With the advent of the information era, the demand standard of talented people is increasingly high. The traditional education mode is no longer suitable for the development of society, so it is more important to cultivate thinking skills. People could be more useful as long as they have intermediate smart thinking and advanced smart thinking. The changing mode of college education would provide a good environment for cultivating talented people.

Аннотация. Переход в информационную эру способствует увеличению спроса на талантливых людей. Методы традиционного образования больше не подходят для развития общества, поэтому становится более важным развивать навыки мышления. Люди могли бы быть более успешны, если бы они обладали smart-мышлением. Изменение методики образования в колледже обеспечит хорошие условия для подготовки талантливых людей.

Abstract. With the advent of the information era, the demand standard of talented people is increasingly high. The traditional education mode is no longer suitable for the development of society, so it is more important to cultivate thinking skills. People could be more useful as long as they have intermediate smart thinking and advanced smart thinking. The changing mode of college education would provide a good environment for cultivating talented people.

Introduction

With the advent of the information era, the demand standard of talented people is increasingly high. Despite of the high education degree, various abilities are required. However, the education mode nowadays restricts those abilities to be cultivated and developed. As a college student, the level of skills and abilities will significantly influence the future jobs. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges to change the education mode. As long as take developing skills and improving the overall quality of education as a primary purpose, the development of colleges would lasts longer by the revolution of the education mode.

The purpose of education is to improve capabilities.

What is the purpose of education, learning knowledge or improving capabilities? This question is still under discussion. The traditional education is to develop ability through learning knowledge. Nowadays, the curriculum and teaching content focus on theories in most universities and college. Although students learn a lot of theoretical knowledge, it is still difficult for them to find jobs because they lack practice and the curriculum is not closely related to reality. The traditional education cannot meet the requirements of society in the era of information explosion. In the 21st century, the aim of education is to lead students to cultivate creativity in order to get professional ability, which can contribute to society. As a college teacher, it is necessary to change the education mode

during teaching and develop students' creativity to broaden their horizons. The education in colleges is different from which in universities. The top aim is to apply the knowledge into practice. Students' quality training focuses on application capabilities and the practical operation of technical knowledge. Therefore, our aim is to improve students' skills, innovation and closely related curriculum and reality.

Modern education should accumulate knowledge in teaching process

Different learning stages should cultivate different learning ability. In primary school, we focus on cultivating students' attention, memory and observation. Usually, girls grow up earlier than boys, so their abilities of language expression, concentration and ways of thinking are better than those in boys. The marks for girls in primary school are higher than boy's in most cases. Teachers would also like to choose girls to be cadres. In middle school, the main aim is to cultivate understanding, reasoning, imagination and thinking. While in middle school, boys are better than girls in physics, chemistry and some subjects, which are abstract. That is because boys are good at logical thinking and reasoning. In university, for students, cultivating thinking ability is far more important than leaning knowledge. The aim of study is to cultivate innovation and talented people. Nowadays, composite comprehensive ability of talented people are required in the society, so school education can not only put emphasis on learning theories and skills, but also focus on cultivating effective ways of thinking. Therefore, students would improve understanding analysis and innovation ability. Based on these, students then can flexible apply knowledge to practice and to be motivated to develop insights, introspection ability and innovation.

Colleges should cultivate students' featured abilities. College students have no advantage to compare with university students in certification. In order to have more competitive, students should put emphasis on innovation ability and occupation ability. They should also have deep observation of the development of the industry and help themselves to develop imagination and creativity. The final target is to cultivate students' observation and get deep understanding of themselves.

How to make plans to cultivate students' insight, autocriticism and creativity.

In the progress of teaching, we want students to understand these abilities by practice instead of teaching them from the book.

Trainings on cultivating thinking. Creation is based on observation. To college students, perceptiveness is the basic of asking questions and raising questions. During the teaching process, students would be courage to participate in lots of social activities in order to broaden students' horizons and let them experience the real society. It is helpful to cultivate logical thinking and observe the society. Some extra readings are also useful for learning.

An old saying goes that knowing the enemy and yourself, you can fight a hundred battles and win them all. Actually, knowing yourself is very difficult, because we have to accept or listen to the negative judgments, which the others give us. It is necessary for college to have some debating lessons and knowing different opinions.

Trainings on cultivating skills:

Teaching basic knowledge

Skill training is based on leaning basic knowledge. Having fundamental ability can help to learn professional knowledge. To cultivate students' creativity, on one hand, students are required to have a solid theoretical knowledge, which help students' innovation to be developed. On the other hand, it is related to industry and profession. Fundamental teaching should take occupation into consideration. For example, English teaching cannot be easily defined as a test for university English. Do not set English curriculums for test, instead, students should be cultivated to use English as communication ability. Thus, extra time of learning English should be added to teaching plan in order to provide more opportunities to those occupations, which need to use English.

Modular education of professional knowledge

It is effective to increase students' insights, percep-tiveness and creation by learning professional knowledge. For college students, they will be competitive if they have professional background and deep understanding of the industry. They would better know themselves well and have creation in the development of the industry, so that they will be competitive in society and show the result of college education. So our target of teaching is to provide students a good environment. According to the requirements of society and industry, curriculums should be set reasonable. The teaching and the practice have to be divided into several parts by the abilities of the positions.

For instant, for multimedia and some related subjects, modules can be set by the positions. Combining occupational standards with curriculum standards, multimedia and related subjects can be set into 4 modules, including computer fundamental modules, graphic design module, multimedia design module, computer network engineering module. Every module consists of several small modules, and every small module consists of several units or lessons. Students can learn these 4 modules by learning and practicing. To all the basic knowledge, teachers would focus on applications, some knowledge, which is difficult, and some effective learning ways. Finally, students would have diploma and other professional certifications.

Modular education breaks up the present education system, and it focuses on professional and practical. Combining with theoretical teaching and practical training, it also strengthens the coordination of relevant subjects and integration to avoid duplicate knowledge. Students could make sure what they are going to do in the future and make specific job plans.

Practical teaching of skills competition. To college students, active practice is the key to innovation ability. Active practice put emphasis on students' participation. Students have to select the practical objects, purposes, methods, procedures and etc. Taking Vocational Skills

Competition is an effective way to practice innovation ability through participation in the competition. The practical teaching mode of vocational skills competition focuses on cultivating students' active practice, while the traditional practical teaching focuses on passive practice. Through the competition, students can develop their innovation spirits and conscious of competitive.

The practical teaching mode of Vocational Skills Competition can be practiced as missions. It changes the traditional way of teaching from passive leaning to active learning. Teaching and learning can be combined together, and students would learn self-study, practice and corporation. During the teaching process, teachers take teaching target as frames. The mission of Vocational Skills Competition can be took part into several small missions. Teachers lead students to complete every small mission and improve their skills. On the other hand, students would be encouraged and motivated to have passionate about leaning and practicing. Students could fully know about their desires, requirements and interests. They can also show their personalities and be more creativity.

Practical teaching of playing a role in simulated company. College education not only cultivates students' skills ability, but also cultivates management ability. It can let students experience different jobs and occupations before they work. They would have a lot of missions in different aspects in order to know how the company runs

and improve their qualities. Therefore, cultivating students with good quality, especially in innovation ability, is the main target.

Simulated company provides a completely real market environment. Students could have different jobs and improve their qualities. They would face different problems and try to solve by themselves. During the process, they might gain corporation skills, communication skills, management skills and leadership. It is a good platform to cultivate qualified students and it is valuable to increase the effectiveness of innovation cultivating mode.
