A STUDY OF LIFELONG LEARNING INFORMATION SYSTEM AS LIFELONG LEARNING PLATFORM:FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF CREATING CULTURE

The purpose of this paper is to focus on the lifelong learning information system as a platform of lifelong learning, and to examine the significance and issues in the cultural development of the local community. For this purpose, the author analyzed the lifelong learning information system in Aichi prefecture and considered the current situation, significance, and issues. The following things were clarified based on the results of the analyses.
(1) The lifelong learning information system, which was taken as an example, provides a variety of lifelong learning information, and it is possible to learn from the information and teaching materials related to culture such as traditional performing arts in the local community.
(2) Accumulation of learning about local culture learned through lifelong learning information is thought to have the potential to lead to the succession of local culture and the creation of new local culture.
(3) The current lifelong learning information system focuses on providing lifelong learning information. On the other hand, it is necessary to consider how to absorb people's voices and needs and how to reflect people's opinions in the lifelong learning information system.
(4) In the future, based on these issues, we should work towards the development of a lifelong learning information system as a lifelong learning platform in this digital society.
