China implements an economic system with public ownership as the main body and diversified ownership economy developing together. In terms of energy enterprises, they belong to public ownership and state-owned enterprises, and all resources are controlled by the state. Companies like China national petroleum corporation, China power Grid Corporation and China water Conservancy Corporation are all state-owned enterprises [2]. The overall strategic thinking must reflect the basic laws of the socialist market economy and the purpose of socialist production. From the perspective of business development, it must follow the principles of marketing.

Energy production totaled 3.59 billion tons of standard coal, up 3.6 percent year-on-year. China has formed a relatively complete energy production and supply system, including coal, electric power, oil, natural gas, new energy, renewable energy and other mature energy categories. In 2017, China's primary energy production totaled 3.59 billion tons of standard coal, up 3.6 percent from the previous year [3].

According to preliminary statistics, the country produced 3.45 billion tons of raw coal (2.46 billion tons of standard coal) in 2017, up 3.2 percent year-on-year, according to the national bureau of statistics. Crude oil output was 190 million tons (270 million tons of standard coal), down 4.0 percent year-on-year. Natural gas output reached 147.42 billion cubic meters (196 million tons of standard coal), up 8.5 percent year-on-year. Hydropower, nuclear power and wind power generated 1748.5 billion kilowatt-hours (660 million tons of standard coal). The growth momentum of different energy varieties is obviously differentiated [4].

The proportion of coal consumption will continue to decline, narrowing the gap with the international community. In China's energy consumption structure, coal consumption still occupies the dominant position, but shows a declining trend year by year, with the proportion decreasing by 12.1 percentage points in ten years. According to the plan, the proportion of coal consumption will drop to about 58 percent during the 13 th five-year plan period, and coal output will reach 3.9 billion tons. The coal industry faces a historic turning point in its development.

First, the energy structure should be developed in a clean and low-carbon way. In the process of China's energy transformation, we will focus on reducing the proportion of fossil energy in the energy mix and increasing the proportion of clean energy, from coal, oil and natural gas to vigorously developing clean energy. China's clean energy development is accelerating. By the end of 2017, China had installed 160 gigawatts of wind power and 130 gigawatts of solar power, up 10.5 percent and 68.7 percent year-on-year, respectively, according to the national energy administration [5, 6].

The "One Belt And One Road" initiative provides an excellent opportunity for China to participate in international energy cooperation. The developing countries on the "One Belt And One Road" are rich in energy resources, with large incremental demand for energy, great potential for development and huge market space. In international energy cooperation, accelerating energy transformation and addressing climate change has become an important reference for energy cooperation among countries around the world. New energy cooperation will become an important part of international energy cooperation. With the expansion of China's new energy market, technology maturity and cost reduction, the pace of new energy industry participating in international cooperation will be accelerated.

The current state of Russian energy development is that Russia's oil sector has undergone a large-scale restructuring and privatization after the cancellation of planned economy. The original mining and oil ministry companies first formed the Russian oil company (Roseneft) group. The local leaders, management and foreign investors are also participating. At the moment, all but Roseneft's oil companies are private. Under Russia's constitution and land laws, ownership of oil fields is long vested in the state, and the government exerts influence over the oil economy through its oil export policies and obligations to secure supplies for the domestic market. According to statistics at the end of 2001, Russia has 47.6 trillion cubic meters of natural gas, accounting for 30% of the world's proven reserves and ranking first in the world. Russia may have even more potential gas. Russia has 37% of the world's reserves of hard coal, the largest in the world. Lignite accounts for 6% of the world's reserves, ranking fifth in the world. Starting in 2011, Russia's coal industry will be fully privatized, with the introduction of new coalmining and coal-liquefaction processes backed by the government that will reduce environmental damage and link coal production, processing and transportation.

With the development of globalization and technology, the pattern of business is changing from traditional trade to modern internet trade. Internet trade refers to the trade activities carried out through the internet with network platform, or the online transaction using the digital internet as the carrier. Specifically, it uses electronic network technology to connect enterprises, customs, transportation, finance, commodity inspection, tax and consumers organically to realize all or part of the business automation from browsing, negotiation, signing, delivery, payment and so on [1].

Internet and internet trade have accelerated the improvement of global market efficiency, made commodity information more symmetrical, and gradually lowered the trade threshold. The global online trade market has grown rapidly over the past decade and this momentum is continuing. Cross-border ecommerce has brought new changes to the global trade pattern, and the economic links between countries and regions around the world have become increasingly close.

Following table (see table) is the comparison between traditional business and modern internet business, and the bold font indicates the better side:

Alibaba Group Holding Limited is a Chinese multinational conglomerate specializing in ecommerce, retail, Internet, AI and technology. Founded on April 4, 1999 by Ma Yun, the company provides consumer-to-consumer, business-to-consumer and business-to-business sales services via web portals, as well as electronic payment services, shopping search engines and cloud computing services. It owns and operates a diverse array of businesses around the world in numerous sectors, and is named as one of the world's most admired companies by Fortune. Alibaba has built an ecosystem around its platform and business, covering consumers, businesses, brands, retailers, other businesses, third-party service providers and strategic alliance partners [2].
