- Conducting various competitions and reading events with the participation of young people in order to increase their interest in the book. Conduct interesting conversations with our well-known poets and writers in our country.

In conclusion, it is worth noting that over 10 million young people live in our country. They are different and demand is different. However, these 10 million children of Karakol are children belonging to this country. We know that our young people have their strengths and knowledge we have to concentrate on a common cause, to reach a higher level. We can justify the confidence of the day-to-day leader.

Abu Reyhan Mahammad Ahmad al-Beruniy (lived in 973-1048 gg.) Was a great Khorezmian scholar. He was born in the south of Khorezm, in the city of Kyat, which later became part of the Khiva Khanate. Beruni was an orphan. He was received and brought up by the famous Khorezm scholar X-XI centuries Abu

Nasr ibn Iraq. Already known as a scientist, Al-Beruni began his career as an employee at the court of the Khorezm Shah in Kyat. But later he had to emigrate to the seaside city of Kabus in Vashmshire. In 1004, Al-Beruniy returned to Khorezm and worked at the court of the Khorezm Shah Mamun in the city of Gurganj until 1017.

Khorezm of that period was a place where science and art flourished. A group of scientists was set up to work at the court of the Khorezm Shah. Among the members of the group were scientists Al-Beruniy, Ibn Iraq, Ibn Sino; philosophers Abu Sal Masihiy and Abul Hayir Hamar; poet Abu Mansour as-Salibiy, and others. In 1017 Khorezm was occupied by the troops of Sultan Mahmud Ghaznavi, who captured Al-Beruni and took him to his capital Gaznu. There, Al-Beruniy remained until the last days of his life and was able to visit his hometown of Khorezm only in 1025. Al-Beruni is known as Alboron in Western Europe. European scholars believed that he was a Spanish monk.

Al-Beruniy is the author of more than 150 works. Approximately 30 of them have survived to this day. Most of his work is about mathematics and astronomy. The most significant - "Memorials to past generations" - is the chronology of the religious holidays of various nations, including Khorezm. It is also connected with the basics of astronomy and astronomical instruments.

Beruni's work "Explaining the recognized and unrecognized Indian sciences with great intellects", which is better known as "India" is a remarkable monument to science and culture. This work is a real encyclopedia of the country. During his stay among the Indians, Al-Beruniy studied Sanskrit and received much information about ethnography, geography, biology, philology, history and astronomy from Indian scientific sources. He included all this information in his "India". "India" has been translated into many languages, including Uzbek, Russian, French and English. The treatise was reissued many times.

Another great work Beruni - "Canon Maasud" - associated with astronomy and mathematics. This work is dedicated to Sultan Maasud, the son of Mahmud Ghaznavi, who ruled in 1030-1041. The treatise consists of 11 books containing the history and traditions of various nations; information on geography, mathematics, astronomy and astrology, comments of medieval scholars. Some Arabic manuscripts remain. The books were published in Arabic, Uzbek and Russian. Unlike Beruni's other works, his "Foundations of Star Science" were written in two languages: Arabic Persian.

It contains 530 questions and answers on geometry, arithmetic, astronomy, geography, natural astrology and history. The great scientist and large public figure Al-Beruniy made a significant contribution to the development of world science and culture.

The most important characteristics for soil evaluation are bulk density, porosity versus pressure, angle of internal friction and adhesion. As you know, these characteristics can not be considered "constants", but depend on the state of the rock.

The aim of the paper is to study the effect of water saturation on the strength of sandy soil. In the following chapters, some analysis will be carried out of experimental materials on the resistance of sandy soil to shear in an air-dry and completely water-saturated state obtained by the author in a laboratory studying the physical and mechanical properties of soils. On a concrete example, the inconstancy of the coefficient of friction for the same rock will be considered, depending on its state. And also curves of changes of this characteristic are constructed in connection with the change of the ground state from air-dry to completely water-saturated state.

Also, the magnitude of the angles of internal friction of sandy soil will be considered, depending on its granulometric composition and density.

The strength of soils in a broad sense is their ability to resist destruction. In engineering-geological purposes, first of all, it is important to know the mechanical strength of soils, i.e. their ability to resist destruction under the
