modern pedagogical technology and increases the effectiveness of the educational process. Teaching students to think independently serves to increase the high quality and efficiency of the educational process. The difference from traditional lessons when using modern technologies is to create an atmosphere of freedom for the student and give him the opportunity to freely express his opinion. A friendly learning environment

is created by asking questions to the student without forcing him or touching his personality. Reading is important in human life. A person who does not know how to read is no different from a blind person. Reading activities are carried out in all subjects in primary grades, but teaching reading is the main task of reading classes. It is necessary to take into account their general development and psychology when teaching elementary school students to read. Exaggerating the volume of educational materials and organizing regular reading will tire the child of reading activities. Tasks that are interesting to students make learning fun based on didactic games. So, as science and technology develops in our country, the possibility of obtaining information also increases. It is necessary to make effective use of scientific and technical achievements in delivering information to students within the scope of demand. Prospective aspects of timely and effective use of new information technologies are being highlighted in the proper preparation of the growing young generation. It's no secret that the reforms being carried out in the education system are aimed at educating young people to become mature individuals in all respects.

In conclusion, the application of technology in the education of students has the potential to revolutionize the learning experience and significantly enhance educational outcomes. Throughout this summary, we have explored various ways in which technology can be utilized in education, including online learning platforms, interactive educational tools, virtual and augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. Technology offers several benefits in education, such as increased access to educational resources and opportunities, personalized learning experiences, improved engagement and motivation, and enhanced collaboration and communication among students and educators. It enables students to learn at their own pace, explore diverse subjects, and access educational content from anywhere at any time. Moreover, technology can provide data-driven insights into students' progress, helping educators identify areas of improvement and tailor instruction to meet individual needs. It can facilitate adaptive learning, where educational content and activities are dynamically adjusted based on students' performance and learning styles.
