INTRODUCTION
It was proved that the main oil well- technical properties of the developed alkalineactivated oil-well cements can be regulated by introducing admixtures increasing density and hardening accelerating admixtures from the local raw materials and wastes of production. As a result oil-well cements and solutions corresponding the requirements of state standard GOST 1581-96 "Oil-well cement portlandcemented» were obtained.
In Uzbekistan oil and gas production that causes development everything new types of the grouting cements and solutions on their basis which are especially applied when plugging deep hot wells constantly increases. Now for production of grouting solution traditional portlandtsement and a shlakoportlandtsement which production is high-power-intensive and high-material-intensive are generally used.
Main objective of resource-saving - economy and rational use of material and energy resources. The most important direction of resource-saving in the industry of construction materials is a wide use of secondary mineral resources which waste of productions and local raw materials are.
It is possible to carry the shchelocheaktivirovanny cements which found wide applications in construction thanks to high physicomechanical properties and durability [1, 2, 4] to such resource-saving materials.
The purpose of this work is - development of alkaline grouting cements and solutions, for wells with the low, normal, moderated and increased temperature.
As raw materials for carrying out researches it was used active local rock -tuffit the Navoinsky field and the electrothermophosphoric slag of Dzhambulsky phosphoric combine (Kazakhstan) containing masses. %: SiO2 - 41,24, Al2O3 - 2.72, Fe2O3 - 0.45, CaO-44.87, MgO-5.00, SO3-0.83 with modules of basicity 1,13 and activities 0,07. For the purpose of establishment of hydraulic activity of a tuffit samples of 40x40x160 mm in size were made of the test of normal density knitting, consisting of 80% burned at 800 0C tuffit, 20% of extinguished lime and from above 3% of two-water plaster. Samples were steamed in the steaming camera at a temperature of 85+5 ° C within 6 hours.
Results of tests showed that average value of strength at compression of 8,2 MPas and at a bend of 0,11 MPas which testify to existence of hydraulic activity of a

silicate (State standard specification 13078-81) with the silicate module 1, 2, 3 and with a density of 1250, 1300 kg/m3, soda technical calcinated (GOST 5100-85) with a density of water solution of 1180 kg/m3 was used.
Additives on the basis of phosphoric acid and S-1 supersoftener on TU 5870005-58042865-05 of 15.16.2005 (the standard of Russia) which is full analog of S-3 softener on TU 5870-002-58042865-03 with changes No. 1 were applied to increase of spreadability of grouting solutions and on the consumer properties conforms to requirements of GOST 24211-91.
For the purpose of regulation of strength indicators into structure knitting for light alkaline grouting cements it was entered basalt and valastonitovy fiber, received from basalt and a valastonit of the Kuytashsky field of the Dzhizak area. Results of research of the last are given in tab. 1.

84, lead slag of the Chimkent lead plant with a density of 3,25 g/cm3 and the burned-through dolomite of the Karnap field of the Nurabadsky region of the Samarkand area was used. The last was received roasting at 1350 ... 1400 0C with the subsequent grinding. Thus density made 3,4 g/cm3.
Slag electrothermophosphoric, lead also tuffit were used in the form of ground powders with a specific surface of 300-310 sq.m/kg which was controlled by means of the PSH-2 device. As small filler the enriched river sand of the Zerafshansky pit with Mk=2,1 ... 2,3 (The Samarkand area), GOST 8269-93 meeting requirements was used. At test of the knitting the standard sand meeting the requirements of GOST 310.4-81 was used.
Spreadability, density, skhvatyvaniye terms, time of jelling and durability in certain terms and conditions of curing of solution belong to the main grouting and technical properties of grouting cements. The same properties are the main and for alkaline grouting cements [3].
Researches on studying of the main grouting and technical properties of alkaline grouting cements for moderate temperatures on the basis of electrothermophosphoric slag of the Dzhambul phosphoric plant were conducted (Kazakhstan). For detection of regularities also the structures which aren't containing an alkaline component were studied: grouting cement like "I-G" in accordance with GOST 1581-96 Volga cement combines of the Russian Federation.
The received results of researches of the main grouting and technical properties of grouting alkaline and portlandsky cements are given in tala. 2 which testify that the main grouting and technical properties of the developed alkaline grouting cements on the basis of electrothermophosphoric slag conform to requirements of standards.

The complex of physical and chemical methods of researches, including X-ray diffraction, differential and thermal and gravimetric analyses, established structure of products of curing of the studied alkaline grouting cements which is presented by the low-main hydrosilicates of calcium, ksonotlity, tobermority, calcite and alkaline hydroaluminosilicates. Such structure of new growths allows to assume about high physicomechanical, grouting and technical properties and durability of the studied alkaline cements.
It is proved that for regulation of density and receiving heavy and especially heavy alkaline grouting cements and solutions on the basis of local raw materials it is expedient to enter an additive of the burned-through dolomite. Thus, it is established that introduction of an additive of the burned-through dolomite as weighting compound, leads to increase of density to 1,98 g/cm3. It will allow to replace an import weighting compound of barite or lead slag.
CONCLUSION
The conducted researches showed that for the purpose of increase of durability of an artificial stone it is possible to enter an additive of basalt and valastonitovy fiber which will lead to increase of durability, especially at a bend on 20 ... 40% that will allow to receive the alkaline grouting cements meeting requirements of GOST 158196 "Portlandtsementa the grouting. Specifications".
