The prospect of modern business international integration is optimistic. Only the integration of global economy can balance the imbalance, improve social efficiency, and alleviate contradictions in the process. With the globalization of the global economy, internationalization has become an inevitable trend, and the telecommunication enterprises in the global village are facing opportunities and challenges on the international stage [1]. The internationalization strategy of enterprises will greatly influence the process of internationalization of enterprises and determine the future development trend of internationalization of enterprises. Today, more than 170 countries and regions around the world use Huawei's telecommunications network and its IT configuration, solutions and intelligent terminals. Huawei has been in the leading position in the international market and has a certain right of speech in the international market [2].

It is sales revenue and its proportion in Chinese and Overseas markets of Huawei. From 2000 to 2004, Huawei's overseas sales revenue increased exponentially every year. Among them, the overseas sales revenue in 2000 reached 100 million US dollars. As can be seen from The figure in 2016 is 285.062 billion yuan ($43.63 billion), and overseas income accounts for 54.65% of total income, an increase of 25.4% compared with the same period in 2015. Overseas sales revenue of Huawei has increased more than 400 times in 16 years. Huawei has gone through international strategy and multinational strategy, and is now in the global strategy. It is entering into the field of transnational strategy through continuous changes. Next, this dissertation will analyze Huawei's internationalization environment and path from the following aspects.
The pattern of international integration is conducive to Huawei's international development. Next, this paper will use SWOT analysis to analyze the problems and development prospects of business companies in international integration, so as to provide reference for them.
Strengths: In the process of internationalization of market organization, Huawei put forward the idea of "harmony between international competition and market organization". From a realistic point of view, Huawei has not only achieved deep cooperation with operators, but also strengthened the strategy of cooperation with foreign countries and the common development of friends and businessmen to create a good living space by "harmony theory" [3].
Weaknesses: Although Huawei recruits a large number of talents through school and social recruitment every year, it still lacks the most resources in the face of the fast-growing enterprises and the fast-changing international market, especially the managerial talents under the rapid expansion. Huawei is facing many challenges in the process of knowledge accumulation. We can see that achievements have been made in product strategy, market organization, enterprise management and operation, as well as in following the national line.
Opportunities: China has put forward the strategy of "Internet +", "broadband China" and "made in China 2025", and big data, cloud computing and Internet of things are also being applied. The demand for information technology in all walks of life is increasing and the demand is higher and higher. To this end, the state has issued a large number of policies to encourage and improve the development of the telecommunications industry, which provides great policy support and development space for Huawei, a high-tech information technology company [4].
Threats: The formulation of international economic rules will greatly affect the interests of Huawei, which is mainly manifested in enterprises, which to a certain extent will restrict the development of our country. Among them, the reason that restricts the export of China's commodity trade is that China's economic status is in a critical moment, and it is closely related to the livelihood of the people. Many countries use this to gain the benefits of trade freedom. Therefore, only by adopting effective counter-measures can they effectively restrict and manage it.
Huawei's development in the international arena is both problematic and hopeful. For technology, according to the "5G White Paper on Economic and Social Impact" of CITIC, direct and indirect output driven by 5G will reach 6.3 trillion yuan and 10.6 trillion yuan respectively by 2030.
However, Huawei also has a lot of problems in international integration. Huawei is facing many challenges in the process of knowledge accumulation from gradual internationalization. First of all, It follows the theoretical analysis framework of interaction between resources, knowledge and capabilities, which takes knowledge as the core. We can see that achievements have been made in product strategy, market organization, enterprise management and operation, as well as in following the national line.
Altogether, telecommunication equipment manufacturing industry is a knowledge-intensive, capital-intensive and talent-intensive industry, representing a high-level technological frontier. If any industry wants to grow bigger and stronger in international integration, it must have core technology and its own core basic industry. The success of an enterprise in international integration is often manifested in the success in choosing its development strategy [5]. Only on the basis of combining its own strength, can an enterprise choose an accurate strategic goal and implement it, then it can develop smoothly and achieve success.
