Annotation: The article indicates that analyzing the work carried out in the aviation enterprise "Uzbekistan airways technics" which is a part of NAC "Uzbekistan Airways" within the framework of the reliability program and its

optimization, as well as provides information on research and results on the development of an automated system of reliability programs at the enterprise.

Keywords: maintenance, malfunction, Upper Control Level, Pilot reports, Maintenance Reports.

The reliability program of aircraft in maintenance and operation is an accumulation of data analyzing and recording of the phase belonging to the aircraft airworthiness. The results obtained by observance reliability in operation could functions a basis for supplementing or modifying the maintenance programme of the aircraft; such changes would illustrate the malfunction of elements or systems manifesting lacks and also the want for early management, or replacement throughout utilization.

The main purpose of the organization of reliability programs at the Uzbekistan Airways Technics (UAT) aircraft maintenance enterprise in the structure of the National Air Company "Uzbekistan Airways" is the operation of all types of aircraft of the existing fleet of aircraft, as well as any faults All statistical information gathered and collected will be summarized and analyzed. Based on the analysis of data collected, a dedicated targeted service program will be developed, based on which the airplane expiration date (which is valid for a certain period of time) will be extended and the maintenance period for the aircraft maintenance system will be determined for a specified period of time. This will spontaneously cost a significant reduction in cost and, at the same time, increase the reliability of flight.

The parameters monitored for aircraft reliability in operation are the subsequent:

• the number of airplane flight hours;

• the number of airplanes flight cycles;

• the number of flight delays due to the technical reason;

• the number of technical flights canceled within the specified timeframe;

and the following basic information parameters:

• pilot reports

• technical staff reports

• unscheduled component removals

• component removals

The UAT airline's reliability program schedule in operation is as follows:

- First, according to the Air Transport Association system, the amount of malfunction per month and delays to each system are accumulated as well as calculated as the coefficient of "Operation failure", based on the equation and included in the special table (Table № 1) throughout the year:

k

X = --100% t

k -is the total number of aircraft of cancellation

t - is the number of hours in the period observed, e.g. one month

- One of the most important aspects of this system is the number of malfunction, delay and cancellation of these aircraft systems in each quarter of the year and its quarterly value is calculated using the following equation (Table № 2):

_ xn-3 + xn-2 + xn-1 Yn- 3

xn-1; xn-2; xn-3 ) - is the number of malfunction, delay and cancellation within three months before the n-month.

Figure 1.Graphs of monthly and quarterly coefficients of the number of

delayed flights on the basis of malfunction and disruptions in aircraft construction and systems.

These charts are produced for each aircraft systems based on ATA chapter. One of the key issues in creating them is to determine the coefficient that affects the flight safety of each system to determine the UCL line in the graph. It is desirable to consider the solution of these issues in any aircraft system, such as the hydraulic system.

The aircraft's hydraulic system consists of three main components: left, right and center systems. Each system under analysis consists of the components or elements that are required by its function. These components are interconnected, and any of them may be malfunction or failure of the subsequent constructor, so that the optimal compilation of the sequence of components of each system component, and the failure or damage of each component, to determine the extent to which it will affect its safety.

As a result of detected faults and deterioration, the average coefficient of impact on the flight safety of damage or damage to each element of the hydroelectric of the aircraft is determined and included in table (3-schedule).

Explanation: K*- is the average rate of influence on flight safety due to failure or damage of the system component.

As the main information and resources collected for the Reliability Program:

- Reports of airplane system crash (malfunctions, failure) of flight attendants;

- Reports of airplane systems reported by technicians during the preparation of the aircraft on landing.

Pilot reports, (PIREPS) are reports of occurrences and malfunctions entered in the Aircraft Technical Log Book by the flight crew. PIREPS are among the most significant sources of information, since they are a direct indication of aircraft reliability as experienced by the crew.

Maintenance Reports {MAREPS} are entered in the Ground Log Books I Ground Finding Sheets by the maintenance.

In summary, it should be noted that the work on the reliability program is

primarily based on the use of the Excel software system. However, there are many mistakes and mistakes in using this system. This loss of shortcomings, and reliability program "UAT" airline in order to ensure the full use of our side, "the aviation equipment reliability program to develop an automated system" in the direction of scientific research is conducted. This system developed in the airline will be implemented in the future to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise (where aircraft maintenance and repair process by reducing debugging time and detect violations of the elements of the system), to ensure the safety of passengers and flight of the aircraft.
