1 INTRODUCTION

The construction industry is undergoing a profound transformation in the digital economy era, propelled by technological innovations and changing market dynamics. In this era of rapid change, construction enterprises are faced with the dual challenge of meeting evolving client expectations while embracing digital advancements to remain competitive. In response to these challenges, electronic ratings have emerged as a critical mechanism for evaluating the performance and reliability of construction companies.

The digital economy has brought about unprecedented opportunities for the construction industry, with technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) revolutionizing project management, design, and construction processes. However, alongside these opportunities come new challenges, including increased competition, higher client expectations, and the need for greater transparency and accountability.

bazaning yaratilishi, iqtisodiy tartibga solish va rivojlantirish tizimining o'rnatilishi bilan boshlanadi. Keyinchalik, ishlab chiqarish, logistika, mineral va mehnat resurslarining ko'paytirilishi va ularni qo'llab-quvvatlashga oid qo'shimcha yondashuvlar keltiriladi. Maqolada kichik va o'rta korxonalarning rivojlanishi uchun muhim omillar ko'rsatiladi va ularni aniqlash uchun strategik usullar haqida suhbat qilinadi. The digital economy has ushered in a new era of opportunity and challenge for construction enterprises.
