Abstract: this article is about the Republic of Uzbekistan. Positive changes in processes, which are described in more detail after Independence.

The republic of Uzbekistan is located heart of Asia, between two major rivers of central Asia, the Syr Darya (Jaxartes) and the Amu Darya (Oxus), in the territory known since ancient times as Bactria, Maverannahr (the land beyond the rivers), and the later as Turkestan. Being located among the Great Silk Road they connected the civilization east and west. The territory of the republic of the Uzbekistan spends the area 448,9 sq.km, the population of the Uzbekistan is about 35 million people. Uzbekistan has built an intellectual capacity which exist the level of many developing countries and in many cases just not give to economically developed countries in the development level innovations and opportunities. In the republic of Uzbekistan there are 65 higher educational institutions, including branches of such leading foreign higher educational institutions as the Westminster International University. Management Development of Singapore, the Polytechnic University of Turin, the Russian Economic Academy named after Plekhanov, Moscow State University named after Lomonosov and the Russian State University of oil and gas named after Gubkin.
Today Uzbekistan is a large scientific center in Central Asia. Almost 300 scientific institutions function in this country. There is a well-developed research basis together with a wide scientific fund with over 25,000 skilled scientists and researchers. The scientists of the republic carry out fundamental research in the important trends of modern science contributing greatly to such branches like, astronomy, biophysics, genetics and geology and of course literature.
After Independence, our country became a democratic republic. New country established such laws in constitution which gave freedom of speech and freedom of mind. New history began for Uzbekistan. The day of Independence was celebrated on the 1 st of September. Our country began to build new relationships with foreign countries. It gave us an opportunity to know the traditions and literature of foreign countries. - Uzbekistan is a socially-oriented state. Over the past few years the country paid great attention to education of physically healthy and intellectually rich young generation who possess modern knowledge and professions. Through this deliberate policy of Uzbekistan in a relatively short period of time it became one of the most prosperous countries in the region. The deep sense of respect and the fact that the purpose of popularization of healthy lifestyle leadership of Uzbekistan actively promoted sports activities and youth involvement in it. As part of this large-scale measures the Children's Sports Development Fund has been established in the country, which is an important factor of improvement of the gene pool of the nation. Along with this, in the country set up a three-stage continuous sports system, which includes such sports as "Umid Nihollari", "Barkamol Avlod", "Universiada", which caused great interest among young people and enabled to improve their practical skills from childhood and later in adolescence. One of the main achievements of Uzbekistan during the years of independent development is the creation of a favorable investment climate, enhancement of the attractiveness of business, which contributes to drawing in foreign direct investment. In this context, it should be noted that the Energy Charter is ready to contribute to the development of the nation's economy, becoming a bridge to find and be a magnet for new investments in the energy sector of the country.
Uzbek model of transition to a socially-oriented free market economy has fully justified itself in practice. It is no secret that today many countries are studying our experience in this area, including the anti-crisis program to prevent and neutralize effects of the global economic crisis. In a short period of time after independence, Uzbekistan has become an equal member of the international community, many international organizations, taking its rightful place in the world. Republic, with its powerful human and resource potential, is the central state in the region, where any important issue cannot be solved without it. [1, P.] According to the journalist, people in Turkey watch the progress of large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan with a genuine interest and are sincerely happy for every achievement of
the Uzbek people, who once again has established itself in its difficult history as a mature nation that can build an independent state and occupy a worthy place in the international community. The success of Uzbekistan in the sphere of state and social construction is obvious. Proof of this is the holding of such important events as election. According to its results, it is clear that the people of Uzbekistan fully supports the country's leadership's strategy, aimed at building a democratic state.
It is very important that the country has set course for diversification of economy with the transition from monoculture of cotton production to the development of other industries, including high tech, industrial production, development of infrastructure and services. Investment in the social sector has been increased.
It is impossible not to note the progress in the reform of agriculture. The policy of country's leadership, aimed at the promotion of the national agricultural industry, food self-sufficiency, was very effective. Cars produced in Uzbekistan by technical characteristics are not inferior to their competitors and become more and more popular among the people of Kazakhstan. It was noted that our national army had become a school of bravery and courage hardening young people's willpower and bringing them up in the spirit of devotion and love for the Motherland thanks to large-scale military reforms was being implemented under the leadership of our country's First President Islam Karimov. In our country, special attention is being paid to training military personnel and to improving the system of military education.
Thus, what are the conditions created in the country and especially for the young, so that she could live happily, to dream, and most importantly, to implement their plans.

Abstract: this paper deals with the use of information and computer technology in teaching learning English. It discusses means of ICT, which are often used in educational process. The authors of this article pay attention to use computer technologies, both for studying of separate subjects, and for self-checking of the gained knowledge.

Now high professional educated young generation, students - future computer programmers are required. The competence-based paradigm in the higher technical education changes system of values and assumes existence of the concept of education and introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies. In pedagogics, the technology is understood as set of means and methods of reproduction of theoretically based processes of training and education allowing to realize successfully set educational objects.
In recent years the question of using new information technologies in training foreign language is even more often brought up. It is not only new technical means, but also new forms and methods of teaching, new approach to training process. The main objective is a formation of communicative culture of the student, training in practical acquisition of a foreign language.
Modern computer technologies are used in all fields of activity of the person today. Training of the expert in any field of knowledge includes at least obligatory user preparation computer literacy
